Dear Sir/Mam,
Complaint regarding DDA road on the drain Dabri to Dwarka, which comes under DDA. Since 5 days complaints were registered regarding the drain block to at Vijay Enclave (MADRASI COLONY) MCD states that the road and drain comes under DDA so the action needs to be taken by DDA. I am forced to highlight the negligence prevailing in the management of garbage by DDA staff at Hathoda Ram Park located at Keshav Puram, Delhi 110035. The garbage accumulated in the park and dustbin mostly relates to plastic and other polluting stuff which is collected and dumped inside a pit meant to dump only biodegradable waste like tree leaves.

I am resident of same colony. I requested the local authorities of DDA to dispose off the polluting stuff to colony's dustbin. They bluntly told me that they had no resources to take the garbage to colony's dustbin and they find it easy to bury it inside the pit WHICH IS AGAINST THE ORDERS OF THE HON'BLE NATIONAL GREEN TRIBUNAL. Such kind of act (burning the leaves) not only make the land infertile but also is contempt of the orders of the Hon'ble NGT. The DDA staff turned a deaf ear to my repeated requests. Thereafter, I took the initiative and got the pit cleaned with the help of private sweepers and arranged big bags for DDA staff to collect the garbage and get it disposed off to colony's dustbin at my own expense since October 2016. When the this matter was taken up with MCD authorities, they assured me to provide the tempo once a week but the DDA staff seems to be reluctant to put the garbage in the tempo to dispose it to right place.

Another major concern is the water used for watering the plants. The water has gone down significantly. I raised this issue also with the local authorities as well as Girbar Singh, Vijay Garden Incharge, Jiwan Lal, SO and Mr. Flower Singh Additional Director. However no one is ready to take the responsibility and get this problem resolved. Every time, they gave lame excuses like they are busy in meetings, this doesn't comes under their job responsibility and so on.

Is it not the responsibility of the DDA to maintain the plants, trees and greenery in the park belongs to DDA? It is a matter of great concern if such type of attitude of DDA staff continues for another couple of months, all my efforts to keep the park green will be wasted. If the greenery in the park is maintained, it will also help in improving nearby pollution.

Will higher authorities take action in this regards and make the mission of maintaining the greenery in the Hathoda Ram Park success?

It is requested that necessary steps may kindly be taken to keep the environment clean by maintaining the Hathoda Ram Park at Keshav Puram.

At Dwarka sector 10 metro station dda parking there is neither parking board nor contractor details available .
I tried to get information about it but no body told me about the contractor. but they demand Rs. 40
Today i tried to contact your customer care no [protected] but they didnt give me solution and gave me telephone no. of chief engineer[protected].
i called to chief engineer he just give me another no of Mr. Rawat [protected].
Finally Mr. Rawat give assurance to physical checking of site, but when ? no answer.
I want to know that is Dwarka sector 10 parking is authorised ? But till now i dont receive the answer. and m, ay you upload the current list of dda parking with rate list.

Dear sir/madam,
I live in 142-B, dda flats in satyam enclave vivek vihar, delhi. The people who have rented an apartment in my building in 142-D have been wasting litres and litres of water everyday by not fixing their water tank.
Inspite o[censored]s making them understand the scarcity of water and reminding them of our duties as educated citizens of this country they are not fixing the problem leading to water wastage for one month now.
Kindly look into the matter as they are setting bad example for the children of my area.

Hi,

This is to bring to the notice of concerned authorities about poor lighting conditions in hathoda ram park, lawrence road, delhi-110035. Poles and lights are installed in the park but only one or two lights are usually lit on from a long time. The park is preferred by most of the people of the locality but due to poor lighting facility from a long time it is now becoming a place for drunkers and loafers. Requesting the authorities to please look into the matter and provide proper lighting facility so that the place would be safe for the visitors.

AD block shalimar bagh delhi 110088 has a DDA market within .. which is a very old construction and is standing on few pillars as support .. here a shop owner who owns car sale and purchase business has constructed a room on top if his office which is an illegal construction and which could lead to damage to the DDA complex and other shop keepers ..
kindly look into the matter and take legal action ..

