Hi, this is vinodh kumar from tamilnadu

I applied fresh indian cdc on 08 feb 2019. Today's date is 02 may 2019 till now it was showing "under verification process". Who was applied with me, they are all get the indian cdc by post.

I emailed so many times to shipping master, but there is no response.

Please rectify my problem asap.

I have Applied for cdc before 1 year 5 month ago and right now the application has been approved but cdc is not been dispatched yet, when i personally go to dg shipping office and inquiry about the status of cdc they said we will let you though know email .I had visited Dg shipping office several time.I have not receive any update from DG shipping office.no update of dispatched details..

Respected sir, im from chennai and ive applied new indian fresh cdc on 16th april 2019 and it got approved, but its been 13 days since i didnt get my dispatch details, my colleagues along with me who applied have already got their cdc at home, pls send the speed post tracking number so that i can track the cdc

Please note self applied for cdc renewal and application was accepted after asking to upload documents once more in between as per mail received by dgs.
Recently i checked the status and it is showing that status is "rejected" (Attaching screen shot from dg shipping website) but when i click on "view sent mail" it shows "no document".

Please guide me on below-

1. I request you to advise me what needs to be done to have my cdc renewed.
2. Reason why this application got rejected.

Request you to help me on this issue asap as self need to join ship and only awaiting cdc renewal.

Dear sir,
I jyoti prasad sarkar being a seafarer was trying to do gmdss coc (No.57640) revalidation. While doing log in, i forgot the password then i clicked on forgot password. Then it had asked for user id and registered email id. For your information my indos no. Is 01xl1373 and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com, when i put my 'user id and registered email id' it is showing 'email id does not exist', and therefore i am unable to log in as a result unable to do gmdss coc (No.57640) revalidation.
Please do the needful to register my email id so that i can do my gmdss coc (No.57640) revalidation.

Hi sir,

This is shemins, who done a gme course and badly waiting for my cdc, from january.

I cant express my feelings on a email because its a third party application to share my experience. I hope the concern department will look into it and make the processing asap.

I am already 29 of age, means on my last chance i undergone the course and waiting for my cdc. I hope peoples who validate the application will be able to understand my situation and do needful.

I am a seafarer and had applied for indian seaman book (Cdc) in september 2017. The address at the time of applying was for delhi.
It took around 3 months to get that cdc delivered but i relocated to shimla which is my home town, so it got returned undelivered to dg shipping mumbai.
It tried several times to reclaim it through the e mail and i went by myself to the office of dg shipping mumbai but nobody entertains you there....

Unfortunately, shore station is not available in the list to apply for gmdss radio operator endorsement certificate through online.

I have a valid gmdss certificate. And also have 1.7 years experience in dg approved under control shore station in karaikal. And also have company provided letter of experience certificate.

What is the procedure to get my gmdss radio operator endorsement certificate?

Sir I have sent my Indian cdc to mmd Chennai for some correction by speed post, 2 days ago my documents arrived there.now I am trying to reach mmd for enquiry nobody is responding on phone.i want know the status of cdc and application.my CDC no is CH107528.if CDC correction is done it should within 10-15 days still i dont know cdc is with mmd or not.

Applied for cdc before 5 month ago and right now the application status showing under verification process, when i personally go to dg shipping office and inquiry about the status they said the application is pending for verification of 10th std certificate please contact the concern department and ask them.

As per dg shipping instruction i discussed with concerned department for verification of my 10th std certificate and they said to me they got dg shipping latter and already verify and fulfill all your requirement which required and revert on 25th on same address which mansion on dg shipping latter.

When i asked them for postal details they said we tell to only authority who ask us for details which mean only shipping master.

Somany time i report it, but not get satisfied feedback. I spend 2.25 lakh totally to getting cdc and stcw before 6 month. But still i did'nt get cdc. Sir please help me. What i have to do?

I have applied for cdc on 19th feb, 2019 via the online dg shipping portal but it has been almost 1 month since submission but there is no change in the cdc status kindly look into the matter as i am in urgent need of the cdc.

Moreover the rules say it will be dispatched within one month but its over one month and there is no change please look into the matter at the earliest.

Despite of mailing several times there is no response from your end and delay in cdc can hamper my career to a great extent.

Request you to kindly look for the speedy issuance of my cdc and a prompt response.
