Because of which my selected players point was zero... And again and again loss in matches...

Today i. E., 19th july 2019, joined a contest in cricket match about india a vs west indies a, but there was no any lineups showing rather the match has been started where i found my four team contest has many players with zero point which means they aren't playing. So, my questions to you is 'why lineups hasn't been given before the match has started?' i think this company/game is really made/created to plunder people's hard earning money please don't cheat or loot our money like dis.. If you (Company) wants people to use this app for long then immediate remedy regarding this issue is needed. Please take needfull action about dis and refund for my two che vs den contest of 33 and 4 westindies n india a contest of 33

Wi a-in a third and fourth match lineup team not available before deadline. So i and many people are not select that player, who play on the mach. Because we are no know who player are in or out in the team 11. Plz see this matter because your company market value is very good. Your user are more faith on any small and big match. I think this is blender mistake.
Plz solve these type big mistake.

I love your app and participated so many times. But this is really sad when i loss my match due to not predict final line up players. 4 players not in the match which i have selected. And it has been happent 5 times with me.
So i request you to not play with emotions o[censored]sers. We fully faith on your app, so please take it seriously.

Amount of 876 was debited on 28th march 2019 from my bank account and no amount was not added to my dream 11 account. Dream 11 claims it to be a failed transaction.

But bank verified it to be a successful transaction stating that it claimed refund from dream 11 but was denied mentioning it to be a successful transaction. Still no refund has been made. It pains me a lot.
I had made several complaints but no action taken yet. It has been more than 3 months.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I have participated more than 25 contest on 16 july 2019 india a vs wedtindies a match but due to no lineup information ended up selecting 4 not playing players of that match. Dreams 11 is equally responsible to provide the information of playing squad before the contest starts or should cancel the contest... There are no other way to get information of the players as it was not broadcasted in any online platform too... I believe basis of regulations dreams 11 is created to fantasy 11 players but it seem to be just making money by duping customers. Customer can be responsible if the information is available from any of the sources... But case like yesterday clearly indicates dreams 11 generate revenue only by duping customers money.. I lost 50 k just bcoz of poor service from dr and 11. Atleast matches which are not broadcasted in indian tv channels should provide the lineup information..

My sincere request you to provide the refund as this is the unethical way of running the contest. Will also file a complaint at consumer court to review the platform in such cases or else it just become the next gambling platform.

It is yours responsibility to provide us the starting lines up. When u posting contest it is fair enough to give players details like who plays in 11 starting line ups. So i request you don't be negligious please resolve the same

1. Africa cup of nations 2019 the match between alg vs ivc on dated 11 jul 2019. Contests rs 5882.50, rs 2875, rs 575, rs 435 (Head to head contest). There was no contest of 5882.50. Please check it.
The contest was not joined by me.
2. It’s surprising and shocking that it was happened first time.
3. The team was created it self and joined contests itself only. I have already mailed before starting of the match. After starting the match the team was changed to another players which was before.

4. The proofs that was attached please check it. I feel happy if the amount was refunded to me.

5. I’m playing dream 11 from past 4 years and it was never happened like this. I’m shocked.

Please check and refund.

I have won 50 rupee on India vs New Zealand semifinal match but I receive only 1.43 rupee haven't received the full prize money yet which is 50 rupee

I have joined cash contest for ind a vs wi a odi match today and it started at 7 pm and till 11 pm they are showing that match scorecard will be delayed. And when i joined some spots were vacant. Thus they are fraudulently deceiving people as it was evident through images i uploaded that on 11 pm they though haven't updated teams rank and scores. Thus on one site at 11 pm, score was updated that ind a was all out on 190. However they haven't though updated it because they can easily cheat genuine contestant on dream 11 by making their own teams that lead other's to relegate to lower rank.

I would like to know why my withdrawal has failed as i have never violated any rules or guidelines. I have been a happy and satisfied player of dream 11 for years. I never faced such issues before. It is showing that my withdrawal of inr 10, 000 has failed, and the amount is also not returned in my dream11 account. I trust dream 11 team a lot, and hope you will fix my problem as soon as possible.

I was playing dream 11 for a while and when i made some winning and tried to withdraw it i firstly submitted a wrong passbook by mistake and when i tried the verification of bank account details again it is not getting submitted even though i have a strong internet connection and dream 11 mentions that i can try to verify my bank account details again. Without the verification i would not get my winning so please help me.

Respected sir, my dream 11 winning amount withdrawal has been cancelled for some reason and money not reflected in bank account nor reflected in winning amount. So i requested to see what is problem because of which my transaction was cancelled. My phone no., bank account details all are verified. So i requested please check what is the problem and where and refund my balance as early as possible.

I initiated withdrawal of Rs. 12411 in form of two transactions that I won by playing cricket contests with dream11. After winning the contests, i initiated withdrawal requests which were not settled by the dream11 team giving unconvincing answers. Instead of settling the amount after taking the commission of more than Rs 3000 for these contests, dream11 team has withdrawn my amount without my knowledge. I request you to look into the matter and help in refunding the amount to my bank account.