The school (Sant Nirankari Public school) is expanding the classes from 5th to 12th and thus people nearby are facing problem of traffic jam due to the construction work taking place in the school. The buses come inside the colony though it is already congested. Thus I request you to kindly resolve this issue as much time would be taken to get the work complete.

Already registered complaint but no effect. Really it's a difficult task to get work done from government offices.

After writing e-mail and registering a complaint also on dda complaint website, we are not getting water specially near house no's 163, 165, 166, 167. ( resident of pocket 9, sector 24, rohini)

really feeling helpless as others have installed their separate pipelines to the main road water supply (illegally) .

Kindly look into the matter .

We the residents of pocket 9 sector 24 are really water supply deficient.

Water supply is only for 1 or 2 hours that too after three days alternate. How can one survive with such small amount of water supply as we have only 500 liters of water tanks on roofs which is sufficient for only one day.

water is very precious and we are feeling very helpless .

I am complaining on behalf of our Baghban apartment which is located in Rohini sector 28.
The issue is the president of our society is not taking any action regarding not supply of water tank. Water tank comes once in a week but they shows in book that tanker is coming on daily basis. They are making money and putting in their pockets. More than 800 flats are there we required two tanker on daily basis but we get only one in a week. Kindly take action regarding this. I am sending you the picture of tanker also. Please do the needful for us.

The residents of Flat no 85 A, Block B-3-B, Janak Puri, New Delhi- 110058 have encroached a big portion of Park in the society for their personal use and they threaten people if neighbors complain.

can DDA do something to get this removed. The park is for public use, i believe whenever people have complained, DDA officials have not taken any action.

Hope there is no money involved.

In BB Block, Janak Puri there is high amount of illegal construction going on which is going to effect the condition of these 40 old year apartments and matter is no of safety and security of people.
also, because of illegal construction parking has become a big time mess.
Pls look into the issue as load bearing walls are being broken for illegal construction and our beautiful complex is becoming like a slum.

Sports Complex at Pitampura called Rashtriya Swabhiman Khel Parisar has a gym and its equipment are not being maintained properly. An adductor machine has non functional for the last two months and awaits repairs.

Plastic Covering of metal wire in leg press machine has got removed.

A window glass is broken and if not immediately repaired, temperature inside the gym will be as bad as outside.

The repairs which require only replacement of a screw or a bolt or an electric plug and may not cost more than a hundred or two and can be easily arranged from imprest amount are ignored for months together.
Presently, the gym has been given to a private person on contract who says that he is not authorized to call anyone for repairs as it would lead to termination of his contract.
It is a very sad reflection on efficiency and work culture of the DDA and needs most urgent attention.

This is with reference to my earlier complaints receipt no.: rec/h/16/23235 dated 09 december 2016, receipt no.: rec/m/16/7738 dated 09 december 2016, receipt no.: rec/h/16/23240 dated 09 december 2016 and receipt no.: rec/m/16/7736 dated 09 december 2016 personally registered with deputy director (Housing - mig), chief vigilance officer (Housing - mig), director (Housing board 1- mig) and vice chairman, dda, vikas sadan, new delhi - 110023. The complaint has also been registered with the executive engineer (Bldg. Dept.), zonal office, mcd, rohini, new delhi (Diary serial no: 5665 dated 01 december 2016) and sho, police station - begumpur, dd no.20b, date - 10 december 2016.

No action has been taken by the dda officials to stop the illegal construction, therefore, mr. Chaturvedi, the landlord of flat no - 117 (Ff), pocket-1, sector - 23, rohini, new delhi, is still continuing with his illegal construction work of a room in open area and in front of my main door thereby occupying a lot of free space and blocking the passage.

The shuttering has been done today and planning to put the lenter tomorrow i. E. 27 december 2016. Therefore you are requested to take a strong action at your end to stop this illegal construction work immediately.

Otherwise, i will have no option but to file a case against mr. Chaturvedi, the owner of flat no. 117 (Ff).

We are facing a lot of problem for a difficult timing of water supply in the area of j-1, dda flat, kalkaji, every night at 1a. M. To 5.30 a. M. How a person will complete his/her work, when to sleep and again preparing for going to office. This problem is going on for long time throughout the whole year. Please change the timing of supplying by day may be in the early morning or in the evening. We will be grateful if you do a prompt action.
