I joined Batra @ Annna Nagar, chennai in 2011. They promised to cure my Sinus problem, hyper pigmentation and male pattern hair loss.
I have been taking the medicines for the last 2 years and have no improvement. My Sinus problem became worse now and my upper chest had lot of pain. The skin in my forehead has became worse than before and there is no improvement in hair growth and the hair loss is same.
The Doctor in the clinic are not experienced and they are quoting natural remedies like applying Pudina and Potato to cure skin problems. I dont understand, why should I pay Rs. 21000 for getting natural tips. Moreover there is no prescription on what medicines are given to the patient. The doctor dont even have a steth to even check the pulse. Overall my money and time is wasted and the condition has only detoriated in the last 2 years. i would request Batra to refund my money paid, as no commitments were satisfied as promised in the last 2 years.

I am totally disappointed with the service.

Dear Sir,

Time and again the harassment of email dumping of Dr.Batra's Clinic for hair loss is being flooded to my mail ID. When they cannot get good customers its the meaning that they are not doing the business good thats the reason they are begging to come to their clinic for treatment. Either they send sms or email. And they are not dare enough to give their mail id how many times should i tell them not to send emails and sms if one more then am forced to put your hospital and url in various sites for people not to come to your clinic. Really uselss and waste Clinic they are only good at begging

Hi my name is safwan I mansuri. I opted for Dr. Batra's Homeopthic clinic regarding my hair loss problem. They convince me that within one year of your joining with us you will have better hair and at least you will observe that hair loss is 10% of what you have right now. But within 3 months of my joining i lost 50% of my hair more that what it was ealier. Now Dr. Battra peaple only callls me for apointment to visit another branch. when i visited the other branch they said your case is not transfered to this branch. so i stopped visiting them for last 3 months as it has worst my hair loss problem. but they charged me for whole year and also i need treatment for the hair loss after the joining the Dr Batrtas.

I am recieving frequent unsolicited SMSs from Dr. Batra's clinic. I have never visited their clinic, nor have I registered for any such information. Request the concerned authorities to look into that, and take appropriate action, so that they cannot take people for granted to sell their products. To the Team Dr. Batra, this is a warning. If this is not going to stop, I will file a legal case against you with the appropriate authoriis. I can see that there have been many complaints against you, but it seems you are not ready to listen. For privacy, I am not posting my number here.

The Batra's Clinic has become a headache, they used to beg through SMS now they are begging it through email dumping. They are sending lot of sms to my mail account from paisageeks.com which is so irritating. Batras If you dont have business you can beg for some charity of your leaving instead of email dumping. You are the worst kind of clinic which i come across. Till Now i was silent now I will do campaign against your idiotic, bloody clinic just one more mail from you I will bang you like anything now dare to phone me i will show what i can do.

I am getting spam calls from automated call response from Dr Batras mobiles phones [protected] and other numbers...i am getting number of calls per day.....i never ever registered my number any where with batras...If they dont stop spam calls to me without the difference of day and night i will lodge a complaint with the local police...

Hi My name is Anil. I want to lodge a complain against Dr. Batra's clinic[Mahagun Metro Mall] Ghaziabad.

I have been taking treatment for hair loss from Dr Batra's Clinic since last one year and half. Initially I was being treated in Koramangala Branch. then I got transferred from there to Ghaziabad. I was being promised that my case will be transferred from there to Mahagun Metro Mall in my visit. I visited the Ghaziabad branch in July first week. I was being told the next appointment date to be August 12,2012 6 PM.

I went there for my next visit and to my shock the case was not transferred even after one month of time. I was being made to wait for more than an hour and still the case was not transferred.

I didn't get the visitation on that day and felt heavily humiliated and embarrassed in front of other patients. They have ample time to transfer the case and due to their lack of irresponsibility I had to suffer. My time was wasted.

Please register my complaint and provide suitable resolution to the problem.

I have been taking hair loss treatment from Dr Batras for last 9 months and got registered for an year as suggested by the doctor. However even after taking medicines for so long the condition of my hair has not improved at all. They give big advertisements into newspapers and magazines and everywhere which are only misguiding. The doctors there seem to be more of salesman and treat patients as if they are helping them for charity. Their practices are against homeopathy and they even prescribe allopathy medicines to be taken from outside. Its a big fraud organisation which needs urgent intervention from medical authorities. I paid arnd 8500 fr the treatment which has proved useless and I want my money back. Its like looting poor patients who go there with trust. Being medical practitioners, you should have at least some morality left. and if you are unable to do anything else....at least return the money.
They dont even tell what medicines are they giving which I believe every patient has right to know. When you ask them...they mistreat you.
The doctors just seem to shun away the patients by giving them medicines for 2 months....month and a half......and if you say these arent effective......nobody listens to you....
They are complete fraud.

