I have purchased few items online from Dhamaalshop.com and made payment through credit card on 29.08.2016 and received the confirmation of placing the order. In addition to cost of item they have charged Rs. 750/- as shipping and handling charges. But, So far i have not received any information. Even i sent mail to them at their customer care e-mail id i.e. [protected]@dhamaalshop.com. But no response they are giving. I think they are fake and running fake sites and getting payment because some people making pre-payment but not dispatching items to them even charging shipping charges. I tried to contact their customer care number but when you choose option 'to talk to dhamaalshop.com customer care' phone got disconnected. They are making all people fool. They must be punished under Cyber Crime Act and Cyber Crime Cell should examine their site and take strict action against the company.

    The order was placed on 10th Aug 2016 but the product has not received till now and no one received the cal on that number ([protected]) which has registered on the mail which is send by the [protected]@dhamaalshop.com. Multiple mail was send on same id but respone receive till now. I regeat to inform u that this is not the right way, how you r treat the customer.Payment already done by the Debit card and the amount has deducted Rs.6599.

                I have placed an order for "videocon 32" led tv" vide my order no. DS16105 dt. 16/07/2016 and paid rs. 6, 599/- + rs.150/- shipping charges total rs. 6, 749/- to dhamaal.com on line, through my credit card, i have received email for confirmation of this order. but i have not received any shipping details till, i have given email request to customer care but they not reply me, i have also tried to talk with customer care at [protected], so many times but couldn't connect with customer care, i am feeling fed-up with all this things.
                Now i want to request you to please look into this matter and refund my paid money of rs. 6, 749/- as earliest as possible.
                Now I am requesting you to please try to understand my problem sir, kindly reply me what is the status of of my Order no. DS16105 Dt. 16.07.2016.
                have you registered case of Cyber Crime or not registered.
