Name_ Tajinder kaur Patient code[protected] Ten months back I joined Dr.batra for hair fall treatment and for migrane also.Till now I didn't get any improvement in my hair fall infact condition because more miserable now skin is visible under hairs.My migrane pain is also like that only.I am feeling very regret that I choose u ppl .l paid amt.of rs 25900 and I also spend rs 5000 on testing, suppliments, serums, etc.I want my money back pls don't do like this as Dr. Batra is name I am in very much need pls refund my amount .

Here I want to draw your attention on the service that Batra's promise for the various treatment, nationwide.i had gone to hair treatment through your clinic of jaipur, vaishali nagar . That is why I am sending you an email hoping to get satisfactory solution.

Hi Team, My faith has been shattered by Dr Batra's (Pimpri branch Pune) for four family members. I would not be able to recommend this further to anyone and would now be forced to join the group of non believers of treatment unless I get required attention for the matter: Following are the family members and their details for whom treatment was sought : 1. Mother - client id 698127 2. Wife - client id 737872 3. Daughter - client id 684448 4. Daughter - client id 684452 Observations on the clinic doctors 1. Inconsistency in continuity of the doctors as the doctors are changed after 2 months. There is no rapport buildup that can happen with the patient which is very important for homeopathic cases so that the patient profile is created accurately and patient can share his / her discomfort symptoms openly so doctors can gauge the progress. 2. I understand its important to make the patient comfortable but it should not be to the extent where the doctors seem very laid back not inquisitive enough to investigate the case at the time of creating the customer profile for the first time in the system. I was asked to have the profiling done for my wife for the second time as the senior doctor seemed doubtful of first patient profiling.These are basic things and I believe should be standardized at Dr Batra's organisation level. 3. Lack of individualized concern at the patient level. 4. My observation has been that Dr Batra's have been particularly unable to cure the joint pains etc. It would be advisable for Dr Batra's to say that pains cannot be treated this will save lot of patient's money. 5.There is a lack of individualized attention as they only seem to be hearing to the patient and not listening. When details are shared the doctor's appear to be giving the impression as the patient is unnecessarily worrying. 6.There are no instructions provided on dos and donts to the patients which does not give any confidence to the patient. SUMMARY OF AILMENTS AND TREATMENT Mother Ailments - Pain and swelling in leg and mild Depression Treatment was performed for a duration of 1 year but Pain and swelling in right leg persists Wife Ailments Pain in small joints wrist, knee, foot, Generalized anxiety and mild depression. Treatment has been completed for 1 year already with no improvement in knee pain and anxiety Daughter Shruti Saran AND Daughter Navika Saran Ailments - underweight, lack of strength and stamina, frequent cough and cold, lack of hunger No improvements are seen only fluctuating improvements were observed in immunity after a period of 6-8 months. Today after an year and a half of treatment elder daughter has come back from her school with the school doctor's UNDERWEIGHT comment. You should be able to understand how infuriated this would have made me. (Again my niece has been very successfully treated in Mumbai with similar ailments) Kindly look into this matter on priority oR refund the money paid as I have invested around Rs 80, 000 with you folks. Patient ID : 832645 at Thakurpurkur, Behala Clinic. I had visited Dr. Batra clinic on 06.12.2015 for my monthly appointment with the doctor. I had an appointment at 12.10 pm which I rescheduled at 3:30 over phone with the staff at the clinic. When I reached at 3:35 I was told that I had to wait for 30 minutes for my appointment. I waited for 25 minutes. I again requested them if they could arrange it quickly as I had other commitments. The staff ( Mr. Debabrata) told me to wait for another 25 minutes while he promised another patient, who had come after me, that he is next in line to meet the doctor. Worried, I tried to convey him my urgency. But he was very rude to me and told me with threatening tone that if I do not comply to him then he would not give me appointments on Saturdays and Sundays. He talked with me in a very rude and threatening tone in front on half a dozen people. I felt extremely bad. Was I humiliated because I had put my trust in Dr. Batra's treatment and paid a year' fee (Rs.18000) in advance on my first visit in October 2015 which by the way is "non-refundable" !! I had no choice but to return back without meeting the doctor. I do not want to continue my treatment and want to know the process for getting my money back. I do not want to be humiliated any more.

