The receipt (No: 215912) clearly states that the paper would be delivered from the 1st of June, 2015. The Sales promoter also has started to ignore my calls and has disappeared since the payment.     Dear sir, I am suresh selvaraj from vanuvampet, Chennai-91.I opted DECCAN CHRONICLE annual subscription on april 2015 .I gave a cheque Rs.299 and cheque no .349961.It was credited in my account on 10th april 2015 and Again it was debited the same amount and same cheque no on9th may 2015.I contact on( 9 th may 2015) your HO Chennai met Mr.saiganesh and accounts incharge .they told will contact our Hyderabad Ho accounts dept and revert back to me .but still there is any other improvement from your Company.My account details [protected], IOB, Dr.RK Salai.I contact my bank also they told to contact your company .       Hello sir, This is Abdul aziz khan resident of 9-7-313 mohammadi lines tolichowki. The photo attached shows the condition of a garbage dump in front of our house. It is a huge dump inside that there are rodents, snakes, chameleons.which possess danger to us and as well as small children. Two days back a snake peaked into our house. There are small children residing with us there is danger to them. After giving several complaints to Ghmc they don't took any action regarding this. Complaint no are 163383, 163593, 165902 after registering this complaint I received a message from Ghmc that It will be done and was given a number of Mr osman when contacted him he gave number of Mr navin ([protected]) when contacted him he gave number of Mr kiran([protected]) . When contacted him he said "mere pass gadi nahi hai" and Mr navin said "saab mere haath mein kuch nai hai agar saab bole to karton " they are least bothered to take any action. From two days back I'm calling Mr kiran and he not responding to my calls. This complaints were given one month back but till now no action has been taken even now I'm contacting these guys regularly. Sir I request you print this complaint in your prestigious news paper.         i have purchased a xolo make cell phone (model q 700s plus ) in august 2014 ever since i started using the phone it started giving trouble mainly net work related problems such as call dropping unable to down load file even when full signal is available and poor/nill audio quality by the receiver of my call.the instrument submitted submitted 3 times at sai mobiles opposite chermas, M.G.road, secunderabad ( authorised service centre )the problem not yet rectifi v.a jobi railway quarter no.131/4 ramagundam 505208

          Sir, I activated the yearly subscription of decan Chronicle news paper by paying a total of 399/- by cheque No. 888712 of SBI to Mr. MK Patil (the distributor name who supply the newspaper to Akash Vihar Air Force Camp Marathahalli-560037) vide receipt No. 18683 dated 03 May 15. He told me that I will receive the newspaper from 16 May onwards upto 15 May 2016 for one year..but I received the newspaper only once on 17 may 15.. after that I have not received any newspaper..pls do the needful at the earliest and inform me about the same on email id munesh.[protected]@gmail.com

                I wanted to open an account of my daughter in SBI for scholarship purpose. The talked very rude to my family member. They said that those bank people cannot open an account. Service of Opening an account has been stopped even though we already have an account of one of my family member there. And by the way which bank will not allow to open an account. This is so ridiculous. They were just telling us to go here and there instead of giving an advice to what to do. These type of people are working in a bank who don't know how to deal with the customers. This is not the first time which had happened to me. and this is the reason which forced me to write to you. Banks have been kept for customer service not to play with the customers feelings. If those were gents may be tolerated but with the ladies who came to the bank in too hot weather. This is the reason why Indian's are so much back in the way they talk or behave. Hope this message makes at least a little difference in the banks services.

                  I have paid for a yearly subscription and I don't get the paper at all . the paper agency say that Deccan chronicle does not pay commission to them any more and hence he'll not deliver paper everyday. I had called up the DC marketing agents but none seem to bother. I have paid for the yearly subscription through cheque and still this is the fate.                   Iam G.Vijay kumar regular subscriber of Deccan chronicle 6 months package since 6 years recently I have shifted my house from Flat no:204, Sai Krishna Arcade, kakatiya, Neredmet, Secuncderabad-56 to flat no:202, Balaji Residency, Ayyapa colony, phase:3 Dammaiguda, secunderabad-83 same I informed to your Deccan chronicle office week before phone No:[protected] also made several calls till now Iam not getting newspaper, because of your staff delay Iam buying your newpapers every day from outside even after paying 425/- subscrition that will expire on 20/06/2015.I request you to intervene and also get my copy every day because of their delay part we have to spend our hard earned money unneccessarily.my order no is 198667.

