During browsing facebook, I got a notification of an offer regarding Redmi Note 4 at 2599/- from Dhamaalshop.com on 13.04.2017 .still there is no response from the website, then I clicked on that offer to buy the phone. the server demanded for the payment of Rs.2599/- and a deliver charge of Rs.150/- I paid the amount of Rs.2, 749/- through my SBI Bank Ltd., Visa DEBIT CARD. The acknowledgement of debit transaction is in my Inbox. The amount debited from my account. But I did not get any acknowledgement of receipt or product or phone from the offered company (Dhamaalshop.com)...

I am booked first copy redmi note 4 on dhamaalshop.com. at rs.2799. This amount debited to my account. but till date i have not get any purchase order no. or any reconsallation message from you. i contaced with you provided number but nobday answer on it. and not get me any mobile till date. pls take neccesary action on it.

During browsing facebook, I got a notification of an offer regarding Redmi Note 4 at 2599/- from Dhamaalshop.com then I clicked on that offer to buy the phone. the server demanded for the payment of Rs.2599/- and a service charge of Rs.150/- I paid the amount of Rs.2, 749/- through my Karnataka Bank Ltd., Visa Debit Card. The acknowledgement of debit transaction is in my Inbox. The amount debited from my account. Account Number [protected]. But I did not get any acknowledgement of receipt from the offered company (Dhamaalshop.com) I request you to take the needful action as early as possible.

Please either reimburse the amount to my account or process the order as early as possible.

Updated by chandresh K R I booked a mobile on 29.03.2017 at time 14:19:32 minutes Rs.2749 is debited towards your Dhamaalshop.com from my Karnataka Bank Ltd., Tiptur.

Please confirm the details of mobile or credit the amount to my bank account.