My sister was absolutely fine before treatment from best marketing team in V-mall kandivali - Dr batras. She had history of sciatica and spondolysis before in[protected] but was fine by 2012 and we were undergoing treatment for thyroid and backpain. In June 2015, We asked dr batras doctors that will the treatment be possible for thyroid, backpain and little part of hairloss since sciatica and spondolysis was fine with no issues. They said that they will treat all issues well. We went ahead with Dr. Ashwini Ujawe's treatment who was more into hairfall treatment rather than treating bigger issues like thyroid and backpain. for 4 months, nothing happened, and legs started deteriorating with sciatica/spondolysis. We changed doctor to Dr. pandey last month who ruined life by taking the treatment back to 2010-11 where she couldn't walk at all. Now, the situation is that he has asked 2 months to cure and says WHERE CAN YOU GO APART FROM this clinic to get cured.!!! We have been patient enough for 20 days but situation has worsened to an extent that sister can't walk from one room to another. Now, we are waiting that the doctor's take this issue seriously and cure her ASAP else there's no use of DR. BATRAS existence.

Dr batra is the worst clinic. They provide the worst treatment. I have paid 14, 000 for whom one year hair fall course but, now they are demanding another 14, 000 for another therapy.they are saying this treatment will improve my hair condition. I don't trust them. I am requesting you to please take action on such clinic who are playing with the trust of consumers.

Dear sir, I am really sorrowful that i lost my money as much as hair also . I saw the advertisement at internet that Dr Batra's is the best homeopath clinic for hair treatment, then i joined at Bhubanswar Dr Batra's clinic under Dr Niladri bihari sahoo on date 09/09/2015. After joined i observed that my hair fall percentage is increasing day to day. So i (patient code - 825192) complained the same at clinic but Dr Niladri bihari sahoo is telling frankly we will not return your money. They have taken the treatment charge amount Rs 18000 for 1year through EMI in HDFC Bank credit card . I told them as per your monthly charges ( Rs2000 per month )deduct Rs 4000 for two month treatment charges and return the rest of money. But the Dr saying do whatever you can do i will not return the rest of money Rs 14000. Therefore i request you please kindly look after to the matter and give me a right way. I go to Dr. Batra clinic in 1st week of Nov with hair fall problem. They said deposit Rs. 26500 for the treatment . I submit the amount . After that Dr. say me i have not enough ferritin lvl . & give some medicine, shampoo, Serum & diet chart. But 2 week uses of their product my condition getting worst more than before. Too much hair fall, itching on scalp with the use of shampoo & serum. Medicine effect on other part skin like itching etc. I try to call many time to clinic but not able to contact them. My family doesnt allow me to continue their treatment. iKindly refund my amount .

But from last 1 month I am getting more acne and black spots on my face, also complained to concern Doctor ( priyanka) about this side effect. But now she is telling that this side effect is not due to our medicine, now I don't know how to react for her mode of response with patient. my name is anam khan actually i m basically from delhi i came in mumbai in 2 years back ...i was suffering from hair fall i was very warried about my hair i was new in mumbai i had no idea about best hair specialist ...so on website i searched so i got on top doctor batra"s..website so i did contact with them ..i got appointed with them so when i went to got appointed there was no doctor batra"s..some other doctor was available overthere to get appoinment with the patients..second thing was after apoinment doctor was told u have to pay 1 time paymnt of amt 12.000/-...before start the treatmnt ...so denied to go ahead with it ..becouse my salary was not that much ..so then doctor told me u can make an E.M.I for 6 mnth each E.M.I..will be 2000/-per month..so u have to summit 6 cheque..so we will deposit in the bank in every month ...i was new in mumbai i had no idea about that ...so i had summited 6 cheque of my current salary account ...i took medicine ony for 2 month i did continued it for 2 month but i did not get good result in my hair same bad contidition i faced hair fall/dandruff e.t.c...and doctor was not showing any assuriety i had very bad experience so i thought about discontinue to this treatmnt i was totally unsatisfied it was totally wasted of my money n time very pothetic treatment i got ...infact in my second appoinmnt when i asked with doctor about the reason of hai fall he told me i have no idea why is happening ..let see do keep it continue this treatmnt for 2 to 3 years definetly i hope your hairfall will getting start to stop ...u will get good result ..i was shocked to see .that...
finally i had decided that i dont want to keep it continue any more ..so i went to clinic n spoke to the doctor i want to do discontinue this treatment n i want to get back my all the remaining checque ...so they answered me we will not give u return u have to pay full E.M.I..it does"nt mean that u will take medicine or not becouse we have mostly patients who resides out of station so they are unable to come to get medicene but they pay their E.M.I ...so even u have to pay ...i was blank n shocked to liestened that things it they are making fool to the peoples it is highly unreliable pothetic they are froud ...they are cheating with the peoples now they are not ready to give me back my cheque...so every month they deposit my cheque in bank n i get fine of cheque bounce ...what i have to do i have conveinced them more time but they are not ready ...plz hep me what have to do ...i hope i will get good help from apki samasya team

