[Resolved] Dreamz Infra — Dreamz Infra Bounced Cheque | |||
I had booked a flat in Dreamz Shloka 2 in OCT 2013, after seeing issues with their commitments and fake promised in starting the construction we had decided to cancel it in MAR 2013, after which I received 3 PDC cheques of (SBI ) .Before depositing the cheque I had got a call from dreamz asking for a one month extension for which i agreed as they were begging and had given me a post dated cheque of AXIS bank dated AUG 28, 30, 31. But this time when i deposited the cheque it got bounced.And now when we ask them they said they will clear it in 1 week as again there is some Bank problem. I had contacted Mr. Prakash (Accounts) [protected]on the same but he said I am on leave and cannot handle the issue, seriously don't know how do they handle the customer. Is this the response we should expect? Yesterday they were telling me to deposit the remaining cheques of AXIS Bank and let it bounce. once bounced they will issue new cheques of bank HDFC that will get credited too after 1& half week(that too they will see if there are funds available in the bank or else they said they will give as a DD or pay it in cash which will take some time) & asking us to adjust or understand their problem. Being a middle class how can we compromise & wait for some more time as we need the money, I need my money ASAP so i don't want to go through all the legal process. & the bad story continues, I wish I would have never booked the flat in Dreamz Infra :( But need to understand why dreamz finding difficulties when having good projects and good sales . My story is also the same. We had booked in the same project Dreamz Shloka2 in MAR2013. And story is the same from that time. Can celled it in FEB 2014 and checks got bounced as usual. I had paid 12.3L and received 3L in cash and for rest of the money struggling to get back.
I have sent a legal notice for check bounce issue and waiting for reply. Please let me know if your issue is resolved or what action you are planning to take.

Same story with us. Booked a 3 BHK at so called, SIDDI2 at Electronic city in April 2013. Had paid 9 Lakhs initially. Land is not even registered until now. They issued us with 3 PDCs and all were bounced back last week. When we contacted them (Contacted Mr Amarnath from accounts/ finance dept @ [protected] and CRM, Atiya @[protected] they are begging to give them another month's time. When we asked them why they are doing this to the customers, they were very rude to us and said do what ever we want and they doesn't care.
We want to proceed legally, as we don't see any other option to deal with since we are not in India.
Mr. Srinivas, I shall contact you tomorrow if you are fine to be contacted by me to discuss.

If you people are going alone to Dreamz office, they don't care.
You guys are ready will contact a efficient lawyer for all of the issues.
Otherwise will gather at Dreamz office one day, will go for Strike in front of their office.If you ask to any media they wont come.
If there is a strike then they will come automatically .
Even the consumer court also not resolving the problem.
This is not a small fraud, this is thousands corer's fraud. Big shots are also involved in this fraud.
If big shots are not involved, how these Dreamz infra people not bothering about these many issues.
