At kirti nagar in delhi (I don’t know his name)
While negotiating an average tight traffic situation
The driver was very angry and shouting my window pane was open and he was saying... ' gaadi aagey le jaldi chal..., i was shocked at this behaviour and stopped and replied don’t you have manners then he replied ' tu dsp laga hai? ' he was a frail white haired guy i am a young well built guy and seeing that the public will get inconvenience he didn’t apologise though i moved on but shocking that how these people conduct themselves.

Dtc bus drivers r non-stop bus service at peragrahi bus stop
They will stop their bus sudden after cg red light if r standing on proper bus stand then they will never stop on stand saying that they stopped the bus before stand why u not come their
It means we have to run to red light 80 meters speedily to catch the bus because we r standing on dtc stand
So harashing situation that government tells us to use public transport
And this is the public transport service providers behaviours
Its very unmannered

Dl 1p d 1332 orange bus, sir iss bus ka driver bahot galat tarike se bus drive kar raha tha.
Ye bus janakpuri se najafgarh ki taraf ja rahi thi.
Ye driver etna gande tarike se lehar le kar chala raha tha, jaise usse kisi ki jaan or insaan ki koi parwah na ho.
Mujhe apne delhi sehar ki parwah hai, delhi ke road par chalne wale logo ki parwah hai. Isliye dl 1p d 1332 bus ke driver ke khilaf sakht kadam or uss par strickt action ki umeed karta hun.

This is the kind inform you that. Today i am travel mehrauli to saket bus stand from bus no-34 at 9:30am i'm pregnant and can't get off the moving bus... I said to him to stop bus on the bus stand... He said ki pehle kyu nhi utri.. Maine bola jaise hi main utarne wali thi apne bus age bada di main chalti bus se nhi utar sakti.. Then he starting abusing me... Chal nikal this is the word he used for a women... Like shame one you guys very very disappointed this is not the first time...

Today i was traveling from karampura to subhash nagar and i paid only 5rs ;suddenly bus conductor said that u have to paid 10rs for this his way of talking was ridiculous. I can't believe that the dtc bus conductor of our city has no any kind of manners. I was shocked seriously. I only noticed bus no. D0038 and time was 3.04pm. I shall be highly obliged to you if you take action as soon as possible.

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that, i, mamuni kumari, was travelling on bus today, and i, caught the wrong bus. I didn't take the ticket because it was the wrong bus and had to get off to the next bus stand.
As soon as, i get off to the bus two three people charged 200rs as a penality. They were from delhi transit corporation. I was running out of cash, i asked them for online transaction, none of them had that facility. They gave me their friends number to transfer on that. They handed over challan in return to the payment.
I have issue with amount they charged and with the challan, because challan nither have any authenticity nor any stamp.
Kindly look into the case, if it is fraud case, then kindly take any action against this.

Aur hamse hi nhi sab say wo aise kar kay hi batt kar rhi thi... Aur bol rhi thi hamara kuch nhi kar paogay... Plz sir app action lijiye es matter pay... Thanku sir

In my area uttam nagar delhi there are some gramin seva vehicle driver they go from uttam nagar to batakh farm mohan garden it is about 5-7kms
And they are charges 15 rupees per person and taking min 12 person in one vehicle
Please do something for this
They run their gramin seva from uttam nagar east metro 55 foot road (New road) to batakh farm mohan garden
And there are also 3 wheeler auto also runs they also increase there prices from 10 to 15
These auto take 7 person at a time this is very dangerous if you don't believe me please come to uttam nagar east near parking 55 foot road these auto and gramin seva you can see by your eyes this is happening in delhi which is not good

This is to kindly inform you that my name is Deepak and today we travel Rangpuri to Chhatarpur from bus no-717 at 7:30 pm (approx) and the bus driver of bus no-DL-1PC-7204. has not open gate on Chhatarpur red light and Andheria more also.I said to him several times but he get crying and use very bad languagge.
So, pls take serious action on him.

901 driver didn't arrive at my stop he said to me to get off the bus between two stands (Mangolpur khurd and pole star) because he wanted to go from another road which is not in the route and that was too short route to reach destination. I told to them how will i go to my stop then, i told to conductor to board me into another bus he refused and suddenly driver started to abuse me. There was a marshal in a bus but he was also favour of them. When i got off the bus then driver tried to hit me.

So, why u hired these types of drivers and conductors who don't do their duty properly... And use abusing words aslo with public.
Why u hired marshal in a bus who don't serve the public.
Please take action against them.