Hereby I want to lodge a complaint that I am highly dissatisfied with the treatment given so far, its been 6 months I m taking treatment from Dr. Batra, Dwarka for hair / scalp. I don’t know how I am being treated because there is no improvement in my condition. I am still suffering from same problem, itchy scalp, dry hair, hair fall and now one more add on after starting treatment with Dr. Batra, i.e. gray hair.

I complaint several times to several people in this branch that treatment is not at all helpful but every time I have been told “have patience, it will take time”. Now its more than 6 months and I think this treatment will take few years and so or until I lose all the hair.

As per my observations, treatment will never work because your doctors are not capable. They don’t want to cure anyone and they are not at all interested in doing their job. Even doctors don’t behave like a doctor. They don’t believe in sitting in their cabin and look after their patient, all the time they keep roaming here and there. Visiting any branch in Delhi is just like wasting of 2 hours Because doctor spend their time in talking and roaming, they don’t bother about patient’s time and crowd being increasing in their premises.

When I yelled at your doctors then they asked me to see a senior doctor in Pune through Skype, which again proved to be useless and time waste. Now, I have understood you don’t have treatment for me so
please refund my entire amount, I will look around and surely will get better service. I have paid your charges in cash so would want an early refund. I have no interest in taking any treatment from you.

When disputed, they asked me to consult their senior most doctor but I m surprised that their senior most doctor is also not serious as their junior doctors. He called and asked me to see him immediately but I was in middle of something so asked to book an appointment for next week, seems that doctor took a sigh of relief and never came back to me neither informed me about appointment schedule for next week, however, I decided to get through same day so called him back but he never picked my calls and when asked branch person to arrange call back from him, again my trust defeated, he also made false promise.

Hi I enquired online for the treatment of alopecia areata barbae, over the phone i told them everything they transfer my call to Dr . then i told her everything that i have done all the R&D about alopecia areata barbae and even taking treatment form " Safdurjun Hospital "where they used to give injection on my face, she said ok you come to our clinic where you have to pay only consulting fee in which there will not be including medicine, that was ok for me i thought at least they will write some medicine and i will buy from there, so they took 250 rs, then i went to a lady DR. I ask about my problem so she told me you need to pay Rs16538 then we will start your treatment, i asked for consultations for the payment so they say sorry it is not refundable that means the 250 rs we pay just to meet that beauty, i asked them why you did't tell me about your packages before filling form so they mention it's companies policies even after long conversation i took my money back . Beware of them

Firstly I am not writing against Homeopathy. I believe in the medication and I know it works if administered correctly. Many year ago my father who is now 79 went to Dr. Batra’s for psoriasis treatment. They started the treatment at 6000/- something annually and my father was asked to visit every month to check on the progress. In the initial 2 to 3 years the progress was excellent and my father was very happy with the progress. But he did notice that the doctors frequently change while monthly visits and it is during this time that they discreetly change the medicines without the patient knowing it, because all homeopathic medicines looks the same (white round pills). After nearly 6 years of treatment, as usual when he was nearing the annual completion he went for his monthly visit and the new doctor in her probable twenties asked my father when he will renew his annual treatment. My father assured her that 2 months are balance and as he had done in the past he will renew it in the last month. Somehow this doctor did not seem convinced and gave the medicines. 30 days later, not only did the psoriasis not reappear but reappeared much worse than it was 6 years ago. My father was shocked and on his next visit questioned the doctor about it. Immediately a senior consultant was called in who told my father that psoriasis is like diabetes and cannot be cured but only controlled (this was contrary to what they advertise). Upset my father stopped the treatment and never went again for any homeopathic treatment. Till this day he suffers from worsened psoriasis. We learnt later after researching that Dr. Batra’s have a fraudulent practice of discreetly changing the medicine power and intensifying the disease towards the end of the annual treatment. Then the doctors use this excuse to convince the patient to carry on with the treatment and renew the treatment for another year, and it goes on forever. I beg all innocent people, especially with elderly parents to not go to Dr. Batra’s in view of this fraudulent practice being carried out. That fellow Dr. Batra is more interested in bollywood activities like singing and other events, but does not care to look into the practices of his own health care chain. This is a highly unprofessional establishment which plays with the lives and health of patients who blindly trust them.

