Its amazing that Dell has been consistence in dropping their customer service. This is what I have experience before purchase and I can't even think about what would be the level of service after purchase. There is an offer on the website saying "Sennheiser ear plug". I went to chat with online customer service hopping to get help and asked for more detail. The representative just copy pasted the webpage and was actually happy that he provided service. Check the screenshot where he actually says "You are welcome sir" to my response "This service is ". Bye Bye Dell. You are OUT OF EVEN CONSIDERATION ZONE!
