On Bsid application my name is Alvin Girgol Dsouza and also on print report my name is Alvin Girgol Dsouza
But problem is that on acknowledgement my name is printed wrong it is given ALVIN GIRGOL GIRGOL.which should be Alvin Girgol Dsouza
My appointment was varified and on that day i visited Bsid office in goa.there they told me to correct the surname otherwise it will reflect on Bsid card .
Kindly help me with this.

I have applied for sid card application no : 77170 on 27-jan-2021. But till today 23-march-2021 cant received it and application status shows from 15-march-2021 that sid card has been Dispatched with docket no/ parcel no : EM[protected]IN which cant be tracked online on india post tracking aap .
So, i didnt know were is my sid card and when i will receive it.
Need your help.

I have applied for my cdc on 26th of Feb and it was approved after 11 days that’s really appreciated but the concern is though it’s been a week since it was approved it hasn’t been printed and dispatched.