I am residing in i. D. P. L colony, balanagar township, quthbullapur mandal, medchal district. There are lot of dogs here in the colony which are creating a lot of disturbance and
Barking continuously on the people going in the way. Those dogs are not even letting the vehicles go in the way instead blocking the way. During the nights also they are continuously barking. So, please kindly take action

I am nitya tyagi resident of sector-11, rohini. Here supposed to be service of bus 975 (Karampura/kendriya terminal - sector-11 sfs flats) after every 30-45min. But the problem is that bus cover only 3-4 routes till sector-11 sfs flats and that too only green buses, all the red buses goes straight to depot from rithala without entering sector-11.
Even if the dtc bus slide boards shows sector-11 sfs flats, why don't drivers take the bus to the destination instead they goes straight to the depot.

Today in the late evening I was waiting for 604 at shanti path .after almost half n hour the bus came and that too fully crowded. Me and my friend entered forcefully as it was getting late for home and we just stood at the door and the door was also not able to shut due to overloaded. I was very sacred as the door was open and my grip was loose .somehow I managed .when my stop came I step down and I saw that the two more buses of 604 route was coming behind the buses which I took .
please I request you take action as it is very risky for our life and due to over crowd we may get harrshed by somebody .why buses after after a interval of half n hour on such busy route and at office timing and when they come then why consecutively .please take the action we are suffering this from very long period .

The service of the bus in the afternoon much more bad than i can describe here. People standing on 'nityanand marg' wait for hours to get the bus no. 405 (Kashmiri gate to badarpur)
Sometimes when they come they don't even stop the bus on the stop and take out the bus in the speed from that road.
Please look out this matter and also increase the supply of this bus from kashmiri gate. Thank you

I boarded the bus from rajapuri to dwarka mod bus no. 2594, route 727. I gave the conductor Rs.10 and asked for one dwarka mod ticket he gave me a Rs.5 ticket with text mostly blured and when the ticket cheker checked it the coductor said I thought I have someone with me. I have to pay Rs200 fine for no reason. I want a strict action against that conductor

Today morning, i take a bus from sunder apartment and tell to conductor to give ticket but he give me the ticket from peera garhi which finish after 3 stops. When i told him to give me correct ticket from my stop to dc, he abuse me and not given the ticket from my stop.
To complete my journey, i once again buy a ticket but this type of behaviour is not acceptable. Requesting you to take action on such incident otherwise i will file a case against harassment.

I am resident of b-221 priyadarshni vihar
Laxmi nagar, delhi -110092.
In my street we have a lots of dogs that are becoming a disturbing element for residents of priyadarshni vihar.
It is very difficult to cross the street by a passer by here.
Even we can’t feel safe for our kids here.
In night they bark loudly, tear the seats of bikes and scooters and scratch on cars body.
Kindly do the regarding job and pls concern the authorities to remove such dogs out of our area.

I have several of time give complaint about the matter but not solution till time.
At surya nagar bus stop dtc driver (From anand vihar to bhujanpura route vehicle) jump relight & not stop the vehicle at bus stop @ 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm.

There are a government school and there school closed 6.30 pm and many childrens need to going in the buses (Specially from anand vihar to bhujanpura route vehicle).

So bus driver for avoiding load school children, jump red light & not stop the vehicles at stand.

Bus driver forget that there are many other people are there which moved to there home.

Please instruct to all dtc buses that stop the vehicle at stop.

Today i am traveling from a dtc bus at 10:39 i buy my ticket from shadipur to bangla sahib when i reached at my destination bangla sahib 1 man was walking out from bus so 1 also followed him then the bus conductor dont stop the bus and i lay down from bus he don't come to first aid me on place of first aid he start abusing me i get injured but he don't come and check me i get to much injuries i want justice for me

Dear sir/mam,
I am residing in tilak nagar new delhi – 18. Please note so much unfair is happening. Only one bus goes from jahangir puri to tilak nagar which 861. There are supposed to be bus in every in 10-15 minutes but more than one hour there is no bus especially in night hours from 7.45 pm to 8.30 pm & there are no proper timings especially in night hours. When there is one bus goes from jahangir puri to tilak nagar then why there are not frequent bus services. When we spoke to call center executive, they said nothing can be done then why you have dtc complaint number. One more thing i want to highlight that there is frequent bus services of route no. 901 & route no. 78. It’s my humble request kindly decrease the frequency of bus services of route no. 901 & route no. 78 especially in night hours instead of route no. 861. It is very difficult to travel for daily passengers on route no. 861. Please consider this & increase the bus frequency of route no. 861 especially in night hours from 7.45 pm to 8.30 pm. I hope you will look into this matter. Kindly do something in this regard.
