To the DDA commissioner / Official,

I had my own shop in “Sikkha Complex, Karkardooma. Delhi-10092 since last 4 years. Parking here is under DDA, who have contracted to outside party for operation and maintenance for “Karkardooma Community Centre”.

Parking charges is being taken at the entry n exit gate of community centre and there is no person/ helper inside the complex for guiding the parking of car/scooters. It is more over called "Gunda Purchi" rather than "parking charges".
There is one more complex near to “Karkardooma Community Centre” named “Sikkha Complex” but entry is only from Gate of “Karkardooma Community Centre” and all has to pay entry charges who are going to “Sikkha Complex”
If someone resist to show the parking area allotted to them, they simply refuse it and mis behave harshly. Virtually, they are looting people like us daily and we call it “Gunda Purchi” inside of parking charges.
There is no maintenance of the parking lots, and road are not good.
We request that DDA must organize Audit drives and catch such evidenced and cancel the parking contracts immediately.

I am a resident of 257 D block Ashok vihar 1 New Delhi, I have been living in this colony from over 25 years this is to inform you that an illegal construction in being done at our D BLOCK MARKET building without any permission from DDA or any other government body. Mr. KISHOR KUMAR now is forcefully building an extra floor. This is a single story market in our block as per master plan .Mr Kishor Kumar built up the shop two story and cover up all vrandas .Look in this matter as early as possible .

Seepage/ drolets in my toilets and kitchen. All walls ceiling are complete seepage. Dirty water is spreading and droplets are wrie over the toilet seat, seepahe all around through tiles pipes from flat no 284f pocket 2 mayur vihar phase 1. This flat is a dda staff quarter. Requested the tenant. To get it repaired but no response. Several times i got the seepage repaired but bed use not lasting for long

Greetings of the day, respected sir/mam, this is again to inform you that even after my dozens of complaints D.D.A did not took any action against illegal construction held in East zone of Delhi (154-A, D.D.A janta flat, Mayur Vihar, ph-1, near chilla village)and the result is more people are continue to doing illegal construction with the help of local police by paying them huge amount of money, but nobody is thinking for the mishappening which could definitely happen in future, as we all know East Delhi is not the safest zone and this kind of illegal construction tends to survive local residents with fear of building collapse...this is the right time to take action as after mishappening no D.D.A officer can pay for the loss of lifes...being an sincere citizen it is my right to inform you and your department about illegal construction and now it is only your responsibility to take action against this issue or forward my complaint to the person who actually knows their power...do something before it's again getting too late...thankyou

There is an open space as per dda plan, adjacent to plot no b - 23, uco bank br., main market, tagore garden, new delhi - 110027, connecting front with back. My complaint is that why not dda make a road or side path in it so that neither it can be used as dumping ground nor encroachers could have an eye over it. It is about 100 sq. Mts in area. By this humble act of yours area would be clean and purpose of this open space would be fulfilled. You are requested to act fast on it as an s. O. S.

A gutter in the D Block market Anand Vihar Delhi -110092 is choked because it is not connected to the main sewage line. Water is coming in it from various shops in the market and it is overflowing with sewage water. As a result sewage water is accumulated and is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. People around are suffering with fever. Please take immediate action and resolve this problem for the residents around this. Anand Vihar is considered as a posh colony and taxes are collected accordingly. But I am sorry to say that no agency is looking into it and is allowing the problem to grow.

I visited our flat 23a sheikh sarai, phase i new delhi. At about 11.30 on 13 august 2-16 i foind that mr jain occupant of the first floor over my flat in the same block had:

(A) broken the boundary wall of my flat. He had also broken the about 4 ft high steel bar fencing on the boundary wall. And thus had illegally trespassed in my locked flat without anybody's permission

(B) in the gap created by breaking the boundary wall till the foundation, he put up a steel girder about 9 ft high.

(C) by breaking the wall towards the drawing room side of my flat he made big hole in the wall and there he inserted a horizontal steel girder one end of which rested on the girder implanted in my boundary wall

(D) thus he created a frame work was making arrangements for covering the "open to sky" space of our flat by stone slabs small girders and other steel rods etc,

(E) when i told him that his totally illegal and unauthorused construction and yhat encroachment over the properties of others was not only iillegal but also immoral, he grew violent and stated shouting that the "open to sky space even if within the boundary wall of a flat belonged equally to others also and not only to the occupant of the ground floor.

(F) when i further told him that making big holes in the walls of the dda flats for supporting heavy steel girders and the layinig superstructure for about 200 to about 250 sq ft may put the entire structure of the considering that the flats were about 40 tears old, he curtly told me to what i liked. He furher told me that his own syster was an archirct who lived close by and she had apprived the illegal construction.

I immediatelty rang up 100 and told them of the damage being inflicted to my flat by breaking the boundary wall, making a ;deep and wide slit in the roof slab and making wide holes in the load bearing walls mr jain was making my flat dangerous and unfit to live blocking air and light practically to my entire flat.

After ringing up 100 four tmes and contacting the ps malviya nagar one sl/asi mahesh kumar of ps malviya nagar came at about 4 p. M and took photographs of the iliegal construction

When i wanted to give a written complaint to si mahesh kumatr, he asked me to go tp the ps malviya nagar who alone are competent to receive such complaints.

Accordingly went to the ps malviya nagar and hsanded over my complaint to the duty officer who informed that the beat constable shall go there and submit his report.

Wheb till four days nothing happened t+i rang up si magesh kumar and asked him as to how can i get a cop[y of his report. He said that that the invesygating officer shall contact me.

