Pathetic!! I went to Dr. Batra's about a month and a half ago. I am suffering from a skin ailment that they claimed they will fix it for sure. They forced me to go ahead and make a yearly payment (Rs. 18, 000) with them, and I insisted on a monthly plan (they said they don't have any). We decided on a quarterly deal, as I really needed help with my skin problem and they sounded very promising. They said that it'll cost me Rs. 5500/ quarter which will include the medicines and consultation. I thought it isn't a bad deal as long as they can cure me. I paid them with my Credit Card and they sent me to a consultation room with a girl. She asked me numerous questions, took pictures of the affected areas and acted pretty professional. After an hour, they told me to take the medicines and the hair kit (hair kit included a shampoo, conditioner, serum and oil and was a part of the medication) from the medicine counter outside. I picked up the packet and was about to leave when the medicine counter person said, Ma'am, you have to pay Rs. 1800 for the hair kit and it is not a part of the medication. The doctor told me to use Dr. Batra's products only. I was shocked, and I asked him why didn't you tell me before charging my card, he said these are cosmetic products, not medicine. I realised I got fooled, but now the money was gone and I only had a hope that I'll get better soon. We started with the medication, I got all the fancy looking and nicely packed medicines in Dr. Batra's branded bags. 15 days passed by and I see my ailment is getting worse from bad. I thought I should meet the doc before a month only (since they give a minimum of a month's medicine). I met with the doc, and the doc suggested me some home remedies too and said he's changing some medicines and asked me to see after a month. Now a month and a half was gone and I went to see the doc as per my scheduled visit. No improvement in my skin health. I entered the clinic and the receptionist ask me to take a seat. Imagine, I am left with a month and a half of medication and the lady is asking me if I want to renew the contract of getting treated from them, I told her to at least ask me first if I feel any better. I took my medicine for another month as prescribed by the doctor and decided to change my doctor. Now I got a call from their clinic yesterday as they want me to pay them a hefty amount again for their branded products. I'm so disappointed with Dr. Batra's, they are just a product of good advertising. I know homeopathy takes a lot of time to cure, but I also know that no medicine can trigger an ongoing ailment so much that it becomes unbearable. I'm never going to recommend them to any one!!!

But as you know that in allopathic they said me that your child has need a minor operation then I also agree and they gave me the appointment that u have to come on these date with your child we will cure him, At the mean time I and my wife discussed about this mater my wife said that at last u have to try homeopathy also god knows if he will cured I agree with her. Then I searched in internet good homeopathy hospital for tonsilate and I got the phone no of DrBatra‘s and call them after that response is so quick they ring back me and after hearing little bit they said me we will cure your child come today and gave me a offer also with one patient another patent is free the charge is 250/- so I am suffering from my ill child I went there on 15 July 2013 they gave me a forum for two my child and for my wife who little bit of pain (LUMBAGO) in her mussels I filled the forum. Then our serial no has came went go to doctor he introduce me and my wife that I am DrChiranjibKundu, I am a consultant he start question we giving the answer and he typed like a DTP Operator more than a doctor after listened al things about my child and my wife he said that ok we fully cure your child and wife and the period is on year I am very happy for that there is a package of 13300/- each for two it is 26600/- and today there is a offer for those who served in Indian Army each patient 9, 900/- for two it is 19800/- I asked him sir money is not matter but I want my child full cure he said me faith with us you paid your money on that counter bill no Kol/13-14/1071 &Kol/13-14/1070 Patient code[protected] &[protected]after that we will there for your service after that they gave one month medicine but there is no prescription and no name on medicine which they gave my child and wife. On every mount they gave me appointment and we also maintain the appointment date But after six month there is no result no reduce of tonsilate even my wife’s pain has also increased and one more thing when my child has suffering from fever we have to take appointment and after taking appointment we have to wait for 2-3 hours they not giving any preference to highly fever child still today also there is same position of my child and my wife lots of time I complain to the doctor always they say that now we have no spealiste next month he has supposed to come now I am fade up and writing the complain as you know I am working in Indian Army we serve for country and a very hard earning money when we are in border or – 20 digree temperature kindly give me the justice as you are my last fate Thank you sir Utpal dutta

