Hi, I'm from Bangladesh. I'm Playing IPL fantasy from this season. I used my Facebook account to create my account. But unfortunately I cannot login to my account now. It says FB TOKEN ERROR. As I'm not from India I cannot submit a complain to their official site.

I need to have a solution to this problem asap since IPL is starting from tomorrow.

    I have the video recording and screenshot of the images which clearly shows that the teams are being shuffled by dream11 in an ongoing match. The percentage of selection of players changed ehen the match was going on. I sent the email of the screenshot along with the explanation to [protected]@dream11.com yesterday. The ticket number is #3938815.

    I guess I will have to post the video in social media if I do not get any response

            Join the two player contest where most of the time found 1 or 2 player different and rest are same which make me doubtful but today I found same team and captain and vice captain. Now I am 100% sure they doing fraud have to banned and return all people money which playing this game.

              This match was between WLP vs CK dated 9 Sep 2021 in evening time. The allrounder D Patel in my team having 6 points only.But when I check toper rank team, D Patel was their captain and was having 222 points.I have the screen shots of the same.

                            When the today's game was about to start the name 22 players were declared in the list for this game, where I have seen that Tharun Gopi, All Rounder is in the playing-11 and even he has been in the game while the game was on even he took 2 wickets for his team. But when the game was over I go to check my points it seems that Tharun Gopi's name was missing from the list and there I saw its Tharun Ega whose name is not declared for today's game not even in the last minutes of the game. I'm quite sure this dream11 company is cheating us. If the matter is not shorted then I must lodge an FIR and put the owners behind bar. I have all the proofs. Enclosed one attachment

Furthermore, the purpose of indicating a player's inclusion in the Playing XI is only to provide information and assist a user in selecting the team. The players available for selection are the same for all users.

                              Dream11 is skill based game and we have creating faire play voilation agains the player to making multiple creating account. Agar ye skill based game hain to kya one account use krke skill use ho sakta hain. No it is not possible. You have impose the rule on player and it's game depend on luck only.
                              Sorry to say but fair play voilation does not come to creating multiple account because it's skill game. Its rule create a limit to use players skill and contestant paid entry fees of each team not play free.

                                      Even i saw yesterday an offer saying i[censored] add 150 to wallet u will get some cash bonus and the offer was till 8pm. So immediately i added the amount to wallet but get nothing. Sometimes I just feel like they're making us fool 😕
