Dear Sir,
I, Mr. Aniket Balasheb Adhalrao have appeared for the COC written exam in the month of March 2020 and thereafter oral exam in the month July 2020.

I applied for a COC certificate on 20th August 2020. I was out of India for the last 9 months for sailing. Hence it was not possible for me to collect the COC certificate:

          I have applied for CDC on 26 May-2021 and it was approved on 23-june-2021.

          It has been more than 40days from the date of approval and it is not Dispatched yet.

                  I had got an e-mail on june17 from dgshippingbsid.in stating that "I have successfully completed the process for SID issuance card and it's forwarded for printing".
                  But still now I have not received my SID card

                    Sir I applied for SID Card on 29 th Jan 2021with application number 89543 in Gujrat but till date I haven't got my SID Card it's almost more than 6 months if I check my status it shows that your card for printing and and will notify you when it is dispatched.sir kindly look into the matter please.

                      I had applied for COC renewal in Mumbai mmd on 5th July 2021, application got approved on 7th July. But till now in remarks section nothing has been updated and I have not received the coc at home. My friends who applied after me have received at home .

                        Good day,

                        Iam Rahul Madampilli Gopalakrishnan with CDC No: MUM184097, PASSPORT No: Z4281905& Indos No: 10ZL2401. I made appointment for SID with Application No:141703 and appointment was scheduled for 04/05/2021. But because of covid all normal appointments keep in hold. Presently I have joining on port of Salvador, Brazil on 27 July 2021. I tried to change my appointment from normal to Brazil appointment but unable to submit because of current one in hold. Company give letter for SID Brazil appointment and they send mail to Shipping masters Mumbai/Chennai regarding the same.I will be thankful if you can cancel old appointment so that I can make new Brazil appointment.

But the acknowledge came transection failed and my money deducted as per the attachment. And i had to submit the fee again. My application number is -COCRVE/MMD(M) 2021/7910
                            Aapplied on 21 sep, 2021 .it has been 3 working days but not refunded yet of my transection failed . Please do the needful

                              My cdc application was by mistaken submitted. On 4th june 2021. I keep on trying to send canalization request to assigned email id's. It is almost month nothing has been solved.
                              I need to reapply for the same with correct required data. Kindly help me out. Thanks.

                                Myself Harish Kumar INDOS No. 06NL1276, i applied for 2nd Mate F.G coc revalidation on 2 July 2021, ( Application Number:COCRVN/MMD(M)/2021/8364) The application status for the same is showing under process from last 1 week, please advise.                                       I did MEO CLASS 2 PREPARATORY COURSE from IMER PATNA, and i was in March to June Batch.
                                      However the institute has updated as 3rd may be to 31st aug in the master checker as they forgot to update in march and april which means i am losing precious 2months unnecessarily.
                                      Upon asking to correct, institute is giving no response.
                                      Sir kindly help to resolve the situation.
