I have paid monthly subscription twice through my mobile balance. But my service is not started. Also when I logon to my account, I don't see any subscription plan. I have paid twice already and still not getting any service from dec 15th

The page of the live channel is not proper. The menu bar of the video for example like settings, volume control and such options are shown on the above.

Picture and tilte coming in blurr for sometime, many times picture get stilled so view back need to refresh the page
