I had applied for Housing scheme 2014 through HDFC bank. As per the announcement by DDA, I should get refund by 24th Dec 2014 but till date I have not received refund amount of 1 lakh rupees. Below is my payment and application detail - Application no - 3015386 Paid Amount - 100, 000/- registration amount + 150 application fee + 22.47 convenience charge = 100, 172.47 PayUMoney Payment id - 9224872 Paid on[protected]:43:30 Bank Name - HDFC Bank Branch - Kasturba Road, Bangalore - 560001 Please look into this matter.     I have applied for DDA housing scheme, 2014 through online application. I have done the online payment of registration of rupees 100172/- through HDFC bank net-banking. However I have not received the refund so far. The bank is silent about the issue though I have raised a complaint against the same. Kindly resolve the issue.       Bank has released the Demand Drafts to all unsuccessful applicants by December 27, 2014, which were dispatched to customers communication address. All the drafts are expected to be delivered before January 5, 2015. Please write to [protected]@icicibank.com with your contact details incase you do not receive it by January 5, 2015. Refer "a03dpl" in the subject line.

      I have made the payment through online banking so expecting my account should credit directly into my account. One of my friend applied from SBI and he also did payment using online banking. His amount credited directly into his account.

      But you guys are saying that I will get Demand draft.

      Please let me know why different process for ICICI only.

          Hi, I applied online through ICICI Bank - Formzero.in and my application number is 6025780. I have not yet received the refund into my ICICI Bank account, whereas i have read in several online blogs that many people who applied through other banks have already received their refund. I called up ICICI Bank customercare and they told me that they have not received any refund amount from DDA and upon receiving the amount from DDA, the system would automatically credit the accounts. I would sincerely request DDA to take this up strongly with ICICI Bank and make them pay interest on this delay. My email id is : [protected]@me.com

            Respected DDA Authorities, I am trying to call your customer care but no body is picking up. My DDA housing application was not successful and I am still waiting for my money back into my account. I generated the DD (308699) dated 6/Oct/14 from my ICICI home branch in Gurgaon Sector 14 and submitted my DDA application Form number : 0562835 . As per results of DDA in November'14 my application was not short listed and I should get my money back into my ICICI Sector 14 branch ASAP. I am still waiting for the same.                           I applied for DDA housing scheme, 2014 through Indusind Bank, but didn't succeed. I am still waiting for refund of Rs. 1 lack. My DDA form No. is - 0496839. Indusind Bank sent me SMS on 30.12.2014 mentioning that amount has been sent and I will receive it shortly, but without any tracking No. There is not body to help neither bank nor DDA. I have received a DD for one application on 6th Jan but for the other one I have yet to receive. The application number (for the missing DD ) is 03005517. Even though DDA had mentioned refund the registration amount by 26/12/2014 (latest revised date for refund 31/12/2014) I haven't received my amount yet.                               It is to inform that DDA LAND measuring 2000 SQ. METERS IN POSH AREA of PITAM PURA has been encroached. The same is DDA park which has been converted into BANQUET HALL & HOTEL WITH AIR CONDITIONED ROOMS in name of Temple. THIS IS LOCATED ON MAIN ROAD IN JU-BLOCK PITAM PURA, DELHI (OPPOSITE TO DISTRICT PARK) THIS IS MONEY CHURNING BANQUET HALL & HOTEL of 25 Rooms; employees quarters and even lift has been installed. This all is being done with the active connivance of DDA official. Even the trees are trapped inside the building. The market value of pitam pura is approx 5 Lac per Sq.                                     i m anjana was residing at D - 1125, 4th floor, dda flat, bindapur, uttam nagar, on rent. Now i left the floor on 31st may .The house owner praveen sharma charging 300 rs every month for water charge without meter. Water meter is not installed there but they are charging 300 rs for water from their every renter. plz take action on this...

                                      SIR THIS PARK HAS BEEN COMPLETELY TAKEN OVER BY JHUGGI DWELLERS.DURING THE DAYAND NIGHT THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING PARK DIRTY AND THEIR CHILDREN DO ALL SOUGHT OF DIRTY THINGS IN NIGHT, HENCE PROPER MONITORING BY CHOWKIDAR IS MUST.PARK SHOULD REMAIN CLOSE FROM 10.30 TO 4.30 AND FROM 8.30 TO 5AM.                                         There are 2 lifts in the apartment and both are not working since long time. Maintenance person of the society says that the complaint has been booked in DDA but response is still awaited. These are four floor apartment & many type of people stay in this like Heart patient, old age etc... Since the lift is not working, all people staying on upper floor have lot of problem.
