Please note that my CDC application is approved on 27 th Sep 2023 but still it is not being dispatched..I have applied on 1st July 2023...So please dispatch the CDC as soon as possible.. As my visa appointment date is on 3 rd November, 2023..

My name is Murali Subrahmanyam, my CDC number is MUM 432837, my Indos number is 18HL6282, my BSID number is C33308298.
I didn't receive my BSID card from my post office.
When i checked with my post office which is in Hyderabad, Telangana state and they have mentioned they returned it back to sender as post applying I had to leave and join the vessel.
Please could you help me in retrieving my BSID card on how to get it and when should I go and pick up.
Do i need to visit the center's either in Chennai or Vizag as I have applied there and submitted my documents.
I have sent several emails in regards to this on what is the process for me to get my card but there is no response about, I have tried even calling the number for the department in Chennai but no response on that either.
Please do assist with the concern on what should I do in order for me to get my card, do I need to send special email to certain address or do I need to visit and collect it from my end directly.

I had my SID appointment on 1st August 2023. It's October already and I have not received my SID card till now. The status is still showing " sid card has been issued and forwarded for printing ”. I need it urgently for my job. It seems DG shipping does not care about Indian Seafarers at all. Please do the needful ASAP

I have done my SID verification on july 17th, 2023. Now it has been more than 2 months, yet I didn't receive my SID. The status is showing that the SID is forwarded for printing for months whenever I check the status. I kindly requesting the team to check over it as soon as possible So that I board on a vessel which is getting delayed due to my SID . I have also attached my SID details for your reference.

I have completed my SID biometrics on 12th July 2023 at Ballard pier, Mumbai.
Initially the application status changed to "Your SID is printed and forwarded for dispatch, we will notify..."
I sent several Emails which got no response. I also visited the BSID center in Ballard pier, mumbai on 14th September 2023, I was assured my SID will be dispatched in a couple of days and I will receive a tracking number for the same.

In the month of October the application status changed to "Your SID, has been forwarded for printing"

I have applied for fresh Indian CDC as on 16 August 2023 but till date I have only one update that my CDC application is under process.in 1 months 20 days my application is only under process.
So kindly request you to do the needful something for CDC application so that I could get my CDC as soon as possible after that I have to apply for Sid as well and it will be taking some time. I'm still at home no job sir waiting for CDC. I'm working on passenger ship I have assignment in October 2023 please do something.

My Indos no. 23ZP0016 given appointment on 25th July 2023. Still not received my SID which is been pending from 60 days.even Sid number is generated but it shows that the sid is approve and gone for printing for more then 60 days.
