Sir,

Today, at 1:20 p. M., i boarded bus route no. 835 (Bus no. Dl 1 pc 8107) from khaira mor bus stop. When i tried to enter the bus, the driver closed the gate after getting inside the dtc staff member. Thrice i requested him to open the gate but he did not open it even after watching me struggling. My hand is also injured a little bit in this incident. The driver is so irresponsible and should have been punished. I also have a cctv fotage along this incident happend with me. And i requested you to punished the dtc bus driver and the bus number is dl 1pc 8107.

I request the concerned authority to seriously look into this matter because in such incidents, if a person falls from the bus or there is some mishappening then who will be responsible for this?

These issues must not be ignored and acted upon seriously.

I lost my leather shoulder bag in an autorikshaw 2 to 2:30 am 24th november, he drove fast and i cried but drove fast, i ran fast but i din catch him. He dropped me at my address saeeda manzil house no. 244 first floor, zakir nagar near rahmani masjid, new delhi 110025.in the bag, i kept my adhar card and my wife voter id card nazia firoz. I kept other important things like my company's id card concentrix daksh india private limited...

One of the male passenger avoiding one female passenger but bus marshal not doing any thing. He enjoying every moment.
Use no-one keep bad words hume hi dhamki done lag gya ki jo karna ha karlo mera koi kuch nahi bigaad sakta.
Aise marshal love kisi liye bus me rakha gya hai.

So i requesting to you please is tarah ke marshal ko ladies saffty ke liye na take.

Incident location : delhi cantt

I travel in dtc bus no.901, 114, 921, 174, which goes from shalimar bagh daily in night.
I have observed mostly 50% people travel without ticket in night from 8 pm to 8.30 pm. There is no ticket checker on this route from shalimar bagh to kali mandir in night. So, people take advantage of this & travel without ticket daily. Dtc faces burden of financial loss because of these kinds of people who travel without ticket daily in night. The conductor refused to take action against these people who travel without ticket, not give tickets to them and allowed them to travel. Hoping for resolution of this issue or at the least a response considering its government and people like us, how much ever we want to have faith in our government bodies. Kindly arrange ticket checker on this route from shalimar bagh to kali mandir in night from 8 pm to 8.30 pm. Hoping for quick response. God bless you & take care.

I am a resident of nana soni lane near shivam hotel sitabuldi nagpur. I'm here to complain about street dogs. We are facing a many problem because of them like in night to take restfull sleep is not possible they shouts at every single person who come out of house. Importantly students are facing many problems in studies as because of distribance.

Regularly i am travelling from uttam nagar to soami nagar by dtc buses.

As usual today i boarded an ac bus running in route no.724 from uttam nagar to nehru place around 8:30 am on 05.11.2019. The number of the bus is dl 1pc 7151.

I boarded the bus from sagarpur bus stand and found that the seat next to cunductor is vacant and requested the lady conductor to shift to the inner seat, so that i can sit on the first seat.in fact i am suffering acute pain on my right ankle due uric acid problem. That is why i asked for a seat, which is not reserved to any category. First the conductor told me that water peeping on that seat but i didn't see any such water on the seat. The she put a towel on the seat and told me that it is the seat for marshal. But the marshal was sitting on the opposite seat with her friend. She did not want to shift from that seat to the seat near to the conductor. Both of them put a sarcastic smile on me and told me that they will not vacate any of the seats and occupied all 3 seats. Last they told me to go and sit on a ladies seat with same sarcastic smile.

I am very desperate with the behavior of the conductor and marshal

I mushtaq from b-48 vijay vihar phase 2 rohini new delhi - 110085 have a problem of 5-6dogs that barks and bite after 8pm and also in morning. Please help sir i want your help and your dog catchers please sent away dog catchers in my colony. Dogs spread over garbage that is outside our houses.

Conductor had occupied more than one seat in the bus full of passengers and when i asked to offer me the seat he forced me to handle his belongings and disagreeing this he abused and slaped me 2 times without any reason. Hence asking about complaint book, he refused to give me the same.

I am a student of collage in jaffarpur.

I am jasmeet from delhi and working in school of dwarka and i daily travel from bus. I was on krishna park bus stop and trying to stop the bus but the driver is not interested to stop the bus then i take private rtv bus and i reached at uttam nagar then that bus is on bus stand so i pick that bus and ask to driver that why dont u stop the bus on stand then he said in hindi ki me tera driver lagya huu kya samne khda hota but me ek dm front me hi khda th abus stand k fir vo bola jda vakil na bn krvade complaint krvani hai toh fir khta ja oo ja beth ja pache jaa k dimag na khrab kr in very abusive language or jb me bus se utarne lga toh b faltu bolne lga khta kya kr rha tha phone pe. And he is also using phone while driving.
Hope so you will put some strict steps on the who abuse citizens

Greetings of the day!!
We are from it company based in delhi near shalimar bagh. We are travelling everyday from tilak nagar to shalimar bagh by bus (861) from tilak nagar to shalimar bagh.
(861) is only bus is available from tilak nagar to shalimar bagh. We have so many private, govt offices, schools & colleges are there. Thousands of people are travelling every day.

