I have paid Rs.800/- vide chq. No.509631 of Corporation Bank, Sahakaranagar, Bangalore-560 092 (Rs.400 was refunded in cash to me, retaining Rs.400/- towards Annual Subscription w.e.f. 02/09/2014 till 01/09/2015. But, I am not getting the newspaper for the past 15 days. I contacted the Agent at Sahakaranagar but he has not helped me to restore the Deccan Chronicle. I have also made a number of phone calls, but there was no response from his side. His Mobile No.[protected]. Of late he is not receiving my calls at all. My address: G.       Sir, There is regular drainage leakage in 5 roads of Venkat Sai Enclave, Jillelaguda leading to frequent clogging of drain water on these roads and also formation of large drainage pools in between the houses.The movement of vehicles and people has also become difficult. Moreover, there is drastic increase in mosquitoes leading to frequent health problems in the people residing here.Complaints to the Local bodies has lead to only temporary cleaning of drainage points. This will last for few days only and once again the drain water is back on these roads .There is no permanent drainage facility in this area in spite of the continuous increase in the number of houses.           I have Subscribed for 1 Yr DC for 399. An dit has now almost one month now. I haven't received one single paper till now. I subscribed through one your agent Named Mr. Prem([protected]) He has come our apartment and collected money in favour of DC and this amount has already been debited from my account. Every day i am trying calling this agent, he never picks up the call. Dont know what to do now. Can somebody from your DC look in to this. Is he a valid agent for DC. IS he a valid Agent for DC, if not i haven decided to lodge a police complaint, against him. IF you people not efficient enough to deliver a news paper, why are you people sending agents to sell your paper? I gonna wait tll 5 more days for this post reply, if no reply received, need to register a police complaint. Thanks SK

            I have been using Airtel, mobile services for the past 2 years. For the August 2014 bill of Rs.1864.86 I had paid an amount of Rs.1865/- vide ICICI bank cheque nos.600727 and was debited from my account on[protected]. Now, for the month of September, Airtel had sent me a bill of Rs.1530.90 and with a claim that I had paid only Rs1641.40/- and the balance amount of Rs.224.36/ pending from last bill, though I had paid the full amount. When I had sent the details of my bank payments/transactions indicating the cheque payment of Rs.1865/- to Airtel form my bank, The Person from Airtel Ms.Raghugari Ramya wrote me a mail informing that Airtel had reversed an amount of Rs223.60/- from my August paid amount!! and hence my current bill is Rs.1530.90 plus Rs.223.60/- On checking with my bank, they inform me that no such reversal was received from Airtel. I fail to understand when a customer has paid the full amount of the bill to Airtel, how can they reverse part of it and then harass the customer to pay up extra. This sounds ridiculous and only smacks of sheer unprofessional attitude. I would like to forewarn the public that Airtel is resorting to such unethical business practices to fleece the public, and hence should not be encouraged, and we should avoid using any Airtel Services in future. Today is 5th Oct. 2014 and so far the paper is not delivered. Repeated reminder to Mr Prem and Deccan Chronicle office[protected] has not given any result. Even now Mr Prem is not picking my phone as well.The cheque was in the name of " Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd " Bengaluru dated 7/9/2014 and it is already encashed .                 I got a call from [protected] while I was driving the two wheeler claiming that he is calling from SBI credit card and he said that they are dispatching the new credit card and confirmed the credit card number and CVV number (he has the details) and said that there will be a 20% discount on bill amount every month ex:if total amt 1000/- I have to pay on 800/- which I thought a good deal and said yes assuming the offer from SBI credit card. Then he followed by saying that I will be charged 8500/- one time payment and will be receiving 25000/- worth of gifts. I felt its fishy & suspicious. I got a message from the number that 8500/- amount was deducted from my credit card successfully and he called several times insisting me to tell OTP (one time password) which I did not give him. He tried to access my credit card without my permission for which I got message of OTP twice. I asked him why he did not tell me about the amount to be deducted and said I do not want any card and said I will be going to complain to cyber crime about this and in response he said that my card will be blocked. Thanks a million for OTP. I immediately tried to call SBI credit card helpline about the issue but to my astonishment I was not able to access any helpline number. There was a SMS facility too give SMS as PROBLEM to a number and still now there is no call...very bad about the service. JANARDHAN [protected]

