After a lot of inquiries and research, now i can announce the world that dream 11 does unfair means to maximize their profit by extorting money from the public.
As we all know, the total prize pool is always lower than the aggregate amount they receive as entry fee from all the teams. The difference amount is what we believe to be their profit.
Let me explain this with the help of numbers. Take a contest where the total spots are 5 and prize pool is rs. 1, 000, entry fees is rs. 250 per team. So the total amount they get is rs. 1, 250. Out of which they distribute rs. 1, 000 as prize and their margin of profit is rs. 250 from this contest. This is what we believe their profit to be, but that is not the case.
In case of big contests where the number of teams participating are almost 23, 00, 000 what they do is they place their bots (Fake accounts) with the maximum permutation and combination as possible. This simply means in a contest of 23, 00, 000 teams, 1, 00, 000 teams will be that of dream11's bots with all the combinations possible.
In a game where 22 players are playing the top ranks will be achieved by teams which have chosen the players who have produced the maximum number of points and also the captain vice captain assignment done properly. A player is allowed to make a maximum of 6 teams and only less than 10% of the combinations can be made using 6 teams. Doubts regarding unfair play crept into my mind when i found out that some unusual players, who no rational person will ever think of assigning as captain was made captain by some teams and fortunately he performed well in that game. The same thing continued for several other games.
I probed the internet to find out whether i was the only person having this doubt and was able to find out that a mammoth number of players also suspect the existence of bots. What dream11 did after hearing a lot of complaints was they introduced a system to be transparent by allowing us to download the teams immediately after the game has begun and thus proving that no changes are done after the game has begun. They were able to convince a lot of people by this but those who know that 1, 00, 000 of these teams are their bots cannot be fooled. Once i took the time and effort to have a look at all the teams and was able to find out that there were set of teams with similar names and with 6 teams each who have managed to put out all the combinations possible. So, i'm convinced that bots do exist.
There is no denying the fact that if a genuine player has had all his picks accurate then he will surely be awarded the money. But it happens only once in a while. Bots are not there for all the contests but only on contests where there are huge number of teams playing. They ensure that on an average no person will get more than 10, 000.
I used my network to get in touch with any employee of the company and finally i was able to get in touch with one who was one of my pal's pal. Once during a casual chat he unintentionally split out the truth that they do create bots.
I have started a whatsapp group with my friends regarding the fraud and now it has more than 150 members. We are planning to join together and give a writ petition to cyber cell and city police commissioner. I hope we will be able to initiate an inspection and bring out the fraud.
I posted it here so that at least the people reading my post will be aware and will not invest in the game again. Please pass this onto your friends and acquaintances who are playing this game. Please lets not make them fool us by our money.