2 years back i started with the treatment of allergic rhinitis at Dr Batras clinic. l. But even after 2 years of taking medicines my condition has not improved. In the first few months i felt i was getting better but then suddenly it has started getting worse. In fact now at the end of 2 years it has become really bad. Now I get repetitive allergy attacks which were less frequent before. I feel cheated. Even my husband enrolled for anxiety issues last year. But even after taking the medicines regularly, it is not helping him.I feel they were giving some sort of immediate relief for first few months so that we stay along with the treatment. I really wonder what they medicines they gave me as my problem has become worse. Another problem is they keep changing doctors. Me and my husband are completely dissatisfied with the treatment. We paid so much money and got no response.

PURE THUGS. i am telling you never fall for their marketing gimmicks. I was studying medicine when one of their representative met me to tell about the hair loss i was facing. i went to their ellisbridge clinic in ahmedabad. The doctors felt like marketing people.They conned me into their 3 years plan. NOTE-never ever go for long term plan even if you want to try, because the doctors are commision bound. if you get the results( which i hardly doubt from these unqualified thugs) then you can continue. never ever buy long term plan from these looters. If you have hairloss problem dr batra doesn't have an answer. they lure you and con you using your fear of balding. don't get looted of your hard earned money. instead find few good doctors, who don't advertise but you know the people they have treated. internet is full of negative reviews on dr batra. trust me guys it is painful to get looted- I am a doctor now, and i get so angry on myself for going their thanks may you make wise decision DR. Hi my name is priyanka. And I had started the hair treatment from Dr batra clinic delhi(preet vihar) and after 7 month no any improvement in the problem. When I have discuss with his Sr doctor then she said it not be gone u Carry your medicine for 3 year. I have allready pay 12000 in advance for a year of treatment. I want my money is back other I am going with cops for the solution .

I taken hair treatment from Dr batra clinic.they took Rs 10000 for 1, year treatment. My biggest mistake of life the doctor's are good for nothing they don't do anything just give medicine and charge customers.doctor's change regularly and all are good for nothing

Here I want to share my worst experience i.e. On December-2014, First time I had gone to Dr. Batra's clinic, Baroda(Gujarat) for skin(Acne) treatment. That time some respetive doctors had explained me about "Dr. Batra's" brand value and its treatment success. And added that "You will get 100% result from Dr. Batra's treatments ". Thus, Easily I have trusted on their Brand name. And then they have softly demanded for full advance payment, without advance they could not start. Like that they convinced me. So I have paid money(Rs. 10000) for one year treatment on the spot. Now the thig is that from last December to this October-2015, the treatment conclusion is zero. I have taken their medicine regularly but no change in my skin even it looks so ugly then before. When I discussed this matter to Dr. Batra's doctors, they have beheaved like " So What". If again I will pay money, then they will start treatment. Now i understood that its all money game with using Brand name. This worst experience of hi fi brand name, I have faced. And I thought I should share this matter with you. May be you can help somebody who are easily trusting on this type of rubbish brand. If possible, please support for me. I have all payment reciept and evidence.

I have got one year hair treatment from Dr Batra's and didn't get any relief in my hair fall and because of the medicine of Dr Batra's, I am suffering from chronic liver disease. I deposited Rs. 2000 for treatment renewal after that I came to know that I am suffering from chronic liver disease, I spoke to Dr Batra's office Ludhiana and ask them return the money, they refused to give back my money and told me we can give you medicine but not money even after the know that I am suffering from liver disease.
