Dear sir, we took the special subscription (Date[protected], rs. 399.00 vide ch. No.669337, sl. No. B d c 22414). For deccan chronicle delivery. Delivery started from 16/09/2015. We are sorry to say that delivery has been quite erratic. (No delivery on 46 days since then). We tried to contact on the cell nos. ([protected], [protected], [protected]) provided to us, but of no avail. Today morning we called l. L. No.[protected]. The person told me to call again tomorrow between 5.00 p. M. To 6.00 p. M. We also enquired with our regular news paper vendor ([protected]). He told that he has not been paid the delivery charges for last four months.
Pl. Look into the matter paper has not been delivered from 08/06/2016.

    This paper has just created a bad impression for customer service in public. There is no responsible or perfect person to work hard to build the image of this news paper. When ever call has been made to board line on there is no happy response only dis-satisfactory. Staff has to be either changed or taught how to keep the image of the brand. They only just want to get paid i the end of the month.

    Responsible people please awake to either maintain the brand image or build again the brand image in customer service.

      This is in regards to the complaint of samsung ua32j4300arlxl, bearing serial # 0a393pbg807844z.

      Its been 1 month since i raised a complaint of internal damage due to technical error samsung company denying it as calling liquid damage, it is hanged on wall mounting and started heating before damaging led display. Within 6 months of purchase on emis. I request samsung to kindly replace the part it caused because of technician malfunction.

        Hi, this is to inform to all the Deccan Chronicle news paper choosers that, the Deccan Chronicle is having very poor service what I have faced personally. I had opted the annual offer of the Deccan Chronicle in 2014-15 as per the approach by the KPHB area manager Mr. Pundrikakhya / Mr. Praveenkumar, but later I had faced lot of problem in the daily distribution with the local Nizampet area agent Mr Anil; when attempted for a complain, the area manager's phone found either switched off or not-responding if ringed, even later they are not calling back. But I was help less becoz I had already paid the annual subscription amount in advance, so there is noway to do any thing to DC, so I decided to discontinue & had waited till the tenure. Later when the renewal time was nearby somebody they had sent to my home & convinced to my family in my absence &, begged excuses for past once again promised un-interrupted service, then taking the renewal subscription money for the year 2015-16 which is valid till mid of August'16. Now once again they started the same thing, i.e. so many days the boy has not given the news paper ; now since more than 2 weeks the boy is not giving the paper, when called the local agent, he never says no to me, saying that "now only I am sending", thats all, but never sent as of now. I had called today also to Mr. Praveen, but no response neither lifted nor called back This
        time also I am helpless ...So with this sufferings since 2 years I would like to advise the public or annual subscribers, that pls don't prefer to subscribe such offers, DC doesn't have professionalism either in service or their employees engaged. If any body challenges I have the proofs & witness.

        Very bad service of the Deccan Chronicle news paper chain in Nizampet area. Request to DC for improve professionalism both in services & employees selection to prevent the bad image in the competition market.

        Deccan Chronicle — Erratic supply of daily newspaper

        I am from Brodiepet in Guntur. I have taken 1 year subscription for your paper. I am sad to say that I cannot depend on getting the paper regularly. I am also never supplied the Sunday paper. I wonder if my Sunday chronicle is being sold elsewhere.

          I have activated for hello tune service on my airtel mobile number [protected]
          On 28/04/16 at 5.09 through my mobile, while activating i was told that the service is auto renewal, after confirming the tune i received a message from airtel that if you want to deactivate or stop call 155223 but it is no where mentioned in the message that it is to deactivate for auto renewal or to opt out from a service.Thinking it to be deactivating it from auto renewal i called that number.But my hello tune service was deactivated at 28/04/16 5.22pm.I immediately called up customer care call was transferred to the supervisor but he says that i have deactivated for the service and nothing could be done.I raised the requests twice but no response from airtel .Hope airtel looks into the issue and solve it to the best.

            I have taken half yearly prepaid subscription offer (single) Rs. 300/- on date 16.04.2016 from Sri Ramu whose contact no. is +91 [protected]. As per the Order Form No. 9092 the delivery of the paper should had been started from 21.04.2016. But till now delivery has not been started. So, kindly take necessary action as early as possible.

              Worst service by symphony and yesmart

              We purchased a symphony cooler 50 liters capacity on 5th april 2016 from yesmart, attapur, hyderabad.We got a defective piece, the motor is not working and the water is not pumping.

              We gave several complaints to symphony as well as yesmart, attapur, but till date no technician has visited our home to repair it. Its been more than 10 days but no one has come to repair it.

              We directly contacted the technician several times but he is very rude and every time he tells the same story that he would send somebody by an hour.