Mujhe bhoot dukh ke sath bolna parta hai ki Dr Batra's Positive Health Clinic, sirf logo ko gumrah or bhata rahe hai, inki fees or medicine bhoot hi costly hai jo aam logo ke liye bhoot hi muskil ki baat hai, starting me ye sabhi patient per pressure dal kar unka registration karwa lete hai or baad me 2 - 3 month sahi se dawa dete hai or phir wahi bhatkane ka kaam suru ho jata hai, wo na to sahi medicine dete hai or na call receive karte hai or na hi doctor sahi se kisi problem solve karte hai,

Mai ek poor family se hun or skin problem se bhoot paresaan tha so treatment ke liye enke paas aaya tha inlogo ke pehle to pressure dal kar registration karwa liya Rs. 30,000 for 3 Three years, pehle to bolo ki bulkul thek ho jayega but 2-3 month ke baad hi koe dawa suit nahi kiya or unlogo ne bus u hi dawa change kare karte 3 saal bita diya but koe solution nahi bataya,

or baad me yahi reply mila ki aapko problem thek na hone wala hai,

maine pehle to 4-5 apne relative or frnd ko bhi registration karwa tha or sabhi in logo se paresaan ho gaye......

ye sirf logo ko thag rahe hai,

aap dosto se pls request hai aap inper ko wiswaas mat karna............

My daughter was getting treated for atopic dermatitis but treatment of no use! problem got worse!! Dont trust these people! Inexperienced doctors!! playing with lives of patients!!

I responded to their SMS , and they said me of having 1 + 1free hair checkup. Doctors there just focus on showing about Dr. Batra and their schemes rather than concentrating on our problems..They not even done scalp check as they said ! Pure fake , and their 1 yr , 2 yr offers are all too expensive. Wasteee.

I live in US and paid Rs. 12,000 at Chandigarh clinic last year which included shipping for my medicines....took the first 3 month medicine with me. I never received any further shipments. I tried calling...none of the doctors tooks my calls and also, most of times weren't reachable....

This year when I went back in Mar. 2011, I requested for my refund. The office took the information including the address in India and name to which they should make the refund. We havnt' received the refund till now. My mother and sister have been calling almost every week but they are just told to call next week...this have been going on for 7 months not.

My brother went through a similar experience....he paid for the whole year and never got my medicines. Poor guy could not go back and when called for refund....noone took any accoutability. But in my case, I have a signed letter from the Dr. Batra's office that my refund will be processed and send back to me. Now, after 6 months of not receiving my refund....what are my options. Please suggest.

This complain is against the calls that I get on a daily basis from Dr.Batra's clinic without having asked for the same. I am a frequent user of Justdail services and happen to call them for dermatologist in Bangalore. Since that day I have been getting minimum five calls a day from Dr.Batra's clinic. Getting fed up of the same I called them twice and requested the reps there to take my number off their database but only to get another call immediately after I hung up my phone....I am totally annoyed by this harassment. Can someone help me to get rid of this???

I am subscriber of Airte and registered for DND, but receiving unwanted SMS messages from 'Dr.Batra's Clinic' daily about 'hairloss'
It is annoying. Pl stop sending such unwanted SMSs to my phone No.[protected]

i manisha gupta (Patient code G-623) is suffering from vitilgo which is white patches on the skin. I coonsulted Dr Batras Homeo cli ic and suggested to take medicine for 3 years.
I started the treatment. Initially I did not find any improvement but later it showed some improvement. my patches started covering with normal colour skin. I was suffering with thyroid also so they gave me medicine for it also.
I continued the treatment for continuous 3 years and they suggested to continue for three more years and I paid the fee of Rs.18000/- but this time within 3 months I found my white spots start increasing. other problems also started.
I informed my doctor Mrs Mohini about it but they did not reply and continue the medicine.
now the spots are more than the previous means before starting treatment. Along with this my thyroid is also increasing and I am facing lots of problems.
I am feeling that Dr Batras Clinic is only for money making not for the treatment because when my tenure was about to over my problem recovered fast and as soon as i paid the fee my problems started increasing.
I dont know whether I will receive my money back or not but very upset with the behaviour of such a reputed medical clinic.

I receive Dr.Batra's Homeo SMS on my Mobile no.[protected] very frequently and in-spite of complaining their toll free no., I am so frustrated to use the word ( Dr.Batras) marketing people are shameless creatures to send so many SMS continuously. Please do needfull to stop these alerts as i can't register for DND as i am registered on Job portals.

I get irritating sms from this so called Dr.Batras.
I called up the[protected] just to inform that i do not suffer from any illness that Mr.Batra expertises (Hair loss, weight reduction etc).

Still the smses continues to come (sometime in odd hours of day/night).

Its very irritating to see smses which should and must have stopped after me reaching out to them.

Hope Dr. Batra requires some hearing treatment to STOP SENDING SMSes to my number.
