Delhi Development Authority [DDA] Complaints & Reviews

This is with reference to my earlier complaints receipt no.: rec/h/16/23235 dated 09 december 2016, receipt no.: rec/m/16/7738 dated 09 december 2016, receipt no.: rec/h/16/23240 dated 09 december 2016 and receipt no.: rec/m/16/7736 dated 09 december 2016 personally registered with deputy director (Housing - mig), chief vigilance officer (Housing - mig), director (Housing board 1- mig) and vice chairman, dda, vikas sadan, new delhi - 110023. The complaint has also been registered with the executive engineer (Bldg. Dept.), zonal office, mcd, rohini, new delhi (Diary serial no: 5665 dated 01 december 2016) and sho, police station - begumpur, dd no.20b, date - 10 december 2016.

No action has been taken by the dda officials to stop the illegal construction, therefore, mr. Chaturvedi, the landlord of flat no - 117 (Ff), pocket-1, sector - 23, rohini, new delhi, is still continuing with his illegal construction work of a room in open area and in front of my main door thereby occupying a lot of free space and blocking the passage.

The shuttering has been done today and planning to put the lenter tomorrow i. E. 27 december 2016. Therefore you are requested to take a strong action at your end to stop this illegal construction work immediately.

Otherwise, i will have no option but to file a case against mr. Chaturvedi, the owner of flat no. 117 (Ff).

Dear sir

We are facing a lot of problem for a difficult timing of water supply in the area of j-1, dda flat, kalkaji, every night at 1a. M. To 5.30 a. M. How a person will complete his/her work, when to sleep and again preparing for going to office. This problem is going on for long time throughout the whole year. Please change the timing of supplying by day may be in the early morning or in the evening. We will be grateful if you do a prompt action.

I am a member of paschim vihar sports complex for the past few years
I am paying my yearly fees on time for the past years and only this year i failed to pay it on time the management of pvsc told me that my memebership is cancelled and i need to pay a fine of 5700 inr to activate it again
The reason i failed to pay it ontime was that i moved to mumbai in september 2016 and since then i was unable to handover the money to the management
But this is the only time i failed to pay it ontime for every past year i paid it in advance
Please help me in getting the penalty fees waived off as this is the first time i failed to pay it ontime
Need your help in getting this sorted out for me

I wish to take your attention towards the condition of the Dwarka Sector 10 parking lot near the metro station & Pinacle mall. It is in very bad shape and there are lot of problems in the parking area.

1) There are no flood lights in the night time. It gets dangerous for female car drivers to park their vehicle.

2) There is no cleanliness in the parking area and the garbage is present all the time. The parking attendants are very rude and do not take care of the area.

3) Plenty of people consume alcohol in the parking area during the night time, since it is close to the "Pinacle Mall" liquor shop.

4) Many people can be seen urinating on the parking area wall. It gives very foul smell all the time.

Please take some action to improve the parking area.

This is with refernce to cement which has been spread all over parking in the name of repairing of parking lot.The cement flies and gets inside all the nearby flats making it very difficult for residents to breathe specially the elders as well small kids.
Lot of people are down with breathing issues and day by day its going from bad to worse.
I would request the relevant authorities to look into this matter and immediately do the repair work so the ash don't fly and make it difficult to survive people here

I want to highlight the encroachment of public land by illegal and unauthorized construction which is being constructed by PARVEEN PANDEY, Flat no:204, 480 LIG DDA FLATS, AASHARWAD APPT, BLOCK A, NEAR G.D COLONY, MAYUR VIHAR PHASE -3, NEW DELHI, 110096, which is the main source of pollution in soceity.Despite of the previous complaint to DDA, no action has been taken yet and construction is going in full swing.It is heard that he has given bribe to the concerned department thats why he is doing the construction without any kind of oppose by the concerned department.
The copy of this application has been sent to various department as mentioned below:
1.CHIEF JUSTICE OF DELHI HIGH COURT.
2.L.G OF DELHI.
3.SDM (EAST DELHI MUNCIPAL COOPERTION.

I want to raise a complaint as suggested by sdm, east delhi mc, against illegal and an unauthorized construction in dda flats, which is being constructed by praveen pandey, flat no 204, aashirwaad aapt, 480 dda lig, block - a, near gd colony, mayur vihar phase 3, new delhi 110096,

This is to bring in your notice that we the residents of Pocket-D Loknayak Puram DDA FLATS are facing a grave problem of receiving sewer water and muddy water in place of safe drinking water ( soft water) to our house since two weeks now.

We have informed RWA of our society who have reported this to the Project Office of DDA in Loknayak Puram a number of times, but no action has been taken in this regard.
Kindly understand it is leading to foul smell, bacterial growth in the water tankers and in the respective houses leading to serious health hazards which can take the shape of a serious epidemic threatening our lives.
Despite of having the judgement from the Honourable Delhi High Court for supplying drinking water for Loknayak Puram DDA flats the situation is now that the residents have to now receive SEWER WATER.
Please take an immediate and stern step in this regard.

