My name is Sagar Chakraborty. I have not received my SID card yet.
I had got an e-mail on 14 SEP 2023 from dgshippingbsid.in stating that "I have successfully completed the process for SID issuance card and it's forwarded for printing".
But still now I have not received my SID card. Even I checked the status in website it's mentioned Your SID Card has been issued and it's forwarded for printing. my one and only request to you is to dispatch my SID card as soon as possible.

    Its been a month, I have applied for my CDC renewal and is still showing under process . Already missed my joining dates and is getting in to more difficult situations . Kindly look in to this matter and issue my CDC at the earliest convinience.

        I had applied for BSID card on July. I still dint recieve the card. I am really in urgent need of BSID card. It is affecting My Job. I hope Authorities understands our seafarers problem and I hope they will resolve this as soon as possible. I really in need of BSID Card or else I would not have disturbed the Authorities.

          Hello there,

          CDC number MUM514865 My appointment was on 7 July and after 2 days I received a notification that my SID card was forwarded for dispatch and that I would get notified once it was dispatched but since that day there has been no information about my SID card.

          Please let me know how much time it will takefor the SID card to reach my address.

                        I have applied for CDC on 7th September 2023, it has been almost 45 days and the application status shows "Approved".

                        I dont know why it is taking so much time for the DG shipping to dispatch my CDC. My joining date is 10th November and once i receive my CDC, i have to apply for SID card too.

                                Good morning

                                i had applied for my SID 4 months ago in mmd mangalure and my freind who applied the sid on that day and in same mmd . he had recived the SID . And he joined the vessel also .but mine is still printing and and its around 4 months and i had biometric on june 9 . due to this one promblem i not able to join the vessel and the joining is delayed .please resoive this promblem

                                  I have made a payment of rs 300 on dg shipping website on 4th oct 2023 for my bsid appointment . but until now I am unable to book an appointment as the site keeps restricting to book an appointment saying to make payment before booking an appointment. I complained about this to respective mmd and they asked to wait for 5 days from the date of payment. Now my problem is its already more than 7 days and still I couldnt make an appointment. Everything about dg shipping is delays and irresponsive. even after money is deducted you wont be able to do anything .

                                    I received an email on 9th October 2023 stating that my complaint has been forwarded to DG Shipping customer service. I have received no reply since then. My SID appointment was on 1st August 2023. I have not received my SID card even after 2 months. I need the SID card asap for my job. Please send me my SID card as soon as possible.
