My sel[censored]jjwal pal is suffering from psoriasis from the last 6 years. I went to Jalandhar Dr Batra clinic . and there I paid rs 13250/- for the treatment of 1 year.When they promised to cure the disease but all in vein . saw that I went to howrah golabari thana clinic. For the last 2 months they are treating me but the situation is became worsen. They took money from patient with lot of promises but they are cheating patients with fake promise.

Madam/Sir,

I started the treatment from Oct 15 at Pitampura, Delhi centre of Dr Batras’ Clinic (Dr Deepika Rana/Sweta Kohli) for my hair fall related problem. During Oct 15 there was only one patch in my head but during the treatment instead of improving the condition day by day become deteriorating, now there are ten patches on my head. Even the size of the patches are increasing.

All the time when I asked the Doctor (Ms Sweta Kohli) about the worsening condition of my hair, she told me that she has changed the medicines.

At pitampura, Delhi centre, there is no expert doctor. Only the junior doctors are there.

It was very surprising that I was advised Allopathic medicines (Viz. Fallihair & Orofer-XT). When I asked that why these allopathic medicines, I was told that it is necessary.

Further, there is very wrong system at Dr Batras’ clinic that one has to pay for one/two/three year fee in advance. I have to pay for one year i.e. Rs 14, 400/-. I don't want any further treatment from these people. I want my money back as about six month is still left. Getting no benefit from the treatment, can I get my money back?

Please don't play with the life of patients.

I am Chirag, my brother takes treatment of psoriasis from your Ahmedabad shivrajni clinic from 18-19 months, , they are giving appointment when we need or emergency of patient, not proper medicines given by your staff, , if go there after medicine finish then if we call for the appointment no positive reply from the clinic and they always told that there is no availble of appoitnment. not a single effect of treatment on my brother.

I am sorry to say that Dr. Batra, s clinic is making people fool...bs lootne ka kaam karte h.. unke hi department me bina sir pe baal wale employe kaam karte.. why not they take self treatment from batraaaaa...
we are feeling that we are cheated by Dr. Batra;s clinic.

jab se treatment start kiya h, tab se aur jyada issue and problem ho gaye .

I filed a complaint before and there was no further response to my complaint. is this how batra's take care of their patients. i would like to have my money back because i am not taking any further treatment from you. i hope you reply NOW.
and now for your information i WAS taking the treatment from sector 18.
As a doctor you should atleast respond to your patients complaints but neither you are responding nor giving my money back.
that money is very important to me i have spend a load of money on my problem and i don't want you to spoil it.
if possible give it back as soon as possible.

Myself visited Dr.Batras clinic having Registration no.872292 for tratment of skin fungal infection. Dr. Tulika Jain forced me to make an advance payment of Rs.20, 000/- for one year treatment and gave medicine for one month.
Dussatisfied with the result and forceful behaviour, I requested for refund after deducting the cist of medicine if one month. However, Dr. Batras refused to refund the advance oayment.

Hi, I am yet another victim of Dr. Batra. The doctors are more like sales ppl who would make so much effort to trap you in one time payment for the whole year. Initially you would receive sms for your upcoming scheduled appointments, so that you feel that they are really concerned. This routine fades away in a duration of 2-3 months and you are on your own. Even if you complain the doctor for having no effect of the treatment, they keep giving you same medicines with assurance. Once you start showing your dissatisfaction towards the treatment then they also somehow try to pass the whole year giving you something or other coz you had paid for the whole year.

For others to beware of, I went to Dr. Batras clinic, Hiranandani, Powai, Mumbai.

I am going through treatment at dr batras clinic howrah from past 15 months and paid 20000 by cheque as doctor said you need to pay entire money for 1 year package. But I am not seeing any benefit of medicine. After 1y 3m I feel if I stop medicine facing same problem. I want to stop medicine immediately and want to get refund asap. I would like to register my complaint regarding the treatment that me and my mom are taking at dr. Batras. I even talked about this to my doc. But she told me that the money cannot be refunded and there is just a misconception about our treatment.
Me and my mom are taking the medicines from sector 18 batras and i would like to have my money back. The money charged from us was 22000 approx. So i would like to discontinue the treatment with the amount possible to be refunded.

