Address: Mohan garden zaildar enclave new delhi

I had submit an application to DDA through pm Uday portal vide application id 53659/1 in the month of March 2020 for conferment of property .in the month of October I have received deficiency memo through portal and I have been replied all the deficiencies in the same month but no action has been initiated by DDA till January 2021. I have been personally visited at DDA office pachhim Vihar and meet to AD then he has forwarded the same to ASO for verification on 19.1.2021after verification ASO has forwarded to AD on20.1.2021.my application still pending at AD.this is sad comentry of working of DDA.

Sir after elapsed of 11 month no action has been initiated on the above matter my application is still pending at ad pachinvihar from 20th jan 2021.kindly looked into the matter for disposing the case.

    I am not able to make the payment online. I can see a bill of 1600 something, but I am unable to make the payment from few months, as it says that the site is temporarily out of service. Please can you help me how to make the payment online? I have to pay penalty for so many months now.

      I awan kalhan residents of dwarka sub city. From last around 20 years. From more than 2 years . Encrochment in sector-10 market . All corridor of market footpath and roads blocked by shop keeper specially sindhi namkeen & shiva bartan bhandar in sector-10 plot no 19 & 20 mlu market. But no action taken against them. All local dda employees and local police involve in this. Because all are fixed. With monthly basis from maximum ground floor shops.

          I live in b3b block janakpuri and next to our society district park is located. I want to mention that we have huge trees in that park and I want if they can be trimmed as they are entering the society making our places covered. Also I hv observed that the park is being used by some people for washroom purposes (toilet and even stools)

                I have been residing from 2000 and I am facing a serious and severe issue at my residence B-505 MIG flat east of Loni road shahadara delhi-94. The man who resides in B-507 just above my apartment is not cooperating with us and has no involvement in maintainence of that leakage from his bathroom . I am very depressed.

                    A lady called Vijay laxmi w/o Kashi has occupied a piece of land at the entrance of main gate of shanti vihar madrasi colony moti Bagh 1 New Delhi 110021 since 10yrs she has constructed a big kabaddi shop over at the main entrance due to which people of the locality are unable to pass through that way as the kabaddi things like bottles plastics etc., get spread everyehere..people can't even park their vehicles and can't do any auspicious on that place due to this unauthorised construction of kabaddi shop..I was unable to take pics as I am afraid of those people ..I hope you will definitely help us by eradicating such shops from there..I request you please do not share any details of mine and please do the needful as soon as possible

                      Stationary and toys shop in garrage which is in the passage of eight flats.It create hinderance in passing through passage as children used to halt cycles in front of garrage which is already narrow passage and commercial use is being run in garrage and not paying any commercial charges of residential parking used of garrage

                            Address: MahipalPur : At the end of Vasant Kunj and IGI airport flyover

                            There was a complaint registered to DDA for the un authorised structure and encroachment on DDA land. Today, there was a supposedly demolition activity to be performed which was in vain. Rather DDA and police ( from VK police station) visited the premises, just took off the tirpal and went off.
                            Post 5 mins, the dhaba was functioning as it is and the dhabawala confirmed that DDA just took some bribe and went off.

                            This should be escalated and a strict action should be taken against the officials who visited and the dhaba owner.

We would request if you can put the foundation for Street light in both the parks.                                 I am a Super Senior Citizen of more than 86 years. I applied for conversion to Free Hold of my house in LIG GOVT. SERVANTS Coop. SOCIETY vide Application ID 5059232 on 10/01/2020. Due to COVID-19 your office was closed. Due to my old age I am unable to pursue my application. Moreover as and when I made efforts to enter your office for this purpose I was denied entry. I don’t know what is the status of my application. However on net it’s indicated file is in concerned department. The person I engaged for this purpose isn’t responding. Can you please help me so that I can get entry in the office through some my well wisher who can approach the concerned person and get my application processed.

                                      Dear sir, Flat no 32, 2nd floor, pocket A Sector 13 Dwarka New Delhi 110078. is lying unallotted since the completion of the construction of the building. It's not being maintained on regular basis due to which the condition of the flat is wear and tear.
                                      The 1st floor is occupied by me and 3rd floor is also occupied by someone else. The unallotted flat is in very bad condition as being closed permanently and there is a leakage of water from its roof and walls. The balcony roof is also having seapages and may fall down sometimes.
