I HAVE TAKEN TREATMENT FROM DR BATRA DT MALL GURGAON CLINIC FOR GASTRITIS PROBLEM FOR TWO YEARS BUT I DID NOT GET ANY RESULTS.IT WAS A WASTAGE OF MONEY AS EVEN AFTER TAKING 2 YEARS OF TREATMENT.I WANT DR BATRA TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION FOR THAT AS I HAVE NOT EXPECTED THIS RESULT FROM THEM.MY PATIENT ID 580613

i got treatment for hair thinning and loss problem last 4 month but my hair loss not stopped he promised me that my hair falling stopped by taking madicin for three month i had continue three month but not efected he charged to me for 1 year 12000 thousand rs in advance he ownered by padma shree award why he cheated public please do something against him and refund my money from him

Hi I'm Avinash, appointment number[protected] I have paid Rs.1000/- on[protected], 02:58pm to Dr.Batras Clinic Hyderabad ( Banjara Hills) for hair loss treatment.when first i visited Dr.Batras clinic in hyderabad ( Banjara Hills) before consulting with doctor they asked me to fill up a form with my general info.then they allowed me to meet with doctor, then doctor has discussed with me regarding my hair fall.After completing the discussion with doctor, doctor asked me to pay immediately some amount .i paid 1000/-But
after reading many negative reviews about this particular doctor, i am
not any more interested in getting treated with this doctor.even my
treatment was not yet started.so kindly can you help me how i can claim my money that i have paid to doctor.

Hi, I have been taking the treatment with Dr. Batra’s for almost a year now. I had started my treatment when I was facing loss of hair in the early stages. I ve been telling the doctors during every visit that the treatment is not showing any significient improvement. My hairs are falling and became worse in July. Since it had become worse and showed no signs of improvement even after 9 months of treatment Dr. Priyanka(Dr.Batra) told me go for some test and also book my appointment in working days with Dr. Yasmin(dr. batra) when i come to met dr. yasmin on my next visit i was shocked to see that there are no doctor, bec the doc was working from some where else and we need to talk to her on SKYPE and in whole duration she was making excuses that you are not front of me so, I can't see your hair loss and she didn't ask for the report. Issues: Lack of treatment: Dr batra doctor only want to convince me that no need to worry even after 9 months of treatment there is not a 1% of improvement even i loss my hair more now Lack of knowledge : I was being forced to perform many lab test which cost me after performing those test they didn't even look at that reports Lack of management : I never get an appoint at the time when i have an appoint (if my appointment is at 11:00 am then i will get a chance to meet doc after 12:30 always) on my last visit i had a discussion with Bgd. Veer Pratap(another client who was nt happy at all with treatment) and we both have same time appoint at 12:30 how? and even then we both were ack. after 1:30 pm on.

Dear friends, I am Raj from Bangalore. I was suffering from hair loss for the past few years. I was taking finast and Mintop. There was good improvement but due to side effects my wife advised Dr. Bhatras. She said Homeopathy doesn't have any side effects. So I went for a consultation to Kalyan Nagar, Dr.Bhatras. They explained me about the side effects of Finast and Mintop. They said their medicine will not have any side effects and also promised for a healthy Hair growth. I said I will try for a month see the result and continue. But they said only Annual package is there and charged me 14000/- upfront through 0 percent After a month it all started with skin disease, hair fall, joint pains. I was trusting Bhatras and even doctor told me I should wait but I lost my hair, my Health too. I suffered with joint pain when I consulted the General physician he asked me to take few blood test. He found that I was suffering from auto immune disease told me stop Homeopathy immediately. Dear Sir, I have taken Dr. Batras Homeopathy treatment for my hairfall issue. When I had enrol the treatment my hair density was good and my scalp was not visible and my photos were taken by Clinic. At the time of joining they promised me that they can not regrow my lost hair but can sustain and maintain my balance hair. However after one year of treatment I lost hair my hair density is heavily lost and as a result my scalp is visible now. I have complaint to my consulting doctor at Dr. Batras clinic (Dr. Vijay Mehta at Alice Bridge Branch, Ahmedabad) however he always keep on telling that everything is ok, your hair line is maintained (distance of hair from eyebrow). But what about the lose in hari density due to which now my scalp is visible. I felt like cheated now I have lost my money and my hair both... I strongly recommend everyone to please do not go to Dr. Batra, as it is not affective at all.

Treatment for PCO continued for one year, with no results. The problem is the same as it was at inception.

Where Dr. Batras, claim to have cured so many cases why not for my daughter Miss Tanushree Roy[protected]

Initially treated by Dr.Sugirdha in Velachery, chennai and then Dr. Mohini Sawant in Vashi, Mumbai, upon our transfer.