I I have been talking treatment for acne problem from past one year . .my treatment is going to complete within twenty days but still I was suffering from acne. From the first day iam using medicine regularly but there is no change and acne was increased .they are giving false medicine and cheated me . I took Dr.Batra Clinic, Vashi's treatement for foot odor problem. They persuaded me to take Yearly subscription of Rs.16000. They told me that various blood tests will be done & they will give me various medicines. They told me that, it will be solved within 5-6 days, but It has been more than 15 days. My name is sarika a, i join dr batra in november, i paid 13000k as cheque and purcahse the product of the dr batra shampoos, serum, conditioner, oil, and many kits, After taking all the medicines from dr batra on time and provide blood test report also after 8 months they can't stop my hair fall, and the problem is not solved in 8 months but they can't tell the pateints, they are unable to do anything no one is happy for their services, i did not rember my patient id, clinic is in dwarka sec -5, when u visted the clinic after 2 or 3 hours your chance will come, 20000rs is big amount for me or anyone, i already paid dr batra clinic to solve my problem, but they are unable to help me, pleae stop this kind of fraud with the peoples, they told me just wait wait wait, it was seasonal hair fall, it will automatically stop, they take all the money in advance pleae refund my half money approx mobile number - [protected], [protected], [protected]

This is to state that I have gone for a Treatment of my Daughter, Nirvi Khandelwal, at Dr. Batra's Clinic in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur on May 3, 2015. I reached at 8:30 p.m. and I have been told to come next day, but when I insisted for same day, the person on the front desk (Mr. Sanjay Sharma--PCM) agreed and then we consulted Dr. Reshu Kumar Shedavat/Dr. Reshu Sharma who suggested that it is "Warts" and urgent treatment is required, else it would spread in the whole body. We agreed. Now, as soon as I came out, I have been told to submit some Rs 10, 000 plus at once to start a treatment. I asked him about the referral program where you get discount up to 30% if existing family member is getting treatment from the clinic (my brother Mohit Khandelwal's treatment is running from M.I. Road Clinic in Jaipur). He didn't even acknowledge that thing. Again, when I asked him about getting coupons online and messages from Dr. Batra's Clinic for discounts, he again refused and didn't acknowledge it and was complaining about time since it was 9:00 p.m. by then. I had to pay the amount in full since I had to start the treatment. Now, when I came back, my brother said that we were supposed to get discounts, plus EMI offer of without interest where I could have given the money in installments without any extra payments. Also, when I checked I could find some coupons online and in my mail, too, ranging from 500 to 1500 in discounts. I called Sanjay Sharma and told him about all this and he first transferred the call to Dr. Reshu Sharma and he assured me that when I visit the clinic again, whatever discount or refund was applicable, it will be given to me. But when my wife visited the clinic and she was told that Dr. Reshu was not there; next visit, she was told that Sanjay was not there. I was very annoyed by the response I got from both of them. Right now, I am in Bangalore for a official trip for 6 months and called the clinic for transfer of case and I again inquired about both, now I have been told that one is transferred to M.I. Road and other is transferred to Vaishali Nagar. MY ONLY QUESTION TO DR. BATRA'S IS, WHY YOU HAVE APPOINTED THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE MISGUIDING AND FALSELY COMMITTING PATIENTS. MIND YOU, IT IS NOT THEIR REPUTATION, IT IS DR. BATRA'S REPUTATION WHICH IS BEING HARMED BY ALL THIS. NOT IN MY LIFE, I AM GOING TO TAKE ANY TREATMENT FROM DR. BATRA'S CLINIC. I had visited Dr Batra at Mulund in first week of April after suffering from mildly itchy and flaky skin on hands and many alllergic boils on my back, I approached Batra since they proclaim to be allergy specialists. I was asked to pay for the full year Rs 16000 as they assured me that I will be cured for ever but the treatment will take time. I took the medicines for a month without any improvement in my condition . At my request the doctor was changed and I was given medicines for 2 weeks and monitored. However my skin condition grew from bad to worse. I had by end of 2 months painful red blood oozing and itchy boils on my hands and entire body . I suffered from insomnia due to the painful boils and also went into depression as now my hands looked ughly . My office work suffered due to leave & reduced concentration, I faced humiliation in train and embarrassment at work, but I had hope the medicine would work. However when things got worse I pushed them to give an appointment of their dermat . The medicines were changed again . Its been more than 3 months and my CONDITION HAS GONE FROM BAD TO WORSE COMPARED TO WHEN I APPROACHED THEM FOR TREATMENT . I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE AND WANT REFUND OF MY FEES FOR BALANCE MONTHS. However they refused refund over the phone and instead asked me to meet a senior consultant . I AM AFRAID OF WORSENING MY SKIN AND DO NOT WANT TO MEET ANYONE AND I SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE TREATMENT THAT HAS DONE ME MORE HARM THAN GOOD AND GET REFUND I do not have to tell any friends or relatives to never approach DR Batra's that has come out as ONE OF THE MONEY FLEECING COMPANY'S THAT DO NOT CARE, since all have seen me suffer AND CRY AFTER TAKING Batra's treatment and none will never approach Dr Batra. IS THERE ANY HOPE FOR JUSTICE

