Hi Sir I am Anil Chhapre from Moran I like ditto TV app and then some few days they tell me about to do subscribe your channel and then I have subscribed it from credit card and then it tell, your order is successfully done, then I started the channels for watching and they are they channel are not subscribed so what I will do please tell me soon. I have paid monthly subscription twice through my mobile balance. But my service is not started. Also when I logon to my account, I don't see any subscription plan. I have paid twice already and still not getting any service from dec 15th

The page of the live channel is not proper. The menu bar of the video for example like settings, volume control and such options are shown on the above.
