Myself Prashant kumar had applied in DDA housing scheme 2021 but didn't get succesfull in draw. I got double deduction of application fees in my single application no [protected].I got msg in March that I will get my money in few days and now it's mid of May 2021.i called several times to dda but no body responses mailed a lot, tweet a lot but nobody will answered.

I inform you that Mr. Gurmeet Singh my brorher sold the bearing flat no -cb-6d, dda flat, hari nagar, new delhi-110064 forcely from my father to Rakesh Chauhan and done the illegally construction on the terrace. He sold original allotment floor. According to the dda policy this is a illegal.

Please take the neccesary legal action agst. him.

I vijay Batra having consumer No. DDARZ0029933 received water bill online INR 2535/ which is incorrect due to pending payment for INR 1970 which is already paid on 1427 dt. 26/11/2020 and 956 dt. 29/7/2020 & it is already highlighted online. Requested to please check & correct it .Please note I am not using any water supply how the water bill is coming. Requested to please do the action immediately & update if latest bill

This is bring to ur kind notice that we are the morning Walker but Park lock opened 8' O clock in the morning.
I believe that night guard is not doing his duty last one month.
Please get it checked and instruct to concerned for doing the needful.

I would like to bring this to your notice that there is a family residing at B Block on top floor, utilizing our garden space for their commercial usage, they are keeping their bulk of plants just in front of my residence as they are running their nursery business from my residential space and also they are parking their personal car and a battery rikshaw (which is being used for their business) I am attaching some photographs as an evidence. Many people has raised their voice to remove their stuff from that space but they are still not removing.

Everyday they are arguing and fighting with me and in absence of my family, infect Mr. Kaushal Chola has beaten my father so badly. My father is a senior citizen and now he is suffering with that pain also.

I request you to please visit at the residence and take the disciplinary action against them.

This is to state that DDA Park in (Satpula Park) Panchsheel vihar, New Delhi is in a Very Poor condition.

No worker/attendant is seen in the park (Towards Gate no. 2 side of the park) for past months to maintain it.
As it is a very big Park and surrounded by Residential Houses any misuse of this park directly affets the resident of these surrounded houses.

Misuse in the sense of getting cows, buffaloes, Goats and pigs in the park totally damages the green part of the park (It seems like a barren land) plus dumping of Garbage in corners.
Proper fencing is required to be done so that these animals can not enter the park.

Pure Apathy of the relevant dept is likely to turn this Park into a Garbage dump pretty soon.

There is no light in the park. It results in some groups o[censored]nsocial elements sitting in the park till late and doing weed etc in the park.
Adequate no. of lights should be installed in the park.

We have tried to contact the Horticulture dept, but in vain.

Hope this concern can reach the right officer & necessary action is taken.

Some illegal person have occupied DDA park of Sector 19 A, Pocket B, Dwarka, New Delhi-75. With help of DDA officials they installed" Idol, to start temple"& now illegally using electricity and park for parking& wrong male& female consumer, liquor/food etc, which is thrown in open drain, therfore mosquito/rat bourn disease

I had applied in last DDA housing scheme 2021 with application no [protected]. In the same respect, I had made an online payment of Rs 2, 00, 000 with challan number [protected] (SBI ref number AWS_13904_0_64866) on 26 Jan 2021.

Unfortunately I was unlucky enough to get selected into the lucky draw. And even after more than three months of draw results, I am still waiting for the refund of my Rs 2, 00, 000.

I've checked online but didn't get any link to raise my request or check the status of refund. However I came to know that DDA has committed to refund all amount o[censored]nlucky applicants within 15 days of draw (But I have no update on it even after more than 3 months of above said draw)

Looking at the pandemic situation, I request you to please look into the matter at the earliest and help me to get my refund as soon as possible.

I comtactacte SDMC for clogged drain, as redult disease spreading mosquito but they told me to contanctact you..It is maximum near open draindue to broken lids, illegally contructed Balmiki temple in DDA park.Many residence sick & dying.Kindly interven at earlier

Both were unsuccessful in draw. we are entitle for refund our money 25000rs each within 15 days from draw date. But still did not get money refund. Please take necessary step and refund our money.