I have been receiving Dr. Batra's promotional messages regarding hair fall and other for the last 2 years and I have searched for unsubscription option in its official website, but couldn't find one. The timings of SMS is also odd, early in the morning, late in the evening. It is really really annoying. Is there any option I can unsubscribe my number ([protected]). I want to book a complaint against them because a lot of my friends are also facing the same problem.

Team Dr Batras, I am writing this mail to highlight the issue of in-effective treatment and illegitimate behavior of the franchisee in the case of Geeta Mishra Patient code[protected]. The start date of treatment was 16-March-2015 under Dr. Vivek Shrivastav at Dr. Batra’s Homeopathy clinic, Satna, Madhya Pradesh. The treatment is being taken for skin disease but there hasn’t been any respite or any remedial effect observed in the case. The same has been communicated to the concerned Doctor but to my horror his response was completely un-ethical and un-warranted as he remarked “he is not responsible for it”. Moreover, when approached for transfer of medical case from Satna to Noida Sec-18 in lieu of better treatment and obtaining a 2nd opinion, the response received is a clear sign of apathy towards the patient as they clearly cited the case transfer to Delhi as impossible and cited vague reasons for it. As a reputed medical care institution, this callous attitude is certainly not expected and I sincerely hope that my request for case transfer will be given a sympathetic and a priority consideration. My son Aritro Mukherjee Patient ID 554721 aged 19 years was suffering from Hair Loss. I got him admitted to Dr. Batra’s Clinic at Jayanagar, Bangalore. For last 3 years he is being treated by Dr. Shivarangini, Dr. Honumesh at the clinic. With conventional treatment he completed Mesotherapy and advanced Stage of Mesotherapy which they call hair regrowth as advised by the Doctors. When he was admitted 3 yrs back, he was the owner of 10% baldness, now he has developed 70% baldness. I am afraid of this horrible result. First day in October'2010 when I visited the clinic, the Centre In charge Dr. Vishal suddenly tore my son's hair and asked us to start treatment immediately or else he'll be bald in no time. We patiently waited for almost three years and spent more than lakhs for all their experiments. I think they have played with our faith, money and time. Patients are like guinea Pigs to them where they do their R&D. I had emailed them and talked for several times but no improvement.

This complain is against the calls that I get on a daily basis from Dr.Batra's clinic without having asked for the same. .I am totally annoyed by this harassment. Can someone help me to get rid of this? No.s are [protected] [protected]

I have started taking treatment from dr. batra 1yr ago but never have seen any +ve result and now I have even losses my hair what I have 1yr before all the result I have aftr 1yr is all -ve . We have been a customer of Dr. Batras' Positive Health Clinic Private Limited for the last 2-3 years. This time on 10th March'15, we called up their Noida centre for dispatch of medicines for my dad in Assam, who is undergoing treatment from them. However the medicines didn't reach till 20th March, so we again called them on 21st March, wherein we were told the medicines will be dispatched on 22nd March. This time again the medicines were not received till 3rd April and we once again contacted the center. They told us that the medicines have been dispatched and we can contact them the next day for the dispatch details. When we called them back on 4th April, we were told that the medicines have not been dispatched as the Speed Post department has been closed since 21st March. Seeing their attitude towards a customer who has already paid, we visited the center on 8th April, wherein we were again told the medicines would be dispatched tomorrow, ie, 9th April. Because of this stupid attitude of theirs, we have been without medicine for a month, when we have been paid for it. Please help us get an extension for the time when we were without medicines.