Tell me whether the Doctors can treat my daughter, or please refund the amount paid by me, otherwise I will go to conusmer court.

Dear Sir / Madam, I have a threat from Doctor - Srikianth G.L. I am going for hair loss treatment in the Dr. Batra's clinic in Madinaguda. The Manger/Doctor Srikanth is threatining me. I have to visit the doctor monthly once. I have booked an appointment (28-Sep, 7:45 PM IST) to the doctor and met him. I was explaining the pain and frustation that I am facing daily. He does not have a patience to listen to me at all. It is just 5-10 min talk with him. Finally he asked me 'Can I give you 4 weeks of medicines'. I aswered, 'If you give 2 weeks of medicines and ask me to come to the click. I can come. No issues with that' He responded saying, why are you arrogant. It is my duty to ask you about 4 weeks of medicines. But you should not say that 2 weeks and all. I said because of my situation, i am ready to come once in 2 weeks also. He responded saying, how many times you will say that you are loosing hair. if you dont want the medicines "Please Leave". even he is responding the same with the staff. please give the medicines he will leave. When I checked with the staff, they are saying, looks like he is not in a good mood today. Dr. Mukesh Batra i would Really like your revert to this complaint personally.
I am undergoing treatment at The Kolkata Minto Park Branch. This to bring to your notice the very doctors present in the clinic do not value customer time, probably due to their real dedication towards their work. There probably no point in sourcing out call centres to constantly call customers and disturbing them when the appointment time is not considered, Just an advice to save on money. On voicing your complaints your appointed staff always have a ready answer without feeling apologetic.
You are made to feel as if you are being given a favour if you are heard too and for that matter you have to wait for endless hours to see a doctor despite an appointment.
Its just total disrespect to customers because there are the source through which you apparently esteemed clinic works.
A sincere request to you Dr. Mukesh Batra if you could look into it and have it stooped at the root level.
I personally would not want to name individuals but would be compelled to do it the next time if nothing is done about it.

This is to intimate you that I (Patient ID No 687309) had made an advance payment of Rs 15000 for treatment for enhancement of my hair growth, from Batra's clinic located in Dwarka, New Delhi. On my first day at Batra clinic I was seen by Dr Priyanka who after seeing the condition of my hair promised and assured me that after undergoing the homeopathic treatment of Dr Batra's, my hair growth will start improving. I therefore agreed to undergo treatment at the clinic. After about a month, during my first periodic visit at the clinic I realised that some Dr Nitin was responsible for my treatment. At that time I mentioned to him that there does not seem to be much improvement with their treatment, on the contrary I have starting feeling increased hair fall after the treatment. However, I was told by Dr Nitin that this needs to be observed for some more time. After few days I noticed a drastic increase in the amount of hair fall. As part of my second routine visit at the clinic I mentioned this to Dr Nitin who pulled some hair strands from my head and agreed to my observation. He said that he will change my medicines and possibly gave a new package of medicine. After few days I realised that their was no stoppage at the increased rate of my hair fall and on 03 Jul 14, I sought a special meeting with Dr Priyanka since she was the one who has initially seen my condition. However, the receptionist told that Dr Priyanka has some family problem and she has gone out of station on leave. Neverthless, I decided to meet Dr Nitin and told my concern to him and told him that I immediately wanted to stop my treatment. He said that my treatment can be stopped however the money can only be refunded after talking to Dr Batra's head office. He informed that he will intimate me within next two days. While I was coming out from Dr Batra's clinic I saw Dr Priyanka sitting in one of the nearby shops with the same receptionist who had lied to me about the doctor's whereabouts. This was really shocking for me. Besides after 03 Jul I am yet to receive any intimation from Dr Nitin or anyone from the Dr Bartra's clinic at Dwarka about refund of my money. I have felt cheated and fooled by the clinic and now wish to get refund of my money.

My letter to Dr. Batra Homeopathy:

My mother is a patient of yours and is enrolled with your Rajouri Garden, New Delhi clinic. Her patient id is 626009. It was more than 10 days back[protected] when my mother had informed the clinic to ship her medicine, as she is in severe pain and she could not come herself to collect the medicine in such hot weather. The guy on the phone said that the medicine will be shipped the very same day. When we did not receive the medicine in 3 days, my wife called them to enquire about the medicine, and Mr. Jaipal on the phone, assured her that they have dispatched the medicine. He also mentioned that due to certain problem, the shipping of the medicine was little delayed and she shall receive the same by next day positively. Again when we did not get any courier package, my wife called the clinic and enquired again. She was very bluntly responded by Mr. Jaipal that he has shipped the medicine and now his job is over, and if we do not get the medicine, it is our problem and not theirs. On asking about the courier details, he gave the tracking number Z22979487 booked with DTDC courier. When i tracked the courier, i was shocked to see that he has given the wrong tracking detail, as the courier was booked from Vijay Nagar and not Rajouri Garden.

