My correct name is Kumar Alok, allotee of 2014 housing scheme Of LIG flat and got allotted flat No-50 Block C-21, Pkt-2 Sec.- 34, Rohini. I got water connection from DDA office near Madhban chawk. My flat is vacant. There is no water connection and no water tank of my flat. However I received water bill I saw that due to the mistake of office my name in the bill is endorsed as Alok Kumar in place of Kumar Alok.
Therefore I request that my name may be corrected as per record as KUMAR ALOK in place of Alok Kumar.
I shall be obliged for this.

I have to inform you that there is one banquet hall (blessing the banquet) pitampura behind apj school pitampura who extraction the dda land some government employees are also involved in this case

It is in concern to a land which is reserved for society green park lying empty in Rohini’s Sector-23, Pocket-11B Brij Vatika Enclave in front of Pilot 73. We as resident of 73 number on behalf of complete society request you to please develop the park by growing plants and trees and also do fencing of park, and add exercise machines so that complete society can enjoy greener environment.

The ground floor owners have dug a 6 feet by 6 feet wide and 10 feet deep hole. They say they plan to use it as a water storage tank. This hole is near the foundation of the house and it puts the entire building structure at risk. Furthermore, if the tank is built, the problem of seepage will also cause the foundation to erode over time. I request urgent intervention as this is a huge risk to the safety of my family.

The all park of that area have not been cleaned since last .there is water logging, grass are very lengthy, plastic everywhere etc..please do consider it as early as there may be monsoon soon and that's create situation more devastated .

I have done my GIS survey few months ago and after that JE came at my house ( SH. VIRENDER ) and done the final survey. But still i did not get any further update or registration ID on the DDA Portal. Most of the person of my area has been done the payment also. With regret to inform that open Area (green space ) has been encroached by Shop no 9, OK Halal meat and used as slaughter house to cull chickens in open
area and to carry other slaughters
This place is adjacent to Two societies and it is openly used as Salughter house
It hurts our religious feelings, creates fear amongs children and is absolutely unhygienic
Please remove this encroachment and restore the green areas and let residents live In peace

Sanskriti apartment, rohini sec 28, delhi near flat no 1322 there is open drainage since 6 yrs. I request you to please cover this drainage. We are suffering with this, specially in rainy season.

This building in todapur area (purani haveli))is in a dilapidated condition, it can fall at any time, it will damage the power poles and nearby houses, someone may even die, please save us. Those who have this building are not paying attention to it, all our houses will be damaged, please solve it. Humble request to you our life is in danger please save us my lord i have complained many times in mcd but no action is taken u help my lord

There is an unauthorised Construction going on behind our building, B-320, Dwarka Sector 8, New Delhi-77. The builder digging the land for basement and digging the land outside their territory. It has been more than 6 months and he is not able to complete the constitution. Resulting it is now harming our building base as well and putting all o[censored]s in Danger. We can see some dammage on our building base as well. We will want you to please take appropriate action and make sure everything is repaired and basement constitution are done as soon as possible.
It is causing lots of decease as well since we are approaching monsoon season.

I have filled an RTI on[protected] by registered post RD[protected]IN for information regarding property details . But no reply was given towards my application . After that I have applied for first an appeal to the FAO/GH, DDA of the RTI and till date no answer is being given . How much time it will take .

I will not get the reply within a week time I will take a legal action towards my complain as per law .

I am navdeep singh this complaint is about MAHARISHI DAYANAND PARK SUBHASH NAGAR . No one comes here to maintain park no lights nothing grass is becoming bigger day by day no water supply for plants as we know plants are very important for human please maintain this park

I had submitted surrender application [protected] dtd. 12/06/2021) for my DDA allotted flat of 2021 scheme. Below are my details of application-

As we all are aware that humanity is going through very tough time due to ongoing covid pandemic, I appeal not to charge any cancellation fees as there was pathetic situations in delhi in Apr 21 and May 21 month due to second wave of COVID 19 pandemic which resulted in lock down during this period resulting in mess up of working of every person.There was covid patient in my house during this period and situation of hospital and oxygen is not hidden from anyone during this period due to which I was not able to applyfor surrender of my applicationdue to medicalemergency.

Therefore, as a matter of public interest and on going lock down at that period, it is appealed to waive off cancellation charges for my surrendered application and initiate refund of Rs 2 L deposited as application money.
Request you to please process my cancellation request as I am in urgent need of money.

I registed under PM uday on 25th of feb 2020. GIS survey was conducted in Sept.
Then I submmited my documents on the portal and waiting for DDA JE to conduct the final survey so that I can get NOC and register my property under PM Uday. But since december 2020, I have been visiting DDA sector 5 dwarka office and no action has been taken by then. They have been telling me to come after 2 days first when I visited after two days they give me few JE's mobile numbers which nobody picked. This thing continued for months. Now I can't visit their office, I am a 66 years old retired person. I have no energy left to visit your office where no one listen and no one resolve my problem.
If you can resolve my issue I will be thankful to you.
