I am trying to login into my seafarer account but the site showing that email address is not valid as i filled all my details correctly. My cdc is going to expire in the beginning of october and i have to apply for new one. Please suggest me what should i do so that i can access to my account. I am providing you my details below :

I applied fresh indian cdc on 16 jan 2019. Till now it was showing "under process". Who was applied with me, they are all get the indian cdc by post.

I emailed so many times to shipping master, but there is no response.

Please rectify my problem asap.

I applied fresh indian cdc on 27 nov 2018. Today's date is 12 feb 2019. Till now it was showing "under verification process". Who was applied with me, they are all get the indian cdc by post. I have uploaded all my course certificate (Stcw, stsdsd) and medical report to my dg profile.

I emailed so many times to shipping master, but there is no response.

Please rectify my problem asap.

I'm srikanth from hyderabad, i was applied for indian cdc on 01/oct/2018, 4 months completed still it's showing under process. I was trying to reach consult department they are very rude & never give reply properly, if i called them they will put me on hold for hour later then the call will be dis connect automatically still we don't get any response from there side. App no is smo (M)/2018/63296.
Please help me out from this issue, if i get cdc i have some opportunities in cruise.

I have applied for indian cdc as on 06-oct-2018. The only update i got till[protected] is that my cdc application is under verification process. There is no upadate after that date.

So kindly request you to do the needfull for cdc application so that i could get my cdc as soon as possible. It would help me to join a job as i'm waiting idle from months without job.

Respected sir, i did seafarer registration and i filled with all detail and also update my email id after that it showed my user id and password. My indos number is 17zl6009 it does not match with the password i had given at the time of registration. I tried several times but it showing the same and when i click the forgot button it asking about the registerd mail id. My mail id is '[protected]@gmail.com' but i forgot this mail id's password. I request you to guide me what to do in the situation because i need this id and password for my cdc registration. Hoping to get a solution from you.

I have applied for the indian seamen's book (Cdc) as i am working on a cruise line as learning and development consultant and cdc is a document which is required for travel as a sea men. My 10th standard certificate has to be verified and there has been a communication from the director general of shipping, chennai sent to dpi, chennai. I passed the 10th standard anglo indian high school examination in march 1984. Certificate no 22504 and register no is 2563. I have a double post graduate degree. I am not sure where the process is delayed as i personally went to dpi to request to send the verification to dg shipping.

Kindly do the needful to issue me the cdc as my next assignment is in asia and cdc is mandatory.

is the error message I am getting when trying to view the Application Status.
After uploading all my required document for replacement of CDC no MUM 350481. I started getting that message and I keep on getting that message as I am trying to open the Application status page.

This is noushad and my cdc application no. Is smo (M)/2018/73686 applied on 24 nov 2018 and still the status is showing under process. Whenever i call its very hard to talk to them as the phone is always busy and for cdc, their is special timing of[protected] if its pending then please do it or reject it by giving proper reason so that i can reapply for it. Its almost 2 months. Please do it as soon as possible because you can take as long as you require but i cant do my job without cdc now.

A month ago i had applied for cdc and due to mistake in my passport the application was rejected, i had done correction in my passport and had again applied i uploaded all the necessary documents by doing the payment,
But suddenly i got error after uploading and it only says application status {servletexception in:/jsp/seafarer/cdc/formaapplicationstatus. Jsp] null' }
And i cannot see the status at all, i kindly request you to resolve this issue as this is the second time i am applying for cdc.

Dear sir,

Self capt. Rajveer singh rathore indos number 00nl6815 & cdc number ch19103, is not able to apply for replacement cdc as my cdc checker is indicating indos number status as not available. Also indos checker is indicating cdc number status as not available.
Understand that it is because of some integration issue, which can be corrected only by dg shipping office. I have written mails to all concerned officials but till date have not received any response. Kindly urgently look into the matter.
