I have ordered products from smytten app and it was showing out for delivery on 21st of august fro Delhivery courier service but it was delayed and when I tacked my order it was showing my package is missing and no one is taking responsibility for this. I am feeling very helpless and disappointed. Please find below the tracking details:-

    No delivery, no response, no proper tracking, cold behavior. The item was booked in bangalore on 18th August, 2022.
    for last 5 days the tracking website shows pickup pending. Then on 23rd August the item was taken and there was some movement(for 5 days no movement). In tracking, it still says "in transit", with no exact location. I will have to change or reschedule my overseas travel plans due to this delay.
    WHO WILL FOOT THE BILL? on top of it, the company has no arrangement to receive queries on phone. you will never find a single phone number of the company.
    I don't know how this company is surviving??

      Dear Mr. Ajith Pai,

      In continuation to our mails, we regret to write that we had advised to pick up 3 bags of Makhana from Ujjain for Delivery at Gurugram. In total 3 bags were picked up from origin but only 2 bags were delivered at Gurugram. Invoice copy & LR details are attached herewith.

      LR No.[protected] Proof of delivery.

      We closely tried to find the missing bag but it is lost as it is not yet identified. Hence kindly process a claim of Rs. 6570/- against Makhana cost & Rs. 306/- against transportation charges.

        I generate RTO though Delhivery, on the day of delivery it shows out for delivery in morning around 10Am but at night same day around 8pm 24/08/22 it shows the parcle is delivered but i did not receive any call and did not receive product no one visit my location.

          Hello,

          We sent Sofa from Delhi to Gorakhpur. Attached is the builtee and photo/videos of damaged good.

          Legs were broken, and there were major/minor scratches. The fabric was torn. The sofa was wet.

          We provided a proper return/reject code and when I tried to contact them for tracking, they emailed me that item is RTO delivered.

          Now after so many months, they are calling me and misbehaving me on call. They are calling me liar and un necessarily provoking me.

            Tracking ID : [protected] . We have send a courier to Hyderabad from Mumbai and according to the tracking details it reached Hyderabad on 21st August. But in the tracking the estimated date is changing from 22nd Aug to 23rd Aug and now 24th aug. Request you to please help me with details has have been chasing for details to their support ID but no response from them.

              I have had ordered two manga books from bookswagon 1 book has reached to me before due date but one still hasn't come. The tracking number provided by Bookswagon shows that my book is in transit under Delhivery and would have been delivered today as of 24 August 2022, between 12-3pm but its past 3pm now and no text, calls or any updates about my order. It still shows my order is in transit even when today is the delivery date. I kindly request you to Please look into my matter and deliver my book asap, I have already paid for that book.

                  I ordered a product from AJIO on 11th Aug to send to my sister on Rakhi. The delivery partner "Delihivery" was supposed to deliver it by 17th Aug (per the schedule) but it's delayed now. There is no communication from the delivery boy. The staus always show (we tried and we'll try again). I can also not contact customer care as the Delihivery website doesn't let me do that.

                    Facts of the Issue :

                    We have booked an article from relaxo website via Order Status #[protected]
                    Customer Mobile No - [protected]

                    The movement we made online payment of it via amazon pay it was not updated in the app of Delivery Person of Delhivery and the transaction got failed as shown by delivery man.

                    Delivery person asked payment is not received and amount deducted if any will be credited back soon in your account within a week if any balance deducted. And insisted on payment before delivering the parcel. With this we made him pay with paytm Proof is attached.

                    Its been more than 13 days refund not yet granted by Delhivery courier . We confirmed the payment status from Amazon and they have confirmed that payment is successfully paid to the vendor on the same day proof attached.

                    Grievance :

                    Refund of this Amazon Pay transaction not issued by courier co Delievery till date and amount has been charged twice by mistake or by fraud voluntarily .

                    Resolution :

                    Lookng forward to get back 1798/- refund in same account from which payment made or at my UPI No [protected] from which i placed the order and finish the matter here.

                    In any case if refund is not issued or suitable reply is not received from your side WITHIN NEXT 7 DAYS we are bound to initiate legal proceeding for the recovery of excess charged by you along with the compensation for mental harrasment.

