While verifying live image for change in indos profile photo it is showing not proper live photo in action to this I tried with better lighting n various methods but still showing not proper live in photo...

I have done my SID verification on july 17th, 2023. Now it has been more than 2 months, yet I didn't receive my SID. The status is showing that the SID is forwarded for printing for months whenever I check the status. I have completed my SID biometrics on 12th July 2023 at Ballard pier, Mumbai.
Initially the application status changed to "Your SID is printed and forwarded for dispatch, we will notify..."
I sent several Emails which got no response. I also visited the BSID center in Ballard pier, mumbai on 14th September 2023, I was assured my SID will be dispatched in a couple of days and I will receive a tracking...

Still not received my SID which is been pending from 60 days.even Sid number is generated but it shows that the sid is approve and gone for printing for more then 60 days.