I receive the wonderful messages from your firm. I am very sorry to say that i need none of your services even if it is free. Dnd services are activated in my numbers, but still i receive the messages. My hair, head, ear, nose, eye, skin everything is fine. I can understand how your firm is too much concerned about people's health. But please don't be concerned with me and kindly ask your vendors to include the numbers [protected] and [protected] in the block list. I will be very happy for this service of yours.

I have been taking the treatment with Dr. Batra’s for my Psoriasis for almost a year now.
In starting only my legs was affected by Psoriasis, but after the Dr Batra's treatment, it will cover my thighs and hand also.
I have been telling the Dr Surendre during every visit that the treatment is not showing any significant improvement. My Psoriasis became worse day by day. Since it had showed no signs of improvement, so i am helpless and no other option unless to write a complain of it.
At Dr. Batra’s I have always requested in being diagnosed by some senior Doctors which did not happened. Then I have been wanting to talk to Dr. Batra himself for advice but, despite several request their staff refused to put me on to him. This is very unethical because, every patient has the right to fall upon the Doctor when he or she is helpless.
Please help me because I don't have father and i m the person who earns and take care of my disease. I don't have much salary also.

I am visiting in dr. Batra's homeopathic clinic at panchseel enclave delhi from last 1 year for hairfall but i am still suffering from hair fall and dandruff, when i came there i had too much hair but i now i am suffering from baldness.

They are repeatedly sending me messages to my cell No. [protected]. Every Day they are sending me messages. I want to book a complaint against them.

Stay away from Dr Batra's Clinic. The Doctors are mainly women who do not get jobs elsewhere or part timers who want extra cash. They will try there best to pay the years fees upfront (£300). Then you have to trust them on giving you your weekly medicines??? This is a money making organisation. THEY WILL NOT TREAT YOU. Maybe there may be a 1 in 100 doctor who is genuine.

Go by your instinct and ask yourself all the questions the type of doctors they are and the way they ask you questions. They will ask you all the personal questions Then without pro diagnosis they will say Oh I can treat you.

BUT THEY DON'T!!!

Find a proper Homeopathy hospital/Qualified Consultant practice and pay as you get treated.

Myself Suhail from bangalore, i have migraine/headache problem, i heard of Dr. Batras & took appointment for vijayanagar branch, bangalore. just for consultation they charged me 250 rupees without any prescription, doctor will listen to your story & at the end they will ask you to buy a package for a year, only if you buy package then they will start there treatment which is disgusting... what the hell is this .. patients will not get anything even after paying 250 bucks which is not at all worth.. This kind of cheating should be stopped by Dr.batras. i will never recommend Dr. Batras to any one in my life.

I went to Dr Batra's located at Aundh, Pune; where I was offered a combo plan which was for a year's treatment and STM Cell treatment for Rs 42900.
Initial checkup was done and I paid for it which was of Rs 250. Later I searched for my medical policies and found that my Bajaj Allianz allows me to get a flat 25% discount at Dr Batra's.
When I told them about my health card, they showed me a brochure which said that same plan was for Rs 54800 and they were already giving me a discounted price with 25% discount (without knowing that I have Bajaj Allianz health card).
They said YES on the stating that they offer same price for all persons irrespective of the health card possession which makes my health insurance worthless.
I had a word with a guy named Pankaj, he said that's a combo plan offered by the management and told me if I had told them about my health insurance beforehand they would have not told me about the combo offer and I would have been given both treatments separately.

All this looks like a sheer scam which makes them charge exact amount they want irrespective of any discounts given by them or policies you have.

the Dr does not acknowledge your symptoms. My symptoms have worsened.Insensitive behaviour of the Dr's and staff.
Staff is highly careless and irresponsible.
No reciepts are given even on asking for them.

I went to Dr Batra for my daughter for flat wart on her face. Sec14, Gurgaon. first they said we have annually package system, i charged Rs 13500.00 for annual treatment. after seven month i did not get any result apart from that they charge extra from my credit card. i called them, mailed but they did not give a positive response. please friends never visit such a fraud . Don't pay a single Rupees in advance....