I would request you to kindly take immediate action torestore status quo ante and to make yhe flat safe and restore the natural light and natural ventilation of the flat. Ay the moment the flat has been rendered unsafe and unhealthy to live.. I may mention that i and my wife are senior citizens and suffer from several disabilities. We are afraid of even stepping into the flat rendered structurally unsafe to live

I myself am 80 years old and have 70% percent sisability attributabe to military service.

Despite the police report the said mr jain is still continuing with his illegal and unathorised dangerous to structure construction work

Dear concern, i applied for allotment of a flat under the scheme for slum dwellers and other, 1985 announced by the slum wing of dda on 30.12.1985. Dda has duly received the application with registration no. 39719. I also deposited a amount rs 3000/-towards registration fee. To my surprise it is more than 31 years now and i am yet to hear anything from dda on this matter. My numerous visits with the concerned authorities i dda have falls into deaf ears. I also tried to check the position through your website but to my utter disappointment, i could no figure out anything from the website. I shall be grateful if the matter can be looked into personally by you as soon as possible

In front of our society there are trees which have fallen down on the road due to which road get blocked during the peak hours. Kindly order the appropiate person to clean the road asap

The public place earmarked by dda for public functions in sec 5, dwarka, behind plot 5 and close to the bgs public school is being sued by unscrupulous elements to dump malba in wee hours. Dda should take steps to remove malba, install boards to prohibit dumping of malba nd waste and penalise the offenders by using nearby cctv footage.
The trucks usually come at around 4 am in the morning and dump the malba and go away. The whole area needs to be spruced up or it should be merged with the park which is next to the site.

I, Saurabh Nandi, resident of DDA golf Link Flat, Dwarka sector 23B Pocket 8, on the behalf of other members of the society, want to bring this to your notice that we are not getting water since 4 days.
Earlier we got a notice that cleaning will be done due to which there will be no water supply from 3rd-6th aug and were assured that we will get water from 6th evening, which unfortunately didn't happen. When I called the authorities today (7th aug) morning, they said the cleaning process has been delayed and water will be given from tomorrow. On asking the reason for the delay, they didn't give any clear reply and cut the call saying that they can't do anything and we have to wait.
It's very difficult to manage the house without a single drop of water since 3 days. Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

Dear sir,
Being a citizen of india i have fundamental right to walk freely on pavements maintain and made by dda in and around dwarka to avoid accidents on roads.
I am resident of dwarka for last many years. Every year pavements are maintained, new tiles are fixed. Lakhs of rupees of taxpayers is used. Because street vendors conditions of pavements and footpaths is just beyond imagination. They blocks the footpaths and public property is misused.
Even they are making mockery mr. Modi swatch bharat campaign.

Plz z request to remove vendors permanently from footpaths and pavements.

We live in pocket 1 sector 25 house no 85. There is a big peepal tree in side of our house in house no 84 which is not alloted to anyone via dda which creates lots of problems to us like that tree has many big branches which fell on our roof and electric cable during heavy wind and rain few days back. It also fell on road in front of our house. For that we also call on 100. That tree have many small branches and leaves which comes to our window. We also attached pictures of that heavy rainy day. Please do something good for us. We should be thankful to us

I want to say that we are facing water problems from last 15 days due to illegal changes in water pipelines. this unauthorized changes are done by the mr a. k singh president of kanishka apartment c&d block, pocket-1, shalimar bagh. we are not getting even a drop of water from 2 days. when i gave the complaint to the president, he said that "we are provided with water for only 300 flats and rest of them have to suffer for it". however there are 600 flats in the society. when i gave the application regarding this illegal changes, then he refused to receive it and said that he is not authorized person. i ask him about the permission letter by dda by which these changes are done, he said "we don't have permission letter". he is doing all illegal changes without permission of dda due to which many flats are facing water problems.

According to president, dda is providing water for only 300 flats. why are you not providing water for 600 flats??. president is getting full water to his flat, and we are facing water supply problem.

It is therefore requested you to take action against the illegal changes done by president in the main water pipeline and remove the new pipelines that are attached to the main water pipeline.

I am enclosing the complaint letter which president refused to receive and a video where the new pipeline is connected.

378 mig dda flats, metro apartment jahangir puri, delhi -33, area comes under nd-2 dda,.
This flate ower vijay sharma maithil, removed load bearing wall and illegally encroached open compound area while constructing letrin bathroom there, its 4 story building and our security is our priority, i am residing on first floor, my strongly objection is there, please stop the illegal construction and and instruct them to fix the load bearing wall again, i am going to file complaint to vigilance too. Already filed complaint to acp police station jahangirpuri delhi.

I would like to know that whether Plot (against Application No. 46713, Priority No.14981, Receipt No.15835 and Rohini Regn. Receipt No. CB/H/429/81 dtd.27.03.81) has been allotted or not. If not, when it is expected to be allotted.

I live in ap block pitampura the condition of dda market is very worse all drainage system has failed and the sewer is flowing backward filling the market space with human waste and other waste making difficult to walk also the houses near market area is also deteriorated by foul smell thus making us vulnerable to many diseases please look in to the matter as soon as possible i have also spoken to market pradhan but it was not useful

I am a resident of pkt-02, sector 25, water quality is very poor. it looks like a mud flowing through water pipe lines. it is a health hazard to the residents. its very hard to survive without good quality water. There may be some fault in line broken or something else. you are kindly requested to repair the line for the shake of residents health. early action in the matter shall be highly appreciated.
