Hi,

I have been treating my hair from Dr. Batras from last 4 months and do not find any improvement so far. They have charged me Rs .42, 000 in one go but in the name of treatment i get nothing. My hair are still falling in the same rate as before the treatment. I would like to see more experienced staff as each doctor that I have came across in the clinic gives me different opinions and answers. Now I have started thinking did i wasted my money?

I have 3 years taken treatment from dr.batra's but no any improvement. When i visited to that clinic they was told continue 3 yrs take treatment then your hairs fully regrowth. But no any improvement. They have fraud to customer. As a request to please take action.

Highly unprofessional treatment of Dr Neha at Paschim Vihar, New Delhi Dr. Batra's centre. Highly volatile and hyper Doctor. Refused to give me the treatment because Dr.Batra's app offered Rs. 99 as the consultation fee and at her clinic she charged Rs. 500.
App scheduled my appointment on 1st September for 8.20pm. I reached the centre on time only to see the clinic was shut.
The executive Mr.Shoaeb was in constant touch and assured me of the availability the next day. On reaching i filled all details which took me 20 mins.
When i said the app showed Rs 99 to b paid at the clinic, then Dr. Neha refused to give me the consultation n said that she would not treat me.
How unprofessional. I asked her to speak to Shoeb and she boastfully said that she was the centre head and she will not call a mere executive at the headquarters Mumbai.
My mother and my two days' efforts, time and money for to n fro is wasted. Plus extra baggage At the end of it all i had to carry home.
Kindly take an urgent action.

Took plan for hairloss and helmet was included but whenever go to get the treatment it is never working plus they offer solutions which are not upto the same standards staff and dr st khar clinic really bad

I just booked appointment and the staff said you can visit without paying any registration, but as I did as I expected they charged 500. All fine with me. But the worst part is the cheap doctor, they are so mean and they scare you with crappy camera aided software in calculation of luring u to treatment. May be I was victim of worst doctor. But my first experience was pathetic they wasted 3 hrs which was painful and upsetting to me.

Highly dissatisfied patient. Have paid inr27000 at a go. I had hair loss problem. After treatment it happened to be worst. Was in the verge of loosing was I had even.

I request to refund my money as it was of no use and waste of time, hope and also money

I and my son are registered costomer of dr batras, shankar vihar and already paid more than 50, 000/- for treatment. Since a month i could not contacted since being having fracture in my shoulder.

I further contacted your office at shankar vihar for appointment but the lady picked the phone replied pl. Contact her after half an hour.

Though, i already paid complete amount of myself and my son in advance, still i beg or urge your office for appointment, why not your office couldn't contact me why i not turned up from past a month or more.

This cheap service should be stopped immediately.

And, i think why it should not be posted on social website so that consumers may not suffer in future.

My son has 12 years old.he is suffering from atopic dermatitise and asthma.thrrefore we are undergoing treatment in dr.batras, malleshwaram branch.at the very first timewhen we go there the told us it is completely curable, but it will takesome time.we believe their words and started our treatment.now it is 4 years completed. Thete is no iimprovement in my child's conditions infact it is worse now.we paid nearly 45000rupees for the treatment.there is one year balance.they did not give correct medicines fot the symptoms.

I have paid in advance for one year treatment (Patient code:[protected] and also treatment for miso therapy (Patient code:[protected]. Doctors of batra clinic have assured me that by their homeopathic treatment they will cure mine baldness and also increase the hair density of existing scalp and will stop hair fall. By their repeated assurance i have convinced and paid more than rs. 22000/- on 28.10.2015.

With the treatment of batra clinic, mintu park, kolkata there is no improvement shown by their treatment, rather hairfall increased and sharp decline of hair density, so i compel to stop treatment after six months.

I have requested doctors of batra clinic to arrange for refund of my money in full but they are so insensitive that without refunding the money they utterly refusing to refund even unutilized advanced money also.

I have paid amount of rs. 10, 500/- in advance for miso therapy, but never under gone such theray. Even they have not refunded this advance payment also, though i requested several times.

About the grievances the clinic is not receptive enough, they are making false commitment, i felt cheated myself. Please refund my money in full at earliest.
Waiting eagerly for prompt action to return dues please.

Hi fraud dr. Batra's..

I want to stop my treatment going on batra's clinic noida sec-18 due to their fraud.

They were providing wrong medicines for wrong diseases i. E they were treating for skin disease instead of stomach problem.
When i consulted another doctors they suggest me to not use these medicines because you have no any such disease for what they are treating you.

When i realized this i went to their clinic and ask to stop my treatment and teturn my extra money paid because they taken whole year fee (18000) at beginning to give offer of 2000 off at same day payment.

But they were refused to return my money and said that you have to take these medicines for whole year (Even wrong medicines) this is in our term and condition that we will not return any money paid to us.
Then i said took your one month charge and return remaining money because
I registered here only 20 days ago and now i realized the fact of wrong treatment so i want to stop my treatment and return of money.