In morning office time and evening there is no frequent bus timing. We complained to the uttam nagar bus depot so many times regarding this issue but there is no proper response from there.

In uttam nagar depot and jahangir puri depot, there is no time keeper to watch the timing of the 861 buses. There is no proper checking also. So all the 861 drivers are taking this is an advantage they won’t follow the timing. If they come also they will come 2 to 3 buses together in one time. Otherwise they won’t come.

I checked all the buses there is no complained boxes and contact number also. Because of this issue private employees like me so many people are losing their salary because of late coming. Even school & college students also going very late every day. So much of crowd also.

At least they can put some board for bus timing chart. If bus drivers are not following we can ask. Without the timing board we are unable to do anything.

Sir, please arrange some cluster buses on the route of 861 especially in morning from 9 am to 10 am & in evening from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm because there is no frequent bus 861 on this route.

Sir mein burari crossing se chada bus m chada conductor ne mere se ticket ka liya bola m pass conductor ko dikha raha tha ke suddenly driver ne bus roki or mera btc dikhana ko kha mene usko pass dikha he raha tha ke driver ne mere sath gali dene start kr de mene gali dene se mene kiya to usne mere chata mar or mujhe bus se gali dete hua bich road pr utar diya... M chata hu aap is driver pr kadi se kadi karyavahi ho.

I was in bus route no 34 which goes to noida sec 37 at 6:45pm i boarded the bus and the driver didn't stoped the bus at the stop and then he started taking passengers from the front gate and he was also abusing and he didn't have manners the bus no was dl 1pc 3327 please make the drivers of the community well mannered. They think that they are a king and not a driver and they think that the bus is their father's property

I am a day scholar jnu student, who come to jnu every day. It is really not possible for me to use auto everyday so i use 615 bus. But 615 bus frequency is very low especially in evening. Maximum time i wait for bus was 2 hour then i have no choice to take auto and it happen every evening.
So really desperately request you to provide regular bus (615) service from jnu at least for gap of 30 minutes. I really don't have income of my own to pay auto everyday day.

We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation

I am a teacher and travel by dtc bus everyday. Today, i was traveling from sunder vihar, paschim vihar bus stand to crpf camp, in the afternoon around 3:35pm in orange dtc, bus number 761 (Dl1p d 0680) which was driven by an extremely rude driver. His misbehavior and rash driving was visible from the very beginning of the journey and was extremely problematic for all the people travelling. He was continuously speeding and upon being questioned, replied in a very rude manner and asked all the passengers to step out of the bus in between the road (Giving excuses that the bus is not working and cannot go further), because of which i had to step down of the bus before my stop.
He even misbehaved with a 78 yo elderly person, when asked to move slowly. All the passengers were literally shouting out of fear but the driver didn't listen to anyone.
I request you to kindly take strict action against the same, as it is very dangerous and life threatening to travel like this in public transports.

I was going towards Noida City centre on 16.11.19 at 4:50 pm on my car. The Driver of DTC Bus Regd No - DL 1P C7164 was driving rashly while going noida 12/22 The Bus Driver was not in his lane and he overtake all the vehicles which were on the right side. I was driving on the right side nearby centre divider and the Bus Driver crossed speedly nearly to overtake my car nearby CRRI and I had to stopped my car suddenly with full swing, otherwise it could be a horrible accident . I got scared for a moment. After that the Bus Driver did not listen anything and drived speedly again on the wrong side. Seems to be drunken Driver. This is not the Ist incident of DTC Bus Driver, it happens normally everywhere on the road. There was no difference between the Blue Line Driving and DTC driving. I would request to take immediate strict action against this DTC Driver.

As i always travel from nirvan vihar to pwd office next to khel gaon.
1-2 drivers do not stopped the bus at pwd stoppage n told that yha bus stop nhe h na stoppage.
As i travel today, at 12.30 p. M in 469 red a. C bus, the driver arrugues with me that yha bus nhe rukegi aap khel gaon pr utr kr paidal aaya kro.
I said yha stoppage hai or sbe bus rukti hn but that driver denied to stop the bus.
Is your dtc drivers do not know the stoppage of routes, i was shocked. It's clearly given on dtc website the list of stoppage of the particular route. Kindly take action against the same.

Dear sir,

I traveled from sultanpuri mod to karol bagh bus no/ — dl1pc-7529 then i immediate buy a ticket by metro card so conductor says wait the tkt machine not working.. Will try after some time then tkt checker caught me without tkt
& i paid 200 offence fees. Ok not an issue after that i have a complaint regarding this issue then conductor denied for the complaint lock..

This is not fair this is the totally worst operation..

I have booked my ticket from delhi to kathmandu then my boarding was from firozabad when the bus reached there the driver said that the bus is full your seat has given to somebody else and the total seat is 40 and total 45 passengers are traveling in the bus. So i didn't got my seat i request u to take some action regarding this. My boarding date was 14th october 2019. This time the bus service was really bad please take care of it
