Application NO [protected] in the Name of Mr “JAI CHAND”. challan No.[protected]; Reference No. AWS_42839_0_13809.

I have made payment for two Application from my Account and 4 lakhs were credited and then immediately 2 lakhs ( saying N/M Jai chand) were debited . Pls take up this matter ASAP. As none of the DDA official are responding and none of the emails sent has been replied.

if they deposit money and get approval and permission of consruction room kitchen latebathrrom please give details under rti act . DDA PERMISSION AND APPROVAL MAP OF CONSRUCTION USE ON ROOF OF LAST FLAT OWNER MR GUTAM TYAGI AND GEETA TYAGI NOT GRANTED PLEASE TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY WITH IN 3 DAYS DEMOLISHED ALL CONSRUCTION ON DDA MIG FLAT ON ROOF BY MR GAUTAM TYAGI UNAUTHORISED LONI ROAD SHAHDARA DELHI .

My father Mr. Chandrashekhar Pradsad Lal applied for EWS flat under DDA 2021 but his application no. [protected] was unsuccessful in the draw. He has not yet received the refund. He just went through the profile and noticed that it can be due to the account no. he has mentioned in my DDA form for the refund has a 1 digit mistake (attach 1).

Hereby, we attach our correct Bank account no. which is [protected] (attach 2). Please expedite the refund. In case you are unable to correct the account no.. Please refund the amount into the bank account from which it was received.

I filled two applications from my bank account.
I paid 4 lakhs.

Both my applications were unsuccessful.

I received a refund of 4 lakhs and then again 2 lakhs were debited from account. I don't understand. Did I receive a refund for just one application or both the applications. Why were 2 lakh rupees again debited from account?

None of this makes sense.

This is to inform you that there is no security Gard at Aam Bagh. And they are not stoping people for playing cricket with leather ball. Today one child was injured with leather ball. When I went to complain to security Gard there was no one in that room . I had wait for 45 min but no one came .Request you to kindly stop them playing and there are many old citizen and children are coming to the park.

I have done my PM UDAY registration on 18 March 20 after that two times my GIS survey done by Shivom Engineers Associates Pvt. Ltd. but still I haven't received any GIS survey reference number from them. I have called them several times but there is no response from their side. So please take necessary action & please tagged new agency for GIS survey because it has pending from 1 year. Hope necessary action will be taken accordingly & waiting for your positive response.

My brother and I applied for DDA scheme for MIG category and also submitted 4 Lac rupees for 2 draws, being a candidate with unsuccessful draws, Kindly confirm when will I get my Refund ?

I appreciate the quick response whether refund was made or still pending from the authority side.

I live in Golf link apartment DDA flat, dwarka sector 23 B, pocket 8. I have asked the gate keeper many times to send someone to cut the grasses in backyard but they just listen and let it go. In this weather condition, there are so many mosquitoes around the house and most likely grasses is the reason.
It is my humble request to you kindly look after the case .keeping the society dirty will further elevate health issues along with covid.

1. Street Lights (5) in a row are not functional.

I had sent him payment details and challan details to Mr BS Badwal's mail id from which I received a mail regarding my dues. After so many mails to vc and other portfolio holder regarding the acknowledgement of this I had not received any reply from any body...

DDA PLOT no-12, Shankar vihar, main Vikas marg, commercial plot on main Vikas Marg, DELHI-110092 has been encroach by an ILLEGAL BIKE WORKSHOP, Which is also spreading pollution, has broken the boundary wall of the DDA PLOT, and has made a PASSAGE For his personal use, Kindly look after the matter as soon as possible!

I want to inform you unauthorised construction in park situated between A-32 and A-33 transit camp govind puri, kalkaji, baba fateh singh marg new delhi - 110019 this unauthorised construction demolition in 2007 but now there is reconstruction in this park and police taken money from them so they do not take any action about this unauthorised construction i have attached a video of this park please check

I have applied for DDA flats 2021 scheme. But I was unsuccessful applicant and have not got my Rs 2L refund. Please provide me sufficient details when will or till when I will get my refund.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have applied for DDA Flat vide application no. [protected] on 15.02.2021. But when I was making online payment, the system told me that it was unsuccessful hence I have to again make payment of Rs 2 lakh and my account was debited by Rs. 2 lakh two times on 15.02.2021.

On 10.03.2021 when DDA draw takes place my application was unsuccessful and I got the refund of Rs. 2 lakh but the remaining amount of Rs 2 lakh is still pending.

I have several times through email requested DDA, my paying Bank PNB and Axis Bank the DDA collecting banker to immediately return my balance money i.e Rs. 2 lakh alongwith interest, but no one is hearing my complaint.

I humbly request you to please instruct the DDA to immediately return my money alongwith overdue interest.

PD - 72A, Pitampura is creating illegal construction on the space of street.

Sector 15 g block near g-1/28 rohini delhi 110089 here illegal parking on dda property and one property dealer (malik property dealer) who says govt do this nd paid parking 1500 rs per car entry fees and hi tie-up with car dealers

Sir/ madam,
Sewer water logging Covers almost half road near Dwarka Metro pillar no 808 near SDMC House Tax Office, 620, Old Palam Road, Nishat Park, Sector 15 Dwarka, Delhi, 110078 .There is huge problem of foul smell dirtiness, and for daily metro commuters.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
