Please check my water meter.My water bill show it is stopped.but it's in working condition.and due to this problem my bill is very high amount.I had already complaint about it by offline in DJB najfabghar office.but they are not responding.so please attention it. thank u kno no.[protected]

With due respect I want to inform you that I am a resident of kanjhawala village.In my street name balbir pardhan wali gali teen pana...we had face problem of water crises from few weeks...we had complained many times but no action has been taken in this regard...so it is humble request to plz solve this problem on priority basis...

Dear sir

Polluted water is coming into our homes for the last many years, please suggest some solution to the problem.

I have purchased a builder flat measuring 750 sq. ft. in Paryavaran Complex, near Saket.

I applied for a new water connection. In reply to this I received a message on my phone stating "Your connection has been regularized: new K No is [protected]. Deposit dues as per bill[protected], Amt 53367.00 within 04 Sep 2021. Delhi Jal Board".

I have the following observations on this bill:-

1. As my application was for a new water connection, the question of regularization does not arise.

2. No details/breakup of the bill have been provided. In the absence of details/breakup I am not in a position to verify whether the charges are correct or not.

3.As far as I understand, the charges of Rs.53367.00 are too high for just taking a water connection. As far as I know, the charges should be around Rs. 6000/- for a new water connection.

In view of the above, I request you to kindly look into the matter and provide me the details of the bill i.e. different items for which you are charging, so that I am able to verify the same at my end too.

For last 10 days water in our taps is very contaminated. Even after processing through RO there is such a strong smell that it seems we are drinking sewer water. It is getting very difficult to bath in this water, let alone drink.

Due to new sewer line going outside of my home, there was no water supply from 3-4 months in my area and I am shocked to see that I have received water bill around 586. Even I only use summer sever water from last 1 year then how is it possible that I am getting bill and meter reading is showing RDDT. Please look into it

From past few years after the purchase of property water meter reading is not working but current status of meter is shown to be ok by meter reader and on that basis bill is generated.
i want that there should be proper reading of meter can be done
i want that connection to be discontinued

मैं दिनेश, RZ 25 पुरानी राजा पुरीउत्तम नगर से हूँ ( । हमारी कालोनी में सीवर ओवरफ्लो की समस्या खत्म होने का नाम नही ले रही है। आखिर कितने साल और हम इस नर्क में रहें। कोई जवाब हो आपके पास तो बताएं। पिछले साल सितम्बर में आपने कहा था कि सीवर लाइन बाई पास के लिए एस्टीमेट पास कर दिया है और जल्दी ही समस्या का स्थाई समाधान हो जायेगा। किन्तु एक साल बीत जाने के बाद भी समस्या ज्यों की त्यों बनी हुई है। 23 जुलाई 2021 को आपसे मोबाइल पर बात हुई थी आपने कहा था कि एक हफ्ते में टेंडर पास हो रहा है। उस टेंडर की क्या स्थिति है बताने की कृपा करें। आपको मोबाइल करते करते थक चुका हूँ किन्तु आपके पास हमारा फोन उठाने की फुर्सत ही नहीं है। वैसे ही आपके जोनल इंजीनियर हरीसिंह जी हैं वे भी फोन नहीं उठाते। रही बात जेई मीना जी की आज उन्होने भी फोन स्विच्ड आफ कर रखा था। वैसे मीना जी हाथ खडे कर चुके हैं कि मेरे वश का नहीं है। अब आप ही बताइए कि हम लोग करें तो क्या करें और जाएं तो कहां जाएं।

हमारी समस्या की कोई स्थायी समाधान कौन करेगा यह भी बताया जाये
सभी दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के अधिकारी ( JE, AE & XEN) अपने कार्य दूसरे एरिया वालो पर थोप रहे है और हमारी समस्या जस की तस बनी हुई है
ऑनलाइन शिकायत करने पर दूसरे या तीसरे दिन के बाद बिना कोई कार्यवाही किये ही बंद कर दी जाती है

This is to notify that we are resident of RZ-66B sadh nagar street no.8, Palam colony, South Delhi 110045, we are facing water supply problems from last 1 year alot we had complained several times verbally and also in written about the same but we didn't get any response .we are not getting water supply properly, nowadays supply is discontinuing for a while in a day or sometimes only twice in a week, In this location water supply issues are only in street no.8, as the other areas getting proper water supply on time, hence we are trying to connecting to you but not able to convey the massage .

Kindly do the needful on this issue as soon as possible because there are children in our family facing this too.

Hi, I am Abhishek Gupta residence of NORTH WEST Delhi and the adress is B-216 Avantika Rohini Sector 1 Delhi 110085 for last 15 day the sewerage is blocked and the sewerage water is coming inside the house and Contaminated (Gutter)water is coming to our place (B-216 Avantika Rohini Sector 1 Delhi 110085) since the last two weeks. Even after so many complaints their is no necessary action taken.

TSir besides repeated complaints on various forums we still getting dirty smelly contaminated Water in c block, vinod puri, vijay enclave. No body is bothered for our serious issues which affecting our health. We have right to drink safe water but it seems action only takes place on paper on ground level nothing happening.

I am a resident of New Uttam Nagar, Near Santosh Park, New Delhi. It is intimated that water supplied to this colony from 3-4 days is very dirty. It is nothing but sewerage water. Many people are suffering from illness due to use of this water. Many complaints have been made to various authorities but no solution has been made till now.
It is requested to kindly take immediate action keeping in mind the urgency of clean water.

Hello my name is Amarjeet Singh and my account number is[protected] I want to confirm why I am getting billed as currently I'm in overseas and no one lived there in the house who can use water so I am confused that why I am getting billed this much as no one is using water. Please confirm. I paid rs 370.07 in April 2021, then rs 1350 in July and now it’s another 1350 for august.

Hi, I am sumathi residence of South Delhi and the adress is 19/209 dakshin puri new delhi 110062 for last 15 day the sewerage is blocked and the sewerage water is coming inside the house and not able to use the bathroom. Kindly send the concern person to check and clean it. Kindly take action as soon as possible

In New Uttam Nagar, 110059, the supplied water is not fit for drinking. It smells like sewer, we have no clean water supply from past two days. Please.look into it asap
