My letter to Dr. Batra Homeopathy:
Hello,
My mother is a patient of yours and is enrolled with your Rajouri Garden, New Delhi clinic. Her patient id is 626009. It was more than 10 days back[protected] when my mother had informed the clinic to ship her medicine, as she is in severe pain and she could not come herself to collect the medicine in such hot weather. The guy on the phone said that the medicine will be shipped the very same day. When we did not receive the medicine in 3 days, my wife called them to enquire about the medicine, and Mr. Jaipal on the phone, assured her that they have dispatched the medicine. He also mentioned that due to certain problem, the shipping of the medicine was little delayed and she shall receive the same by next day positively. Again when we did not get any courier package, my wife called the clinic and enquired again. She was very bluntly responded by Mr. Jaipal that he has shipped the medicine and now his job is over, and if we do not get the medicine, it is our problem and not theirs. On asking about the courier details, he gave the tracking number Z22979487 booked with DTDC courier. When i tracked the courier, i was shocked to see that he has given the wrong tracking detail, as the courier was booked from Vijay Nagar and not Rajouri Garden.
Now when my wife tries to call the number, either they do not pick up or they just pick and hang the phone. She tried it several times, but every time somebody just pick and hangs the phone before answering. When i tried to call from a different number, Mr. Jaipal picked the phone, but as soon as i enquired about the medicine, he said that he is busy and he shall call me back. I told him that if i wont get his call in half an hour then i wont call again but personally visit the clinic and will create a scene there. He gave me call after half an hour and said that he shall track the courier package and shall revert me in the morning.
My mother is in severe back pain from past 10 days and now your people will start tracking the package, only when i shouted on them. This kind of service is not acceptable, professionally or ethically. Is this the kind of service we deserve when we trust some reputed organisation like yours and pay 3-4 times more than regular doctors. My mother was already taking her medications from a Homeopathy doctor in the neighbourhood. I convinced her to take medicine from you as i thought you people might be professional and more efficient. I am very disappointed and disgusted with the kind of behaviour you people show to your clients. I am clueless now whether i should drag you in the consumer court or i should go to your clinic and thrash them and get my refund.
Please advise.