              This is really frustrating that we trusted a company like symphony and also the yesmart should be responsible and ensure its customers are happy.

              We would also like to give a complaint in consumer court.

                  I have registered for deccan chronicle daily news paper(6 months period) in the last year. But I did not get paper regularly. I had given complaint to the office but it was the same. Days passed by and forgot about the paper. Later we moved to another area but in the same city(Visakhapatnam). Then a lady has come from the deccan chronicle for their registration and I paid her money on 31/1/2016 and she said that paper will be coming from[protected]. But I did not receive news paper from them on[protected]. I called them and said that I did not receive news paper. They said that they will be sending from tomorrow. But till today[protected] I did not get any news paper. When I was calling them they are rejecting my calls and saying me to call later because they were busy it seems. I don't know why these people don't show such interest in delivering the news paper as they showed in registrating the customers. I need justice, why they should take my money and not giving any thing in return. Why should I give them money last time and now too. I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

                    How do I complain about a traffic ci who stays in our area(main road)and violets traffic rules. If anyone request then he uses filthy language and warn us saying he will shut down our shop by filing unnecessary complain against us.

                    The other day a bisleri water van stopped in front of our shop jamming the traffic. When we asked him to move the vehicle he said he is suplying water to ci. When we argue with the driver he called the ci and the ci asked us to come to his house. When we refused he called the near by police station and told that we have stolen water bottle from the truck. The si at the station asked us to apologize to the ci at ci's house. When I went to the ci house. My god, he was using such cheap language (maa ke lauda tere baap ki road hai bahen chodh. Tu kaun traffic handle karne wala re madar chod. Dusri baar gaadi hatao bola tho gaand phod deto. He used such language for at least 15 minutes.

                    Does a normal citizen do not have right to ask someone to park the vehicle in proper parking place? Or the police have right to park their and their friends vehicle in middle of the road? Should we feel secure in such place where such cops are staying?? Where should we normal citizen ask help if there are such cops?? Though he is a cop he is also a citizen and should follow traffic rules. How if someone park a car in front of his office gate and he can't enter the office??

                        I had opted for DC subscription of 06 months on 11 Jan 16 and the newspaper was supposed to be delivered from 21 Jan 16... But its is very disappointing that did not happen till date. Now I just wish had I opted for some other daily then I wouldn't had to be concerned..

                        I would like to inform you that this is my second subscription. My previous subscription ended on 21 Jan 16 and delivery for that also started 15 days late...moreover every morning delivery boy kept asking for bill payment when I had taken the subscription already.

                        Please let me know as to when delivery of newspaper will start at my location and what about lost days when I didn't receive any newspaper.

                        Educate the delivery boy please.

                          This is to bring in awareness among the readers here. Never opt for a one year subscription to Deccan chronicle edition, if you're a resident from east tambaram, chennai. You will rarely get the paper delivered(twice in a week). All complaints via phone/email will go unanswered. The paper agent here doesn't deliver paper and stocks it to sell for old paper(per kg earns around rs15). Also the paper delivery person doesn't deliver properly. Worst service, beware.

                          I am a regular D C reader and from last six years I am paying for 6 months subsription.At first we were in Eluru West Godavari Dist. Andhra Pradesh.over there after 6 months the agent came and renewed again for another 6 months. Last year we got transferred to Kakinada East Godavari Dist. Here they are collecting monthly subscription and if asking for 6 months subsciption, they are giving some reasons and they say from next month you can pay..this is going on for last few months, they there is no agent to collect. Please see to it.

                              I ASIM HASAN, a resident of mehdipatnum area want to bring in notice of the corporation that the street where my house is located opposite to sunrise high school has been dig up 2 months ago for some underground work. But since the work has not even touched and we are facing many problems like our vehicles has to be parked very far, school children are facing accidents and the most important that the drainage water is flowing continuously .To avoid these problems which may turn very harmful must be taken seriously and solved as soon as possible.                                 I have paid Rs 299/- as yearly subscription vides receipt No 141308 dated[protected] to 15-01.2016. I am not getting regular delivery of news paper. Weekly once or twice sometime distributors not supply. I made several calls to Mr.Maharaja and to the Executive No [protected]/[protected] but problem not been solved. Today paper not been delivered. I called the Manager twice. Please do the needful and restore the paper delivery regularly.                                         I am presently in Bangalore and 9 June 15 i had given ₹399 cheque of SBI towards payment for DC special offer to your executive mr. MK Patil. He had said and mentioned in the receipt paper delivery will start from 16 June 15. But today is 18 June 15 and he has not delivered any paper and now he is not responding to cellphone calls. His cell no.which he had given in the dc special offer.is [protected] & receipt no. 21001.my SBI cheque no. 167324 yemalur branch Bangalore.please look into.
