Dear sir, i applied for allotment of a flat under the scheme for slum dwellers and other, 1985 announced by the slum wing of dda on 30.12.1985. Dda has duly received the application with registration no. 31720 (Priority no. 21043 (General category). I also deposited a amount rs 3000/-towards registration fee. To my surprise it is more than 31 years now and i am yet to hear anything from dda on this matter. My numerous visits with the concerned authorities dda have falls into deaf ears. I also tried to check the position through your website but to my utter disappointment, i could not figure out anything from the website. I shall be grateful if the matter can be looked into personally by you as soon as possible

I am a frequent visitor to shalimar bagh but of late the orchard has become a sanctuary for antisocial elements who have turned entire garden into a mess. Evening and morning walkers, especially the women and young girls are scared to visit shalimar bagh in the midst o[censored]nknowns who clandestinely throng the park without any check whatsoever by any custodian of park which comes under horticulture wing of delhi development authority (Dda).
Perturbed by the wrongful spoiling of lush-green orchard which is enriched with age-old tress of different spices, uprooting of electric poles by hoodlums, i along with local residents inquired that why after all suddenly the shalimar bagh has become a den for wrongful persons. After in-depth probing it has come to light that earlier horticulture department of dda use to auction the shalimar bagh on lease for one year and temporary owner use to take care of entire garden for the allotted period. The caretaker, apart from harvesting the crop from fruit bearing trees, use to maintain the garden methodically and no incidents of any kind was noticed in the orchard as long it remained in the custody of person who was allotted the garden on lease by the horticulture department of dda.
Now it is totally unguarded, not only the fruits are plucked throughout the day by locals and strangers but illegal encroachments have also come up in the vicinity of the garden, besides providing the leeway for all sorts of clandestine activities. It is really quite mind-boggling to acknowledge that why the horticulture department of dda has not auctioned the orchards like shalimar bagh, nali wala bagh, motay wala bagh, hazare wala bagh etc., which not only generated revenue to dda but also used to protect the garden from wrongful usage as the designated owner for specified period used to preserve the garden appropriately to best level.
It is earnestly requested to kindly look into the matter and all those responsible of tainted horticulture department of dda should be taken to task for putting the residents to such an uncomfortable situation under which they find scary to use the garden and also for massive revenue loss to dda by not leasing the orchards in the fitness of the situation where dda is in no position to maintain round-the-clock protection of the green belt where thousands of trees and plants have been left to complete neglect. Already abandonment of orchards under reference has resulted in destruction of many fruit bearing trees and plants in addition to severe damage to the greenery for which our hon’ble prime minister is so concerned.

I would like to inform illegal unauthorized floor construct in pitam pura AU 105 OR AU 108 gali number 2 delhi 88 .this floor is completely illegal made by owner .his support to local civil bodies made completely unauthorized illegal floor .
pls strict action about this construction .

We are resident of sec 12 pocket 4, shubham apartment dwarka 75. Yesterday our rooftop structure collapsed and fell on the water tank kept below which was totaly damaged. The structure is in the brink of collapsing further and it might cost someones life as the building is in a very bad state built by dda. The matter was raised last year as well when a person was injured badly because of the collapsing structure. Kindly look into this matter seriously. We the resident are extremely scared of moving out of the house as any mishap can happen. God forbid if any life lost it will be dda fault.

I got a polt by lucky dro 2015 and got mail to plot no 330 dwarka falt category janta. After that we conform with dda or summit whole money (7 lakh 78 thousand 7 hundred 56 rs) with crucial rate 2015 but unfortunately ina said that it already allotted also said that with ur again droo but again it's also allotted to someome ina said again droo with u this tym ina allotted plot no 782 dwarka falt category janta. This tym ina said tha u must to give us 33470 rs because 782 falt sqr is litter more and we ask there junior engineering. According to me or je from there plot 330 & plot 782 sq feet are same. We allotted at 2015 but they want circular rate 2016. It's not my mistake 2 tym worry allotted.In 1 year 8 lakh 75 thousand i lost. Now my family have no roof on head.

Hi Team,

I have been staying in Pocket 10B, BLK-7 DDA, LIG, Jasola, New Delhi - 110025 since 2014 and all the residents are facing water problem. Earlier we had issue with water quality with high TDs and lead content. The 1st problem has yet not been resolved now we are facing problem with water not coming to our flats. Water timings are fixed for morning. 7am to 8am. This is not sufficient for all the residents. Water should come for 2 hours in morning and 2 hours in evening.

I would appreciate if your team can look into this on priority and execute some plan so that water problem can be solved.

School owner mrs. Kamlesh sharma edifying multi storey building for imerald public school at flat no 271, 272& 273 etc developing mountainous uneven, ordeal situation for other residents adjoining. Encroachment at plinth level by using land for stairs at common compound land & expansion by chajjas right from first floor until last obscuring other flats. Number of school students and their parents in the morning to drop and in the afternoon for picking up will as a result develop beefy commotion in a meager space compound. Request made by other inhabitants for stopping mal execution, but, do not accede. Pls address bonafide grievance.

