I booked 2 nos of redmi note 4a mobile in dhamaalshop.com and amount debited in my account Rs.5498. 24.03.17 and payment id:71898723 No acknowledgement or order details received from the above company to track the status of the order. Please look into this and arrange for delivery of the product or refund of money paid in this regard. Also ur customer care number not responding to me, kindly required refund or product sending...

We have booked two numbers redmi note 4 in online with our hdfc credit card on 11/04/17 order#[protected], after payment completion, order has been declined and our payment has not been refunded.

Secondly customer care no is no responding and massage is no reply thus I request to you please give a reply immediately as soon as possible and your customer care person not answering the call

I thought this is a fraud company, i have ordered sku f1redmi _4 on dated 31st march and amount and shipping charge is deduct from my account but no order send on my mail and my sku f1redmi _4 not received up to now.

If you are guanine company then give me reply and my delivered my order with in saven days, if i not received the same then i will put fir against you

During browsing facebook, I got a notification of an offer regarding Redmi Note 4 at 2599/- from Dhamaalshop.com on 6.04.2017 .still there is no response from the website, then I clicked on that offer to buy the phone. the server demanded for the payment of Rs.2599/- and a service charge of Rs.150/- I paid the amount of Rs.2, 749/- through my SBI Bank Ltd., Visa DEBIT CARD. The acknowledgement of debit transaction is in my Inbox....