                        I am new seller on Meesho. Recently, on 29th July, I had received two orders, they were almost of the same address, I shipped them. But he came back to me as RTO on 1st August. Since I was a new seller, I was not suspicious of RTO. I took that parcel. Two days later when I saw the parcel, I found the packing suspicious. I made a video while opening the parcel. When I opened the parcel, I saw that it contained fake content. It was a surprise to dump the product at the RTO. I sent several pictures to the company Send Video but it rejected it due to lack of evidence. Throwing the product in RTO means a big conspiracy is happening. There may be a mixed conspiracy between the courier boy and the customer. Let me know if you can help me in this matter.

                          I made the payment twice by mistake for a single delivery which I received on 11 august 2022 the delivery payment amount was INR 3, 849/- AND due to double payment I paid INR 7, 698/- to Delhivery And I raised a payment reversal from my bank and I received a refund of INR 3, 849/- on 21st august 2022, but on the same day Delhivery wrongfully charged back the same amount from my Account. The customer care is not answering the calls or even attending my emails.

                              On 15th Aug, around 12 noon, I returned three Nykaa products. The pickup was by Delhivery. The pickup guy took pics of two products, whose tracking ID on Delhivery portal is [protected], however, he refused to take pic of the third product, Sugar jelly highlighter, whose tracking ID on Delhivery is [protected]. Since then, everyday Delhivery messages that pickup guy is coming. On 16th, I told him he already picked up yesterday. He said he is cancelling, but status on Nykaa showed Consignee Rescheduled. Since then, almost every day, their pickup guy is coming for the product, and putting any status but picked up. Their pickup guy also called me on phone, Whatsapp and messaged me on Whatsapp from his personal phone number. On Truecaller, his name is Sunder Bhagwane. When I registered complaint on Delhivery portal, their customer care told me rudely that who are you complaining of theft, and that if the pickup guy has done theft, then I cannot tell them that the product is stolen. They sent a mail, on 19 Aug, asking for tracking details, and pickup date and time. Post sending these details, they are still sending pickup guy and pickup messages. Today on 22 Aug, their pickup guy told me on call, to do a police complaint, and that they will take care of it. When I asked for his name to complain to his manager, he said he can't hear me. I put a complaint on Nykaa portal also, last week, however they have taken no action.

                                  Lonavla Delhivery service executive came home asking for DELIVERY CODE without bringing the package and he started convincing me to give him code so he can bring package later. I refused to give code since this same service had delayed the delivery after days of complaining 3 months ago.
                                  After I refused to give him code he said I will bring the package tomorrow then since you are not giving me the code. It was birthday gift which still has not arrived. 5 days after. I called him multiple times he picked up once and said other delivery guy will bring it when he gets time. and disconnected.
                                  I request Delhivery service to replace the delivery Agents as they show perfect delivery schedule by getting delivery codes first and not deliver the package. The company Delhivery has also smartly hidden their contact / complaint information and despite complaining harshly 3 months ago. they still have not taken any action regarding lonavla Delhivery Center.

                                    I placed an order in Nykaa Fashion for 2 items which are a part of the same package. The estimated delivery date was 16 August 2022, but the package is stuck at Hyderabad_Bachupally_D (Telangana) since 19 August 2022. I have contacted Nykaa Fashion and Delhivery multiple times but there has been no movement of the package. I have been given false promises that the package will be delivered in 24-48 hours but there has been no success.

                                      One of the two bags is missing for AWB[protected].

                                      Order pickup date - 16th August 2022
                                      Order delivery date - 19th August 2022

                                      Two bags were picked up which are sealed and tightly tied with each other, each bag having 3 trackings AWB was written on it with marker, a total of 6 places where tracking number was written.

                                      The delivery spokesperson is not picking up the call.

                                      At pickup, the pickup guy said that yes it is tightly packed and thanked me for writing multiple AWB # on different sides of the package, and confirmed that he will put these two into a single packet at the center. It looks like he did not.

                                      And he also took pictures and confirmed with his senior during pickup if he should pick it up or not.

                                      You can request your pickup guy for the picture during the delivery time.

                                      The white one reached another green bag did not reach.

                                        Maine Delhivery ke duwara diye huye payu link per payment kiya 1211/- ka but mere account se amount debit ho geya lekin delhivery ke duwara mera parsal delivered nhi. Next day mujhe delhivery se ek text messages mila ki apka debit amount 4-7 day me refund ho jayega but till date tak refund nhi huya. amount 20 July 22 ko debit huya tha.
