    Hello
    I'm a seafearer and wanting join ship but due to covid 19 company is saying that i have to take 2 dose of vaccine but government booking slots will be always full being a key worker which is recognised by ILO, WHO and DG shipping there is no facility from DG shipping for taking vaccine.I cannot take vaccine showing dg circular in my state .
    My sincere request is that please make seafearer vaccine priority and pass the circular to all the state

      Good day Sir/Madam,
      Kindly adivse on the below.
      While applying for BSID my CDC expiry date is showing as not updated. Even though it is updated in the DG profile with the correct expiry date.
      CDC checker, DG profile and BSID auto populate function expiry dates are matching.

      I request you to kindly help me out in solving this issue as soon as possible. I have already tried contacting other customer support mail ID and contact but ended up with no response. As I am waiting to join my ship I need to get my SID as earlier as possible. Eagerly waiting for your kind advise.

        I Arunkumar Muthulingam, INDOS No: 11EL0379 applied for CDC RENEWAL STICKER on April 11th 2021. I have applied through Mumbai mmd online, but till date there was no reply from the mmd. Tried contacting mmd Mumbai via mail but failed to connect.The application status still showing "under progress". Humbly request you to expedite the application process as joining ship getting delayed. I here attached the screen shot showing application status. Kindly acknowledge the safe receipt of the same.

            Dear sir / madam,
            kindly note that i submitted application for my cdc renewal on 07-mar-21 (app no. Smo(m)/2021/[protected], the status is showing dispatched on 19-apr-2021 (speed post no: em[protected]in) but my consignment( renewed cdc sticker) still not received to my registered permanent address.
            Dear sir kindly look in to above query and resolve my complaint as soon as possible. I shall be highly thankful to you for your assistance.

                    My indos number is 05GL2797. I had an appointment for BSID in mangalore MMD on 22nd April 2021. My application no. 67399 was rejected because of spelling mistake in Surname and I also received a mail that it has been rejected. The spelling mistake has been rectified. The application status on the bsid site is still showing as active. Will it show that it has been rejected instead of active? When can I resubmit my application?

                                Hi sir this alok from odisha and i initiate and ackhnowladge to dg shipoing i appointed for sid feb10 2021 from vaizag afterwards sucessful submission all necesserties documention however alreadey this april month ending unless am not collecting my sid card further i brought to attention of mmd vizag am not received yet as well as they have said nothing helping out this probelm inspite they priorties is processing the application and apprently rest o[censored]r responsibilites wheather u r receive or not proabley sir my sid issued on chennai and which is alreadey my sid card nmbr is generarted and prespectivley kindley do the resoulation my manifest concern and send and courier my sid card as my respective address and i will gratitude and obligation ur contribution...pls take a moment. review my attachment and adherence for any assistance pls call me this number. ...[protected]