                    I have purchased Symphony Strom Cooler 100 –I from Bajaj Electronics Jubilee Hills, Plot # 722, Road No. 36, Pemmasani Complex, Invoice # JH/15/3265 Dated: 30-04-15 for Rs. 18, 700. The product was delivered next day, since the installation the unit is malfunctioning, pump of the cooler is not functioning properly. I have reported this twice to the showroom and twice the technician came opened three sides removed the honey comb from all sides, and fixed it again. The technician were convinced the pump is not circulating the water on all sides and the honey comb is not getting fully wet 2-3 rows on each side is dry. Both technicians the one who came on 11-May-15 and the one who visited on 9-May-15 both said they will report the matter at the office. To my surprise I received SMS today stating that the problem has been resolved successfully, when in fact no one came today. I have purchased the brand new unit, the unit is defective I lost my trust on Symphony products and now I want the company to take the unit back and refund me the cash.

                        I am from Rajahmundry(East Godavari Dit) in Andhra Pradesh. I have booked DC under prepaid subscription offer(SINGLE) order No.33723 in the lat week of April'2015. I have booked the order to a marketing peron from Bhimavaram.The delivery was supposed to start from 01-05-15 but it did n't. I tried to call them but they are not responding properly.More over they are disconnectng my phone calls. I want to make a complaint of this. If you can take up the matter straight away from here or give a phone number or e-mail for making a complaint.

                          The condition of garbage collection bins near Nature Cure Hospital D.K.Road, Balkampet, Hyderabad is pathetic and un-hygenic. The garbage overflows the bins and garbage pickers sort out the whole thing by spreading it on the road. This emits a foul smell and attracts mosquoitos and stray dogs which is dangerous for passers by and residents of the area. I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and do the needful.

                            In nacharam hyderabad at johns grammar gate No.2 high school the drainage flows on road from 15 days no sewerage board members taking care about it. It is very near by school so children's facing too much problem its all about a bit of rain if it continuous like this in rainy season its horrible for every one so please kindly take necessary action

                              Hi this is Thallada Santhosh Kumar, I am Existing customer for the Vodafone from 5 yrs and I have taken a New number for my mother, Which i am facing the signalling problem, I have given the complaint 2 yrs back still the complaint is in pending and several times they have called and asked me to close the complaint, but I refused to close the complaint because the problem is not solved, still the problem is not solved I am not paying the bill from 4 months due to the problem, I taught by not paying the bill they will solve the problem, but they have barred my personal number, which i am using it from past 5 yrs with out informing, I have called to the customer care they are least bother about the complaint and talking rude to the customers and asked to connect to the Manager, He said that we cant connect to the manager and asked him to solve the problem means it is not in my hand and he is saying go to the near store and talk to the manager about the problem or pay the bill, This is what a international company standards service to the customers and the service is tooo bad and verse...

                                similar sad experiences with few of my friends and relatives, horrible on part of varun motors ( maruti), very unprofessional approach and cheating innocent customers with false assurances and fake advertisements.

Today early morning hours, GHMC Garbage Van has dumped all the Garbage in middle of Main Road in Street No.9, Himayatnagar, when contacted GHMC call center, they have informed me that, today is Holiday, so we cannot remove the dump, when i informed that, everybody is following the Swatch Bharat, why not GHMC.the answer i received Answer from the Call center Executive that, to call Prime Minister Narendra Modi and place the complaint, This shows that they are totall irresposible, Kindly take this complaint and resolve,

                                    Hi i have taken a One plus one in the month of jan with EMI no [protected]. with on one month i have been facing the issue of phone hanging over heating Horrible signal drop, to ADD to it worst was Ghost bug or auto dialling, have format the phone and all, at last i have given the phone for servicing at Touch service center with order no 5418 on 25/03/2015. Today that is 13 april the phone is not replaced and they dont know when it will be repaired or replaced . 1) I have taken a phone with warrant why should i have a repaired hand set in one month o[censored]se, where the mother board is to be changed the touch screen and all it does not have any physical damages . I want that as CUSTOMER TO BE REPLACED FOR WHICH I HAVE ASKED THE SERVICE team of your to write a mail which was never sent to you and im doing now . 2) they have no clue when the phone will be changed, i have called your CC almost 3 times, do check records and they also ask for mail . 3) the CC team says it will be done in one week and when i asked the hyderabad services center they say company people will say the same, you will get the hand set very late. WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK CUSTOMER IS TO GO AROUND YOUR SERVICES CENTER FOR REPAIR, or money spent on your brand phone is wasted by me, give me the handset replaced in a week as promised or let me know the details for me to GO LEGAL WAY.

                                      Dear Sir I just received a legal notice fro advocate of IDEA, regarding the payment of Rs.512., I am surprised to read it, .I already paid the total amount and requested in written the idea executives at their office on[protected] personally to disconnect it and as per their advice paid the amount Rs.1503 also in cash, please see attachment of receipt and also I received the SMS acknowledgement. I not received any other bills or SMS and my phone is disconnected. I am surprised to this notice and felt very shame to idea peoples for harassing the customers. Thanks Dr Fazal Ahmed [protected]