Sir,
house no. of 106 of pocket 1 of sector 25 has been illegally occupied by some persons as it it was vacant. The persons who have occupied this property are suspicious and creating problems for others. They use to prepare food by burning wood and leaves and it create smoke for others. This smokes spread so many homes and difficult to reside here.
we the residents of this pocket asked them various times to not do so but they did not stop to do so.
i came to know that your j.E is collecting the rent and has allowed to do so.
please do needful immediately.

There is a jhuggi cluster next to jinvani public school, sec 4, dwarka, which has occupied govt property unauthorisedly and daily they burn leaves during night time - after 5.30 pm. Many request have been made, but the labourers dont listen. The burning of leaves goes on till late at night and this is causing too much air pollution. Please help.

The jhuggies are unauthorised and on public land, please remove encroachments

I had applied for dda slum wing residential flat registration scheme for slum dwellers and other - 1985 We are already Paid 3000/- and Vide application no. 40583. Since 1985 no response recd. Please help moreover nothing is on website as soon as possible.

There are people living in the park which may be acceptable but these ppl use wood as fuel for cooking food...the condition is that bad that one side of park is polluted much more than the outside of the park...no deep breathing exercise can be done as the smoke goes in too and moreover after the bio-toilets installed in the park these ppl do everything in the open in the park which is disgusting...
Atleast Please provide them lpg cylinders i[censored] can't move them out...

We have POND PARK, INSTITUTIONAL AREA, SECTOR-3, ROHINI in our society and we regular commuters of this park, and we are doing morning walk from last 20 years. Recently, it is observed that on sand walking track DDA its planning to fix the concrete tiles. In this concept, we would like to bring your kind notice that walking on concrete track is very unhealthy for joints and moreover, it is also not advised by the doctors to walk over it.
We humbly request you to kindly keep the walking track of the above mentioned park as it is.
"And the public funds that you have sanctioned for this purpose may please be diverted for Cleanliness and grooming of the park."
Hope that you will consider our request with a positive mind and do the needful.

It is to complaint you that DDA FLATS NARELA is under very worst condition and mismanagement made it more worst to live.streets, sanitation system, water supply and buildings are in very dilapidated condition, sewer is over flowing, dirty water and garbage are scattered over street, buildings out structures are broken and in dangerous position as it may fall any time and can cause deadly damage to human kind or living being.streets are broken and in very unsafe position, maximum pipes of water supply are damaged and leaking, it makes lot of trouble for habitant to fetch water, scattered water get accumulated outside residence buildings and in street which introduce serious challenge to health as it is safe heaven for dengue and malaria parasites.parks are in very dilapidated position, here is no plantation no management for maintenance.

Kindly note that owner of the flat no. 977 has removed the roof the the flat scince last more than 5 years and it is in complete danger condition the the adjoining flat no. 976. Rouind flat is the house of dengue masqutoes and rats and it become the garbage center of locality.

So you are requested to take the immediate action against this flat or cancelled the allotment of it or send the demolation for the same completely.

We, the residents of pocket-9, sector-23, rohini extn., were getting the water supply daily for 2-3 hours till the m/o may but from the m/o june the water is coming on alternate days in sector 23. The reason told was the shortage of supply.
But now there should not be any shortage but we are still getting the water supply on alternate days and even in aletrnate days we get water supply for 20 to 30 mins beacuse...

A wall of my house wet with sevage Watter from last one month, it converted my room with very bad smell. Actually behind my wall, at fifth floor, there is lecage of sevage Watter from common drain pipe.

Before 15 days, On above problem when I need to complaint to local office of DDA, which is situated in side of locality of Rohini heights sector-29, I went there at 10 O'Clock in the morning, but no any authorise body was meet me even office was open. When I went to second time at 12:30 pm, two person was there but they refuse to tell me there designation in that office. Some how I gues, one of them was Superwiser and another was his sub employe Mr. Garden Prashed. I asked them to tell me contact number of any JE or other officers but they refuse for same and inform me that, they have been instructed not to provide any contact number of officials for DDA complaint.

When I strictly make complaint to them, they ready to hear me. Mr. Garden Prashrd
Visited to the spot and instructed with the help of general macanic. I felt that they are making me cheat and confuse. They only showed there duty and nothing.
after instruction Mr. Garden prashed demanded me Rs 250 far repair the common drain pipe. I refuse to give him and requested him to do there duty and liability.

In same reythem there is small courtyard ( common place where kitchen's Watter drain out) in every bulding, that always wet and dirty. That may result dengerus environment for human.

Premises of building, where door of lift opens on second floor, is very dirty. Hear on second flore one person came to me before one month and asked for Rs 150/ month for cleaning the same. She inform me about other resident who paid him.

I also meet to few society members and security guards . all they inform me that, above complaint is legally handled by DDA Officials only.

On basis of above description, I need to request to authosise person who belongs to all above liability...

1. Take a legal action on DDA authority officials who misbehave me and ask for Rs 250 as discribed above.

2. Repair the drain pipe of sewage by which my Waal get wet as described.

3. Make arrangement to drain out Watter from courtyard in the way that surface go same stay dry .

4. Make arrangement to regular and proper clean, in side of common building premises, like near lift and gallery etc.

Since 1985 (More than 31 years) no response received from the authority. Kindly intimate the current status of the scheme.