I would like to draw your kind notice towards green belt area of new seema puri a - block near road no.70 situated at delhi-110095. It is a green belt area which has been developed by efforts of fsrc (Ngo)'s firstly and after your department. I have been complaining about its damaged walk way, boundry wall and entry gates since 2002. But till now i am waiting for dda's initiative but now i have tired by dda department. So please resolve my problem as earliest.

Sir I would like to request to develope toilets at 56 bigha park near inderlok metro station. There has been a lot of complaints in past but no action has been taken till now. Lots of ladies and senior citizens face problems due to lack of toilets. Thus I would like to request you to please take some serious steps. Waiting for your positive response.

This is to state that we at dda janta flats, pocket 11, jasola vihar, delhi 110025 facing water crisis since last 2-3 months. Till last month it was an irregular & in sufficient supply of water. Now there is 10-15 minutes per day supply at very low pressure, hence, most of the people can't get the water at all. Since last two days i haven't received even a drop water from the supply. And the local authority shows very irresponsible & odd behaviour as they have'nt any interest to solve the issue even after making number of complaints.
You are requested to kindly arrange to solve the issue if any and arrange the water supply (A basic need of life) to the people who pay honestly for.

I am a resident of sector 23 dwarka. The road from ranjit vihar 2 in sector 23 till the red light near keshav kunj aptt.In sector 22 is very damaged. There is water logging on the broken road. It is causing lot of difficulty to the residents and would request for an immediate action to resolve the situation. The road has also caved in, in some corners.In either end of the road there is mud and water. It is neither healthy nor safe.

I have alloted a lig flat in kondli giroli in nov-14, almost one & half year completed but i have not got the possession, i have done all formality in aug 2015, but i have not received the possession letter and when we go to dda department no one support me and my some documents also missing & they want that i have submitted again a copy of missing documents. Basically i want to submit a complaint by name but how can i do i dont know. Regarding that case i was go some high department but there were no body listen to me all are want money. Still i have not received any information regarding possession letter. Kindly give me a valuable solution

I have submitted three copies of conveyance deed fully stamped by the office of the collector of stamps, INA, New Delhi, for the conversion of Leasehold to freehold, Residential plot no M-93, Vilas Puri, New Delhi - 110018 to DDA along with leased end in original in the last week of December 2008. I have contacted the person on duty, without hiring the middleman. My free hold papers were in process and the same were entered in the free hold conversion register at DDA, but my free hold papers were not handed over to me for wants of some money and lease papers also taken by me, they are putting one by one some objections and I have clarify the same, but they were not satisfied, wants some papers which were already lying in the file. I am a senior citizen, and I cannot comes to the DDA office along with two witnesses as and when they wants to complete the formalities, you are requested to look into the matter and arrange the free hold documents for submission at the Registrar office.

Subject:-regarding illegal construction in my locality.


This is to inform you that there has been an illegal construction on the common terrace area by one of the neighbors (Flat no. 140 pragati apartments sfs pocket 3 paschim vihar new delhi 110063) and has also locked the area which has the passage to common water tanks for the building and now everyone is starting to follow the same pattern and do the same thing. Considering the natural calamities occurring these days such as earthquakes we have no open space to run to as all terrace area near the buildings are locked and covered completely.
Also while doing such illegal construction in the common terrace no prior no objection is taken from the neighbors. They are covering the entire terrace area. As per the rules no one is allowed to build immovable property for personal use. Further no precaution is being taken by them while undergoing these construction. The material is been throw on our houses and cars due to which we have suffered damages and when we asked for the damages they refuses. Also i would like to bring to your notice that the resident of this apartment is an employee of dda and despite knowing the rules and regulation he is undergoing this illegal construction. I hope you will immediately take action and stop this illegal construction.

Sir i was alloted plot agains the 81 scheme against which i have deposited 15 lac in advance .but now they are saying i have to give affidavit that i have not any plots in delhi.but how it is possible that i have not purchased any plots in 35 years.after one year i went to the office for refund, now they are saying 10% will be deducted from the total amount .

I have alloted a janta flat in sec-4 rohini in nov-14, almost one & half year completed but i have not got the possession, i have done all formality in june & july-2015, but i have not received the possession letter or any other information till date, kindly check my application status.

In village near chung no 2.1/2 and chungi no 3 c block lal kuana khasra no 315 new delhi 110044 south delhi zone (Dda riz land) was cleared from land mafias and encroachers. But during the demolition in dec 2014, some land still left encroached by raja gujar residence of lal kuana chung no 2.1/2. During the demolition raja gujar threatened to dda officials, hence it was left also he was arrested but after that he still grabbing rij land illegal cutting of trees and grabbing of vacant dda riz land raise unauthorised construction over these lands and sailing vacant land to people all dda concerned officials are actively involved as they get their share from the profits of vacant dda land worth at least rs 1000 crore . I would request senior management of land management dda riz land, please check this land asap, and clear it up and build boundry wall. Residents can take the responsibility of managing this land as a park and lots of greenery may come up in this area. Residents of lal kuana
