I wish this app should be closed or i need them to pay loss of pay because i would have surely win this contest. I need response for my complaint i planned to go to court but i think that this will surely help orelse i should go to court only for filling case against them.

Updated by Gingston No action is taken. They are giving a lame reason. Action has to be taken and app has to be closed. And stop others from getting cheated

I have faced the same problem WI-W vs IR-W match is still running but in dream11 app they have abandoned it its such a big cheating i would have surely win this match

I have joined a contest transaction ID: JL2019052709265576753657 on dream11 app. Dated 27/05/2019. It was a bangladesh/ India warmup match.
An amount of Rs 33 was deducted for the contest, but my team was not visible on dream 11 app. So i don't know whether I win or lose . So either refund my contest amount 33/- or send me my team score .

I am using dream 11 app. I won money in contest. I withdrawed my winning money in one week before. But till now the transaction is not completed. I saw the transaction history in that app, it shows a transaction id and expected date. Today is the last date for transaction which is expected date. So please check immediately what is going on. I want that money. You take action to proceed my transaction and send the money in my bank account. Thank you

dream11 is charging entry rs 49 from 540, 000 people's that makes total rs 26, 460, 000 and winning is only 2 crore rs where this amount gone 6, 460, 000 is this much there charges or it's tax i request to dream11 this is totally wrong with people mostly for unaware who doesn't know this much is being charged and winning chances are very low pls dream11 official don't charge such a huge amount from innocent people most people are playing for luck and you're playing with them i also will go court and file case against your company you're playing with us dream11 i'm desperately waiting your response and don't charge such a huge amount

I have not violated any rules of dream11 but when i applied to withdraw my winnings of â¹ 686 they deducted amount of â¹604 by saying fairplay violation.
As per rules i have invited my friends, cousins to play dream11 and from the cash bonus which i received from their joining, i used it for playing matches and i have won the matches.
After when i applied to withdraw, dream11 has deducted saying this # fairplay violation.
So resolve this problem and please i want my money back.

My withdrawls were cancelled by dream11 saying I have not played fairely.i have not used any cash bonus and I have used my own money from my bank account to play.First time they said I have used multiple accounts but nest i have played with Contestants that I don't know.still they cancelled my withdrawls that I got from winning. Total they have siphoned off my money around 22000.i request to look into and return my legal money .

Dream11 has cancelled my withdrawls twice saying that I have not played fairly.First time they have cancelled around 14000 and second time 70000 eventhough I played legally with other contestants and have not used any bonus they have cancelled the withdrawal.

I have attached the screenshot s for the contestant details that I've played.

I don't them and they are completely different users.
Dream is fraud.

Helo, I have created a dream 11 account and have a balance above 200 rupees.when I start to verify my pan card it shows "something went wrong please try again later " .it almost 15 days the same message showing when I add pan card .can you please tell me what is the "something"

For withdrawal of winnings there is a prerequisite of verification. We have to first verify the mobile number, then the email id & the pan card. After that we can add our bank account. But due to some error on dream11's part i am not able to verify my email id. A link is being sent to me for email id verification, but when that link is clicked an error message is displayed on the browser. I have been trying to verify the email id for many days now, but it's not working.
I have tried to contact your customer care, but there is no sure shot way of contacting dream11's customer care team. That is why i am putting up my issue at this forum. Please help me solve this issue as soon as possible.

I solved it by myself. There was an option to verify email through Facebook or Google account. I selected the Google account & verified my email ID.

I am trying to verify my email id, but i am unable to do it. I am clicking on the verification link that is being sent to me by dream11, but when i am clicking on that link, then instead of email id getting verified, there is a message of error.
When i click on the link in my email id, i am redirected to a page on my browser & the following message is displayed there.

But as for as i am concern i have done nothing like that... But if by mistake something wrong has happened and fair play has been voilated by me i promise that will never happen again... Am unable to trasfer winning amount of my dream 11 to my bank account, after submitting and varifying email, ph no., pancard upload and passbook and bank details upload and entry. After adding passbook photo in 'upload account proof' in last 1 week, 3 times appeared as 'upload one or two images again as d account number and other details are not clear'. But i have send my clear passbook image (That was, all d details visible image). As this thing repeated number of times am feeling cheated. Plz help me. After the last submittion (4th time submitted 3days back) now appearing as 'your bank details are under review'.. (Which was appeared in previous last 3 cases also since more than a week)
