I ordered the product on 16 july 2016 and made a on payment of 6749 rs and till know their is no ifo about the product and the customer care is never receiveing the call and infact gl electronics is also not receiving the call.
I hve already informed the consumer forum about the case and i lije to inform the company that isy product is not delivered i will take every step to get my product of my money back.

    My complaint against dhamaalshop.com.
    On 13 july i saw a news on jagran news paper about sony power bank is salling on 549 rs. Then i ordered on 14 july and payment made by credit card, amount of 369.90rs. I received a confirmation mail from company, but after this no mail or call received from company. When i call customer care no one receive and no reply for thier side, as well as i've make so many calls on your customer support account but there is no responce.

                              I have placed prepaid order of videocon led 32 inch order no is ds14796 of amount of rs 6749/- through dhamal shop.com on[protected].
                              The order was confirmed & the said amount was deducted from my bank debit card but still the product is not delivered to my address even from the first day i was requesting them to cancel my order, so as such it is requested to kindly solve my problem by way of refund my amount of rs 6749/- asap please help me out with this i request you to please look into the matter and help me in getting my money return from dhamaal shop.com and also request to take strict legal action against the site.

                                I have purchase sony power bank @549 purchase no. Ds18993 on date 17.07.2016 & & make payment through icici bank credit card payment id is 56925011, but i'm unable to track my order hence payment however payment already passed from my credit card account, as well as i've make so many calls on your customer support account but there is no responce.
                                Please help & support

                                This is in regard to your order no DS18993 which you placed with our company Dhamaalshop.com on the[protected]:18 PM.

                                We sincerely apologize to you for the delay in delivery of the products you order is Cancelled and yours amount get refunded through a bank. Due to irregularities in the manufacturing department, this inconvenience has been caused to you. We are also flooded with a large number o[censored]nexpected orders this that month and all this has led to this delay. If you have still not received amount we request you to please visit your nearest branch along with the details which you have received while placing the order and request you to raised the charge back sheet the bank will refund your amount with in a TAT.

                                  Mene 32 inch ka television ka order kiya tha payment dedut ho gya par mekoo ab nhi chaiye kyo ki tracking id nhi hai or ye fake company hai mere father police me sp ki post pe hai inquiry cal rhi hai report registerd hoo gyi hai and aab kio nhi bacha rha in fake logo koo

                                      I have order the sony powerbank on 13/7/16. And the company did not provide any tracking no. And i am very much confused about this that product will reach or not if it will not reach to me within this month i am going to complain the ploice about this. You cannot fool the customers and make money. I have seen this site from the dainik bhaskar newspaper so the dainik bhaskar is also the culprit. They cant add like this and fool the customer. It is crime. And it is needed to be solved as soon as possible.

                                        I ordered a Sony 11000 mah power bank on 13 July... but still I didn't receive any confirmation message or mail from the company. It was prepaid order. Order number is DS6050. Please confirm the order and deliver it or else return my money.
