Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of Flat 162, C & D Block, Kanishka Apartment, Near Haiderpur Metro Station, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110088. My Water Bill is overcharged as I was not in Delhi since 5th March, 2020 and came back on 18th January, 2021. My main switch was put off and even the MCB was down; also my tank has a safety valve and an alarm to take care of wastage. I live alone so my water usage is very less and I can't afford to pay the amount post-covid. Kindly address the issue and reduce the pending bill and the surcharges thereof. I'll be grateful.

This is to bring your kind attention towards the pathetic condition of the water supply from past 6 days at the D.D.A Flats, Pocket-3, Sector-A9, Narela, Delhi-110040. Even supplied water cannot be used for day-to-day activites.

I would like to inform you on Friday i.e.; 21st Feb 2021 there was pungent smell such as sewage water. And after that water quality deteriorating each day. At present there are worms in water supply. It seems like water supply is containmented with sewage water. Supplied water cannot be considered for drinking purposes.

I have even tried to contact J.E. of DDA, Narela for solution of the problem but it has been more than 3 days workers/plumbers sent are not able to fix the issue. And I have been told that DDA is responsible for the problem as authorities are not taking water supply from Delhi Jal Board. Such ignorance was not expected from the concerned authorities. As we the people are not concerned with dispute between the authorities.

All I want to say that we residents of the locality can atleast expect basic amenities up to standards. We have elected our representatives with expectations of better basic amenities.

I request concerned authorities to solve the issue as soon as possible. Expecting positive response this time.

Myself Anil kumar chahal resident of kishan colony parladpur bangar delhi-42.
I have been registered two time acomplaint in DDA. Online on this site and two time complaint offline in dda. Office personally in dipali chock office, but there is no response of my complaint that a person named kalaram have constructed his office and two more shops in dda park land and he have constructed his toilet and stairs in main street. I said him to stop his construction but he said that nobody is having ability to stop his construction and if you will come in between me I will g ** gade me dabba dunga agar Beech me aaya to##
I request to dda authority to withdraw that unauthorized construction and release that street space and park space
I am attaching some photos of that unauthorized construction please take an action for that.

This is regarding water bill.
Since we haven’t used water because of pandemic we went to our home town from March 2020.
Bill is totally incorrect.
Please do the needful on urgent basis. Details as follows:

In platinum Enclave, Sector 18, Rohini, New Delhi H. No 35 B, is constructing room at ground level in common area.. RWA not listening to the complaints.. Please do take action

Pot holes at road near crossing of sector 1( just opposite to traffic police station)on Road number 201. Risky for teo wheelers and even slowdown the trafiic.needs urgent repairs.
2. Pot holes at near to T POINT of Nala Road.(road number 204 toward sector 6. These potholes are deep. Two wheers n even 4 wheeler get big jerk. Waiting for fatal injury..
Repair team REQUTESTED to ensure other potholes in the area are also looked into.
Save Precious life BY JUST LITTLE EFFORTS..

Tanks are overflowing and water does not reaches my tank.

DDA Park in D-block Dwarka Sector-8, is not maintained properly and some gym equipment like cross trainer, So wanted to request for proper maintenance and change of improper or broken gym equipment .

I live in Dwarka Sector-8, D-block 3rd-lane.
There are only 2 street lights in our lane and near my house D-163, 164, 162, and 2 more house, there is no light at night and its very dark, I wanted to request to install a new street light outside my house.

आपलोगो को सूचित किया जाता है की रोहिणी सेक्टर - 24 पॉकेट -3 (निकवर्तीय उधान 10 पॉकेट दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण) जो दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण के अंतर्गत पार्क आता है पार्क की दो खम्बा की लाइट पिछले एक महीना से ख़राब चल रहा है जिस के कारण सुभह या शाम के समय पार्क में अँधेरा का सामना करना पड़ है और बहुत लोगो को दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ रहा है जैसे मोबाइल चोरी या चैन स्नेचिं का इसे जल्द से जल्द ठीक करने का कष्ट किया जाये.