Dr Batras claim to do magic, but they really worsened my scalp health.I lost my all remaining hairs. I don't know how DR Batra recieve so many accoloades and all, in reality they are just fraud.They told me that i can ask for refund, if treatment doesn't work with in a month.But they didn't return any money . Dear Sir, I have been taking the treatment with Dr. Batra’s for my asthmatic allergy and sneezing for almost 4 months now.I had started my treatment when it was in the early stages. I ve been telling the doctors during every visit that the treatment is not showing any significant improvement event problem Rises day by day. Since it had become worse and showed no signs of improvement even after 4 months of treatment. At Dr. Batra’s I have always requested in being diagnosed by some senior Doctors which did not happened. Then I have been wanting to talk to Dr. Batra himself for advice but, despite several request their staff refused to put me on to him. even they could not help me to talk with senior specialist dr. like Kalra mam in Gurgaon. This is very unethical because, every patient has the right to fall upon the Doctor when he or she is helpless. This is a breach of trust. I hope Dr Batra takes note of this and does the needful so that in future Dr Batras lives upto the ADS that promise cures for almost all illnesses.

Dr. Batra Homeopathy clinic at Viman nagar is fraud, They will work on annual package. once you take annual package then they don't bother about the successfull treatment. I have taken my hair treatment package but after 3 months i analyzed there is no impact on my hair loss. My hair loss is as is. When i asked to return rest of my money then they refused to give it back to me. please dont take any annual package from Dr. Batra''s clinic in your life. first take treatment on monthly basis if it doesn't work then close the chapter.

Hello, I am patient of Dr. Batra's from 2 months at viman nagar, Pune. The doctors have given diagnosis that I am having dandruff problem only with my hairs. The treatment was started according to that.But yesterday on 16th March I came to my hometown then my mother recognized that I am actually having "LICE" in my hair. I complained about the diagnosis to the respective doctor ; as well as my mother talked to them. But they have given the reply to my mother " You should teach your daughter how to clean your hair", which was very arrogant. Also they committed the statement we check only scalp of hair and for LICE it should be checked properly. So, I am asking what is use of your imported machines which are not giving the diagnosis? And for what you are taking money from us? Also the arrogant answer to my mother was very much disappointing. This type of behavior with patient is rude. Also it is showing the quality of the doctor. Respected Sir, I'm writing this letter for the refund of my money, i started my treatment at dr batra clinic thane for Hair Loss i deposited a amount off 11925 rupees for an entire years treatment on 26.2.15 but was unfortunately i got call for the company for transfer to another place on 28.02.15 so i would like to inform u that i never take any products and treatment from your clinic so i want my deposited money back.i already discuss my problem with Dr Ashish during the consultation they giving me the another options but its really not easy to continue. because of all reason i want to discontinue. please give me feedback or revert mail as soon as possible. Please take my complaint and give me my money back, i need it for another purpose urgently.

I am really upset and annoyed with the services from Dr. Batra Clinic. I have started this treatment in the month of April 2014 when it was in early stages from Kalyan nagar branch and I was promised that all acne will be cured in 3 months. But I hardly see any difference I am totally disappointment with this treatment.

Since it had become worse and showed no signs of improvement even after 9 months of treatment .I have spent 11, 000 Rs. for this acne treatment as we as more then 5000/- Rs for Soap, Oil Shampoo etc...suggested by Doctors and now my acne spread all my back and now I am getting in my face too and it keeps growing in size and number day by day. When I have started this treatment the number of acne was very less but now my acne spread all over my back as well as my faces and I noticed the medicine reacts reversely I' ve been telling the doctors during every visit that the treatment is not showing any significant improvement but they said they are changing the medicine. I am totally disappointment and unsatisfied with this treatment and the doctors. They are don't even bother about the patient.

Kindly please look into this matter because I know I will not get my money back but i want to you to take serious action against this fake and fraud Dr. Batras.
