Hi Team, My name is Sandeep Panwar. I filled the DDA scheme 2014 and i did that through hdfc bank. HDFC bank was doing this with the third party payumoney. So i filled my application no 3029770 and my payment ID 10455030. I filled it under my name but when the form got completed after the payment, someone else information was showing up. I contacted hdfc bank, but they said they can not do anything. Then i check with payumoney even they said i have to contact DDA to get it correct or edit. My contact no: [protected] / [protected] Please assist and help me as it is very important for me.

For DDA housing scheme 2014 I have submitted the form[protected] with a DD of 1 lac at kotak Mahindra bank Gurgaon. But when i checked DDA site with my form no. It says no data found. this is about the illegal construction going on in flat no. 65, suraj apartments, pul pehlad pur. The residents have not stopped the construction even after repeated complaints. i request you to look into the matter and stop the construction as soon as possible.

Sir, i am a resident of flat no. 51, pkt-H-33, sector -3 rohini and i wish to draw your attention towards the poor status of balcony( both front and back side)of flat no. 53, PKT - H-33, sector -3. the balcony status is very much evident to everyone in our neighbourhood also that it can collapse any time which will led to a accident and in this matter we have approached the flat owner of flat no. 53 many times but till date no action is taken from there end. i would request you to plz help us or guide us in this matter.

Dear Sir, I would like to draw the attention of MCD towards the unauthorised construction of temple and related shops around it. the temple construction has been expanded illegally around the Suvidha Apartments in Phase IV, Ashok Vihar, Delhi 52. A lot of people come day and night and park their cars in front of illegally constructed temple. We see a lot of rikshaw pullers also standing in front of temple waiting for their customers. A lot o[censored]nauthorised kiosks (temporary shops) have been opened to cater to the needs of people visiting the temple such as florist, food for religious offering etc. this has disturbed the life of residents of people living around the temple, sometime it takes us 15 minutes to cross the stretch while going to office in the morning. it has impacted the quality of life of people in the vicinity because the temple authorities have been able to take undue advantage of religious beliefs of people. I request you to please look in to the matter and resolve the problem to the extent possible.

Parking contractor outside hdfc bank district centre Laxmi Nagar delhi is charging rs.10 for scooter and rs.20 for cars. He is giving half teared car parchi to 2 wheeler and asking for 10 rs. Also giving tempo parchi to car owners which shows rs.30 per entry and charging rs.20 per entry. Authorities must take care of such contractors and cancel there contracts. They are paying dda per month according to rs.5 and rs.10 but charging general public rs.10 and rs.15.

Seepage on the ceiling and walls of our washroom's and kitchen from the overhead flat no:-3 has been posing:- 1) a threat to damage of property; 2) rendering households helpless from using the kitchen due to obnoxious stink and 3) running the hazard of health problems even to other residents. The continuous water trickling down in the washroom walls makes the problem even worse. Since the problem warrants urgent action before it deteriorates any further, you are appraised of the matter for needful before long.

Sir/madam there is a illegal contruction going on in 31-A shivam enclave d.d.a flats m.i.g jhilmil. Unhne building ki main wall tod rakhi hai and do room ko ek bada hall bana diya hai. Which is quiet dangerous because the whole burden or weight of building rely on that wall.. please do something because there is a high risk to fell down of building.. please kindly take action Thanks.

Sir, L47B janta flats dilshad garden me resident ne main stair se ek illegal stair bnaya he, us k karen hm sbko bhut difficulty ho rhi he, last week ek six years child bhut buri trah jakhmi ho gya tha, usme rhne wali lady bhut hi nang aurat he, please help us, because uske saamne police wale bhi haar maan gye he, bhut complaint ki, lekin police se koi bhi help nhi mili. Sir This is to say that our block house no.s 8367 8368, 8369, 8370, 8371 Sewer line and rain water line is severely blocked we have complained many times through our RWA but no body listens . We have got it cleaned by our local cleaning team but it fills up again and again. Sir this a total health menace . Lot of mosquitoes breed and this will become a health hazard for Malaria and Dengue outbreak if not controlled in time . We will be grateful to you i[censored] look into the matter at your earliest as this will save hospital bills . Last year there was one dengue case from our block. Someone called me at my office when I was busy and said that I have 7000 points that’s needs to be redeemed, and since the financial year is closed, they are giving me a grace chance to redeem the same before April end. They told me that they are calling me from HDFC the No is [protected]. Just then a few days back I received a mail from HDFC that I have some points to be redeemed, but since I did not know how to do the redeeming I left it out. But when I received this call and straight away from HDFC I immediately recalled my mail, and I correlated my mail with this call and said ok I will redeem the points. The caller said that a Co Called AMTEC ENGINEERS will call and they will offer me some products. I said ok. Within 10 mts I received a call from [protected] and again from +[protected] and they said they are giving me some gift vouchers and Loto Shoes and a Ray Ban Coolers for Rs 6999/- which is equivalent to the points to be redeemed. Then the caller said first this amount will be debited to your account and in the same statement you will see the reversal as ‘Points redeemed’. The caller was so authoritative, and made be believe that he is calling from the Bank. He asked me my card no and the safety no. at the reverse. Like a fool I told him that. The caller also told me some stories and said don’t reveal anything to the company just say, I will pay. Because this is from the Bank and the company should not know that you are redeeming the points. While this conversation is going on he said now you will receive a confirmation message from the bank and just like that I received a message as follows and before I could read and comprehend I received around 8 to 9 calls. I believed the SMS with HDFC on it.

Sir Flat No. 86C, IInd Floor, Block D-1-C, Janakpuri, New Delhi has made unauthorised construction by bribing police men and DDA personnel and made four room set not on the floor they bought but also one more floor above on the roof. Which can weaken the base of the building and can become a cause of disaster. Please look into the matter and destroy these type of illegal construction. Raghav Dutt

Sir, I am 65 now and was allotted a house against which I deposited Rs.15000/ with DDA and thereafter neither any letter was sent to me regarding this allotment for occupation of flat so allotted nor my registration money and allotment money is refunded. This is to bring to your notice that we are having a seepage problem coming from the flat above our house through their rain water drain and toilet pipe. On repeated request the owner denies to rectify the problem stating that there is no problem in his system. The fact is that the pipes coming from above ONLY carry the waste and toilet drain from the flat above and no other flat is connected to those pipes. This is a recurring problem and there have been times that we have changed the pipes ones at our own expense in the past. Inspite of this the owner refuses to take the responsibility of the same causing major health and life threatening danger to our family members as there are electrical wires that are going through the same area just behind the said seepage area. I would hereby request to take some necessary action to avoid this in future and ensure the owner takes full responsibility of the same as all our attempts to resolve this issue amicably has failed as he denies the fact that its their pipes that are causing the problem.