खम्बे की लाइट का विवरण : दो खम्बा है पार्क के बीच में जिसकी एल ई डी लाइट है उल्जला रौशनी है स्टील की खम्बा एक खम्बे पे चार लाइट लगी है दोनों खम्बे की कोई लाइट नहीं काम कर रहा है.

PAKODA park(SHAHID BHAGAT SINGH PARK) SADH NGAR PALAM ND-45.

This park is not maintained in a proper way. The boundary wall, gate AND GRILL JALI is broken.

There is no facility of proper sitting in the park, even the branches of the tree's are not pruned.

The lights are not installed.All light point u/s.

The dogs are sitting, stooling badly in the park, Dog owner walking with the dogs hear and there for passing toilet/beet/urine, .

Even all rules & regulation written on the board, fitted on the gate, but no one is obeying these.

openly Drinker consuming liquer and smokes GAANJA, CHARAS, SULFA etc

Drinker, smoker, player misbehaving ladies when they are walking morning and evening walk.

After our request/oppose, they are querrelling.

It is becoming a garbage place.

No govt/contractual Employee of park doing thier job for maintaining the park.

Please look into the matter personally on urgent basis.Regards

I have applied for DDA Housing scheme 2021. I have done the registration, filled the application form & made the payment. I have sent an email to change my applicant name on which they reponded that they can't change the name after the payment of fees. On which i responded, i want to cancel my application & refund of application. I did't get any responce after that from DDA Customer care.

I am a resident of Rohini, Sector-25, Delhi. I would like to draw your kind attention towards the Street light Polls provided in Rohini, Sector - 25, Delhi that all the street light polls provided are made of Iron and some of them are in rusty and in worst condition fitted with halogen light (not all). Some Lights are not working.

We request you to kindly change the all iron polls to cement polls should be fitted with LED light in larger interest of the resident of Sector -25, Rohini, Delhi

An immediate response in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

I am the owner of DDA Janata Flat No. 240 Pocket JG-II Vikas Puri, New Delhi – 110018 allotted vide File No. J19(317A)82/NP

I submitted an application No. 32209 for freehold conversion of said flat on 07/10/2013

I was not having the demand letter as I thought It has been lost by me or previous owners. Thus formalities for loss of documents which includes Registering FIR Submitting Affidavits, Undertaking and Indemnity Bond etc., Were Submitted.

Later, It was noticed that the file along with all records relating to my flat was missing at DDA as well and thus pending dues could not be calculated.

Another doubt was also raised by some officials of DDA that the Flat has been allotted for Rs. 1, 000-00 alternatively against demolition of some Jhuggi and therefore no demand letter has been issued. However, the factual position is still unknown in absence of DDA records.

Made several representations and visits to AD, DD and also the VC DDA but no solution is offered.

I am suffering for last more than seven years because of DDA's fault and need help.

There is a park in shalimar bagh BH(east) block, the park is so filthy & dirty. No one comes for cleaning the park for months. Please send someone to clean the park as soon as possible. Park is in BH(east) block, shalimar bagh, delhi-88 behind Raghunath mandir.

Pet owners living in L block sarita vihar are using one public park for their pets to relieve and not cleaning the same. The matter was brought to the notice of tge President of RWA but still no solution. On requesting the pet owners not to do so they abuse and give threats. The park cannot be used by any person as it's too dirty. Tge DDA Gardner's refuse to clean the park as their feet get dirty. I have a 79 year old mother who cannot use park for sun bath. Appreciate if this problem can be sorted out immediately.

Mai Sandhya Verma aapka dhayan humare ghar ke samne Ramesh berwa dwara ho rahi illegal parking ke aur dilana chahte hu.sir ye jagah mcd ka godown land hai. Jisme Ramesh berwa Naam ka builder Apne 3 cars aur do Scotty permanent khade rakhta hai.Iski complaint humne Karol Bagh zone Mai bhi ke per unhone iske against koi action nhi liya.
Sir naa sirf parking hoti hai yaha log apne gharo ka kuda bhi yahi daalne lagey hai. Ramesh berwa ke gaadiyo ke side Mai log drink, drugs aur Pvt toilet ke tarah iss jagah ka use kar rahe hai.
