Hi sir,
My complaint against dhamaalshop.com.
On 15 july i saw a news on jagran news paper about sony power bank is salling on 200 rs. then i ordered on 15 july and payment made by debit card, amount of 369.90rs & i ordered on 16 july and payment made by debit card, amount of 1650rs for a mobile. i have not received a confirmation mail or sms from company, & no call. when i call customer care no one receive and no reply for thier side, as well as i've make so many calls on your customer support account but there is no responce.

I have order a sony power bank on online payment.
I have for it then also it has no confirmation alert for my order or any type of alert that my order is confirmed or its delivering.
Payment is succesful then also!!
Please please help me i have rs369.90 for it so please help me

I made payment for videocon tv luck by chance offer and a sony powerbank but no response from their side. Not any msg or mail.. Plz solve it soon.. My email id - [protected]@gmail.com.. My no [protected].. And on this website there is no any option to reset a new password as i forgot my password.. I am not able to log in to this website and also i can't see the order status whether it is processed or not.. And my money is deducted from netbanking but no any response from their side and also i want to reset my password so that i could log in again and see the order status so plz kindly process the order or make the refund so plz solve it soon..

Not any response for deduct amount & again complain booking.

The order was confirmed & the said amount was deducted from my dedit card but still the product is not any information email id & mobile address.
