I ordered Led Monitor from Reliance Digital and they shipped it using Delhivery courier they provided an estimated delivery date of 30 august 2022 but it's not been delivered till now September 4th 2022. Also, they are not responding to my tweet's complaints. They don't provide any reply on the ticket created on their website ticket id is 45969333. The tracking number of my package is[protected]. They are not updating any status where my item is.

        I tried to sent an order from kerala to west bengal on 3-8-2022, awb no:[protected], , but they intiated return the order after trying delivery.Since this time no one contacted the customer for delivery, the courier remark wa the client is uncontacable.Being that period no one contacted the customer, customer was waiting for the product, also i updated alternate number to get connected .But no action taken from side.
        It was a large shipment with around 39000 costs.
        Also rto charges about 3000 charged.
        Very unfaithfull service from this courier.This is not the first time we are facing this issue.

          2200Rs ka mera parcel hai mene20 ko order kiya tha or wo 23 ko delivered ho gya but mere pass nhi aaya hai kisi or ko delivered kardia hai or kisi ne mere fake signature b kiya hai

            I had purchased three phone covers from Amazon on the 23rd August. The estimated delivery date was supposed to be 29th August - 1st Sept. But due to the third party shipping -Delhivery- not processing the product on time, the delivery date is pushed to 7th September. They made no effort to contact me or inform me about the delay. This delay is extremely hassle worthy, unprofessional and downright frustrating.

            Their customer support us also bogus as each mail is answered by a system generated e-mail which is of no help whatsoever. Furthermore they have rescheduled the delivery Without my consent.

              My order or tracking id is [protected] and it's been 2 days since the estimated delivery, and the product is still in transit. Delhivery isn't responding to the tickets raised on their websites. I have raised at least 3 tickets and still didn't received any feedback.

                My parcel is in transit for more than 40 days. it has reached Guwahati on 17th aug but it is still sitting there and not moving. i tried reaching out to delhivery though every social media outlet but they never help put and just give lame excuses. my goods are most likely damaged. and they dont even give explanation as to why it is stuck in Guwahati for nearly 3 weeks now. the tracking ID is [protected]. it was booked on 24th july. the excuse i heard was that the goods are in Guwahati hub near the airport so they are unwilling to pick it up.

                    The amount has been debited via UPI(GOOGLE PAY) Transaction Id T16DP6206U2O304627
                    and PayU has also confirmed the payment PayU ID is [protected], but the AWB was not generated and the payment status shows pending, kindly refund the amount for the same, and I have tweeted and DM them but getting no response, no way to contact them via email and or call, have registered the complaint for the same in consumer forum also

                      I ordered a package of books on 27 August and date of delivery showed 30 August, it has been 3 days and order has not been delivered
                      It shows out for delivery still order is not delivered

                        A reverse pick up was issued by byjus and i have sent the two boxes on 2 July 2022 in one there was laptop and in another was assets and I'd card and only laptop and I'd card reached over there while assests are missing.
                        It has been picked up from Vav, Surat and was to deliver to banglore Byju's office .
                        Kindly do help regarding the matter

                          My order has been stuck at the Hyderabad facility for a week now. Daily they increase the estimated date of delivery. I tried writing queries but they don't respond back. I need my product to be delivered asap.

                              Hi there,

                              I just can't explain the level of bad services you people provide. I literally have to beg to get the package delivered and ask companies to not send any packages via delhivery because it's not just bad, but the WORST DELIVERY SERVICE.

                              My package from Ikea Tracking number:[protected] which had to get delivered on Sunday was routed to the wrong pincode 560032 instead of 560054. I've ordered from Ikea for three times already and this is something new. You guys have done a big blunder of sending the package to the wrong location and it's not moving from there. I've made 15+ calls to various Delhivery personell and no one is responding correctly and no update on my delivery yet. Please mind it's a high value package and if its doesnt get delivered or is tampered, I'll make sure to file a complaint against you guys. Get my order delivered soon!!!

                                Hello, I am sending you this because of the delay in delivery by delhivery.

                                Tracking ID[protected]

                                The above mentioned shipment has been stuck at "Ahemdabad" facility since the morning of 28th August, which was later moved to the Facility the day later.

                                It wouldn't be a big deal, but the packages that were shipped with that package and the ones shipped a day later have been already delivered to me on 30th August.

                                The delivery date of[protected] keep increasing to the following date as the day pass. I would request you to consult delhivery about it and make sure the package is safe.

                                  Such a pathetic experience i had in my entire life.

                                  So my packet was getting delayed from past 3 days i was already frustrated, and then the delivery agent finally called me and daid that he can't deliver the packet today as he don't a vehicle and he forced mr to give him the otp code to reschedule the delivery.

                                  When i denied him, he threatened me and said "OTP dera h ya nai dera" i said Nai dunga... And then he said "Chal ab tu nikal tera packet kabhi nai ayega" and then he cancelled my shipment without my permission.

                                    Three of my parcels from the different platforms are stuck at the Hyderabad warehouse. The status is always showing as On Hold.
                                    There is no customer care service number too on which we can contact with them. There is just an email on which I submitted complaint multiple times but no luck.

                                      Today I got the delivery of my courrier, but I would like to bring into your consideration that the delivery executive's behavior was very bad, rude. He refused for doorstep delivery, and straight away cut the call saying i wont come up ill keep the parcel on road or throw it away. This wasn't expected from the executive and I want to get some strict action against the executive.

                                        We have booked (AWB number(s): [protected]) with Delhivery for a local return order through the client panel assigned to us on 6th August 2022. They manifested the booking and never turned up for 4 days, then we complained to their customer support, and finally the next day they arranged for the pick-up (11th August 2022). After the pick up until now, we have not received the product/shipment. We raised the complaint again to their customer support on 23rd August 2022, and we received an email stating "We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please wait we will arrange the delivery on priority." but until today we have not received the product, but the payment for the shipment they have already deducted from the wallet on the date of booking itself. Even after repeated complaints, they are not ready to deliver the product to us. Such pathetic service providers.