So please suggest me how to recover my money and stop fraud like this.

After listening my concern doctor suggested me to take dr batras homeopathy treatment & i spend 20000 for treatment but after one year no results appear. Then dr venkat suggested for hair transplantation. As per his suggestion (Verginia, dr venkat) taken hair transplantation in oct 2015, after hair transplant still i am suffering from hair fall problem.

I have been undergoing treatment with dr batra whitefield bangalore for a very long term. However i have changed my location and needed a transfer of my case to the new location. I have shifted to guwahati on march, however it has been august now, and still my case has not been transferred yet and i am unable to continue my treatment. I have been calling them and sending mails but i didn't get any response from them all these months. I have paid more than 30k for the full treatment and the service i received is very unsatisfactory. How can they keep a patient waiting for 5 months just to transfer the case. I have been taking treatment at dr batra clinic at m. p. nagar, bhopal for the last 15 months. i have paid rs25000/- to the clinic and have got only 25% of relief. the consultant physician dr naveen jaggi is not even able to treat my cold, cough and fever. they seem to create artificial rush at the clinic by compelling patients to wait for hours without any reason. i had a very bad experience and advise none to go to dr batra clinic.

I started my treatment in your bareilly center approx 27 of may 2015
But did not get desire output which told to me. And i renew my case becoz of no effect is there by suggetion of the doctor and i transfer my case to mathura.
Now they are saying that plz mesotharpy for cost u know.
I already gave u approxx 20000 rupees and there is no satisfactory result.
For this tharpy i have to submit more amount. Sir is it worthy for a middle class person,,.. Plz take it seriously and give me some cossetion and

I received an sms for some hair treatment. My nephew accidentally clicked the number mentioned for enquiries. I do night shifts and when i sleep i use an app that silents my phone, and only allows family calls or if anyone calls more than 3 times continuously. I received 32 calls in the span of 1 hour. Are you guys crazy?? I blocked your numbers on truecaller but you guys call from a different number.

I have the screen shots on my phone. If this is not fixed i am officially logging a police complaint.

Hi,

My patient code is 851286 and i am taking treatment till past 7-8 months but i was filling not good about my hair.

Hair loss is continue on going and my doctor is giving me same type of medicine every time, she is not trying to do any extra effort for solution of hair loss, just she is saying, wait it will be good asap. I was spend 26, 000 for multiple type of treatment as suggested by doctor.

Hi,
Hair loss occurs due to various reasons. But if you are generally free from any serious health condition and if you are maintaining a healthy balanced diet and stress-free life then most of the hair loss cases (~90%) are due to genetic+hormone (androgen). Nothing much can be done in that case without the help of anti-androgen drugs (finasteride, dutasteride) and vasodilator (minoxidil). But, these are dangerous drugs and have serious side effects. Rest of all oil/shampoo/serum/supplement/mesotherapy/prp/dr.batra/richfeel/dr.pauls' etc. are just big scam-no matter how over-priced or how exotic they are. Hair care industry is a billion dollar industry, full of money-sucking beasts and they play with peoples' sentiment and insecurities.
Good hair care like regular oiling (with any pure oil) and using mild shampoo surely improve your hair and scalp health but they can not effectively stop hair loss.
One common thing between all hairloss sufferers is that their scalp becomes very tight and bony (place finger on your scalp and try to feel it) mainly on the front and vertex region. And hairloss obviously occurs mainly from these two sites. So the most effective and simple way to stop hairloss is just to massage your scalp regularly to loosen it. Once your tight scalp become loose again hairloss reduces to large extent :) Though recovery of already lost hair is least probable but you will no more loose hair.
So, apply a bit of any pure oil on your scalp and massage it regularly for at-least 3/4 months to feel the difference. Be careful to massage the scalp, not the hair. Your aim is to loosen the scalp. Best of Luck...may God bless you:)

I am satish i was started stem cell treatment in dr batra clinic recently, clinic management is very irresponsible, actually my treatment is 2.5 months duration but they take that 6 months because of that my treatment did not went good, i am feeling so bad, i want my money back because i spend huge amount for that, they make fake promise to patients and snatching money from patient

I am shikha kumar.. Patient i'd[protected]. I went to dr batra clinic at aggarwal city mall pitampura but the doctor could not even diagnose my problem and just avoided talking to me.. Not giving any name to my problem.. Why do u publish fake ads when u can't even diagnose my problem. I want refund of the money immediately.. When they want to trap a customer they call immediately now nobody is responding.. I want a strict action

I went to Dr Batra clinic at aggarwal city mall pitampura but the doctor gave no solution to my problem and said we have no treatment ..they took Rs500 from me in the form of registration fee..this is very unjustified..why should I pay money for something which I have not been given...without my feedback they generated the bill..I want my money back and also want that this company should stop advertising wrong things..they absolutely cheat the customers