Now when my wife tries to call the number, either they do not pick up or they just pick and hang the phone. She tried it several times, but every time somebody just pick and hangs the phone before answering. When i tried to call from a different number, Mr. Jaipal picked the phone, but as soon as i enquired about the medicine, he said that he is busy and he shall call me back. I told him that if i wont get his call in half an hour then i wont call again but personally visit the clinic and will create a scene there. He gave me call after half an hour and said that he shall track the courier package and shall revert me in the morning.

My mother is in severe back pain from past 10 days and now your people will start tracking the package, only when i shouted on them. This kind of service is not acceptable, professionally or ethically. Is this the kind of service we deserve when we trust some reputed organisation like yours and pay 3-4 times more than regular doctors. My mother was already taking her medications from a Homeopathy doctor in the neighbourhood. I convinced her to take medicine from you as i thought you people might be professional and more efficient. I am very disappointed and disgusted with the kind of behaviour you people show to your clients. I am clueless now whether i should drag you in the consumer court or i should go to your clinic and thrash them and get my refund.

I am sick and tired by the your inability to process or even respond to my repeated refund requests! I had gone to Mall 21, Jaipur clinic for hair fall treatment in Aug '13 but I had to discontinue in Nov because I had to shift to United States to pursue future studies. I was told by the Dr. to carry medicines for the entire year but that didn't make any sense because treatment with out monitoring is a waste of money! Furthermore, there was no way to take the Laser treatments that were included in the package. I requested for the remaining refund in Nov '13 and also sent repeated mails in Jan & April. I also called the center repeatedly but I was always told that the refund will be made soon. It has been 6 months, I have got no intimation, let alone the refund! At the time of registering for your services you are so cordial, but unfortunately when the customer has to discontinue, you do not have any proper mechanism to deal with his/her requests, which in my opinion is very unprofessional! I am forced to neither visit you for future support, nor recommend Batras to any of my friends and family!

Dr batras took the whole year amount of Rs. 9000 whole .After taking treatment for 1 year, the condition of my face became worse than even before i also had lose the exsisting hair then i now stopped taking the medications from his clinic. I therefore want to claim the amount which i paid for the treatment as I have stopped the treatment .I want my money back which they are refusing to give back.Please help me regarding this so that I can get my money back as this is a big amount for a middle class person like me

I am ganesan regularly taking medicing since jan 2013 in kalyan dr. Batras, metro city mall, even though i am not getting any recovery from my hair prroblems, i was continuing with them as i paid in advance everything. But all my patience gone vanished when i reached clinic on 2nd jan 2014 around 7. 20pm as per my appointment schdule there was no doctors. I left from your clinic empty handed with no medicine as the clinic attendend vaibhav said all the doctors gone, you may leave. No medicine. How it is happening like this ?. . . How your call centre peoples fixing appointments with no doctors in clinic,. It is really embarassing anyone. Peoples are coming from long distance and your clinic people behaving in this way. It is really drastical way to ashame patients. This should not happen. Attendend always after my money payment of next year medicine but not cared about my appointment schdule and medicine. He would have called the doctors and would have arranged medicines, i returned from clinic empty handed. Till now i am chasing for my courier medicine but no one is reverting postively. The cashier / attendend vaibhav is very dangerous fellow who is making unwanted comments and annoying patients. He is not deserved to stand there. He was not answering about my medicine courier, now also he played mis cheif with me be keeeping my call hold for 25 minutes and finally not connected to doctors. He did purposely.

I joined Batra @ Annna Nagar, chennai in 2011. They promised to cure my Sinus problem, hyper pigmentation and male pattern hair loss.
I have been taking the medicines for the last 2 years and have no improvement. My Sinus problem became worse now and my upper chest had lot of pain. The skin in my forhead has became worse than before and there is no improvement in hair growth and the hair loss is same.
The Doctor in the clinic are not experienced and they are quoting natural remedies like applying Pudina and Potato to cure skin problems. I dont understand, why should I pay Rs. 21000 for getting natural tips. Moreover there is no prescription on what medicines are given to the patient. The doctor dont even have a steth to even check the pulse. Overall my money and time is wasted and the condition has only detoriated in the last 2 years. i would request you to help me to get refund of my money paid, as no commitments were satisfied as promised in the last 2 years.

I am totally disappointed with the service.