                  I had made an online application for beam wifi router and after submitting i was informed on the portal that a respective technician will contact me. I got a call from the technician from the following landline number +[protected] and he told me that it will require 48 hours and he will definitely fix it on Saturday and he will give me a call. Neither he turned up nor gave me a call. Today when I called Beam office on[protected] they informed me that no information regarding the router is there and the ticket 13882846 has been registered and it will take 48 hours for router technician to come to my house. They have wasted so much of my time and have given a very bad service future customers beware of this playing tactics of beam telecom they have no importance fort their customer. My mobile number is [protected] and my name is Salahuddin if you need to contact and address the issue.

                      sir i greatly respect ur news paper for making aware to public of day to day notice of society but at present we are facing a bio war govt is thinking at higher levels but forgetting the primary part of it my survey towards numerous pharmacy made me embrassing since i found all the pharmacy dispencers are not graduates in any feild just theyare +2 level students that to i found in mnc pharmacies so please make a note of it and make society aware

                        To, Passport officer Iam Praneeth from Hyderabad I submitted the passport application on July 11 and finally its submitted on 15th July police verification initiated and finally the police verification has been completed on 18th of August now still the status shows police verification is pending..iam fed up by waiting this many days ...no proper response .                           they sent me duplicate product specify without name on it and after return they deposited my money in SD cash by saying that you can use it anytime and there is no expiry date for it. nobody informed me about it and simply they theft it from my a/c.

                          Snapdeal plz return my money . When I return the damage product which I had received. I told then to deposit money in account but instead they deposited in SD CASH amount (1989 rs)n told me u can use it whenever you want. When I asked them why is SD cash showing expiration date . They said it will get extend . N now when I checked my account it show Zero SD n when I called Snapdeal team they said SD cash has collapsed. WTF .                               Hello, Overseas education is essential for our country. But cheap consultancies are a root cause of many overseas students to become victims landing up in wrong institutes. In New Zealand, institutes like EIT, UNITECH and other tertiary colleges have become a point of money extracting sources from International students. They deliberately fail innocent students, only to make money. An International student pays 3-4 times more than a local student. In the name of help and overseas education, consultancies and colleges have a strong link, they market few colleges and make a business out of their situation. I want the Indian government to make strict rules to ban all the consultancies from exploiting innocent students. Also help the overseas students to progress, by keeping a track with the colleges. Most of the colleges are racist, unkind, and are not considerate in any aspect. Most of the students are under pressure, away from home, families and loved one's, which stops them from expressing their situation and sending them dismal reports. There is no accountability, clarity and help for international students. Specially consultancies like EDEX and many others should be taken into account for misguiding students. When Colleges and Universities from other countries conduct camps and other workshops, they should be questioned by the Indian government on various aspects for the welfare of their citizens abroad. Keep a track on International colleges and Consultancies who are exploiting innocent Indians.

                                i resident of malkajgiri hyderabad AP. every second we are dying here without water .and the people working in water supply board are selling tankers of water each in 800/- Rs.All the borewells here dried up in almost all the houses.What should the people do here?there is a serious question to each and every citizen here should we live or die.

                                  There is worst customer service at Haier company.
                                  We have purchased a Refrigerator from TMC but its not working properly. For this problem we registered complaints so many times to Haier customer care people but they are not responding correctly and postponed day to day. Two months passed away but we didn't get any service till date. So I am requesting to all please don't buy Haier Products.

                                    I have subscribed for DC for 1 year starting for last October. From the beginning the paper supply was irregular. I spoke to Chennai office who gave their executive Mr venkatesan Number after which it improved but only for a short period.When things did not improve at all I requested Mr Venkatesan to change the agent. Though he initially promised to do that from 1st january, later he backed out. Of late it has gone from bad to worse. For example in June it has not come for 8 days. In July to day it has not come. What is worse Mr venkatesan stopped responding. When I contacted the Chennai office higher up Mr venkatesan came on the line and spoke rudely saying he has 1000 customers and can not be responding to my call or message. This is customer disservice personified. If access is blocked by the person at fault where do we go?

                                      On 29th the 1 town police were doing regular checking . They stopped me and asked about the bike papers and license . I showed them all the papers including bike registration card, insurance, pollution and my driving license . But the S.I. wrote a fine against not wearing helmet. But there is no such rule regarding helmet in Ongole . The S.I. is just harassing the general public . Please Publish this article so that the higher level people get to know about this harassment.

                                        Hi, My account number is 414377 and my name is B Srinivas. I have paid an amount of 3400/- for my hathway connection. In that 2500/- amount has been consumed and 900/- is still present with the Internet Service provider Hathway. I have got my connection disconnected. The amount of 900/- was still not refunded to me. They are not responding properly for the refunding my account. Please help me out. I am sending continuous mails to these authorities but no proper response.
