I went to submit the cheque on 15th-03-2016 and i enquired company's bank(Axis) for the balance and they told that company dont have sufficient amount . Then i called abhishek (Dreamz infra contact person) . He told we will give dd to you, and we will deliver it to you and continuously told the same thing to me upto 5th[protected] days) and on 6th, he told keep enquiring bank and when balance is there submit the cheque, so i submitted the cheque on 6th april and cheque got bounced on 7th april due to insufficient balance .

Promise violated-
1) cheque bounced - insufficient balance in account
2) false promise of dd for 25 days ( already delayed 4 months)
3)false promise of delivering dd to my home
4) no call pickups and sms reply

Dear All Sai Sagar project Members,

I have booked 2BHK flat in Saisagar Project in last year and I have paid 30% of Total cost. But till now we are not getting proper response from their CRM's.
In fact CRM's changing quite often( Nearly 10 CRM's changed in 1 Year).
No improvement at site + No flat allotment + No Sale agreement. We have only MOU as proof for our paid amount !!!
I think this is really a big issue. I request all of you to kindly send your Phone numbers/E-mail ID's to below my e-mail ID (Only Sai Sagar Project member)
We all together take a dicision. Please please please co-operate.

I have invested Rs 11 lakh in underconstruction project with the commitment letter in company's letter head from the Director Surya/Jagadeesh stating the flat will be allocated in jan 2016 once mangament quota releases . But after every weekend run to their office, in the month of march i came to know it is sold to someone else.
Inspite of giving written proof these people sells flats to someone who pays more money to them.
As i checked differnet complaints registered here, it is impossible to get my money back.
Please suggest what should be done now.

I have booked a flat bearing number 513 in dreamz saakar, horamavu project, owned/promoted by dreamz infra limited, teacher’s colony, kormangala, bangalore, ka-560034 in the month of december 2013. At the time of discussions and mou, it has been communicated that project will kick-start within 3 months and get completed within 24 months from the date of booking. I have paid amount of rupees nineteen lakhs fifty thousand only (Rs 19, 50, 000/=) as booking amount through cheques. The booking amount, project completion period as well cancelation conditions are also mentioned in mou with dreamz infra limited. However i have noticed no progress on the project even after one year also. On various occasions i met their representatives and all the time i was assured on project execution, and i was left disappointed every time. As above said project has not started even after 15 months, i have decided to cancel my booking and submitted relevant cancellation documentation in the month of apr 2015 to dreamz infra.

After numerous follow-ups, i was issued future dated (Dated for jul 2015) cheques of bank of india (A/c [protected]) for booking amount with 10% interest amount totaling to rupees twenty one lakhs seventy one thousand six hundred and sixteen only (Rs 21, 71, 616/= ), post income tax deduction.

Subsequently their representative called, citing funds non-availability, issued further future dated (Dated for end aug 2015) cheques of ratnakar bank limited (A/c[protected]. This time due to delay from their side, they have agreed for 30% interest payment and issued cheques amount totaling to rupees twenty two lakhs forthy thousand five hundred sixty three only (Rs 22, 40, 563/=), post income tax deduction.

On due dates i have submitted the cheques for clearance and found to be bounced citing insufficient funds. The following are cheques bounced.

This has been brought to dreamz infra notice through registered post, and upon follow up, their cancellation department have agreed to pay the due amount through demand draft/neft/cash, as their cheques are not trustworthy. Upon repeated follow up, repeat visits to dreamz office, from aug 2015 till feb 2016 (During 6 months period), i am paid amount of rupees fourteen lakhs seventy thousand only (Rs 14, 70, 000/=) through demand draft/neft/cash. These amounts also in piece meal manner. 10k, 25k like that. Also many times we have to return empty handed and distrubed situation.

In my last visit to dreamz infra office in regarding to this pending amount, i am asked to sign a new mou with dreamz infra with one sided conditions, like further 15 weeks for payment of amount, and no penalty causes of further defaulting, no mention of payment amount schedule. This one sided mou is abrogating them of all the delay, pain, mental stress and financial loss they caused to me so far. I am also indicated that in situation of not signing the mou, further amounts will not be paid.

This situation has caused me further mental stress and fear of losing hard earned money, i thought of bringing this to your notice and help for recovery of my hard earned money. In total amount due is rupees nine lakhs ninety thousand five hundred and ten only (Rs 9, 90, 510/=) including interest as on 29-feb-2016.

Pls resolve and help us in getting back our hard earned money.

These people took money for sarovar project 2 years back . I cancelled 4 months back since they have not started any work . Also this land is not legal.
Still they are collecting money from common people and cheating.
They have given the check it got bounced and now they are showing their attitude and telling do whatever you want. They know our justice system is delayed and no use.

I would strongly suggest you not to book or involved in any deal with dreamz infra. They are a big scam company, What would actually happen is they will entertain you with their best effort until you paid initial booking amount. After that no one will even talk to you and will treat you as they don't have any business with you. and here will start your real struggle and u will start feeling bluffed,
I cancelled my flat one year back because of their ignorance and wrong commitments but still didn't get any money from them till now and finally filled a case against them. Their check got bounced twice, There are so many like me who have not got their money and some are still struggling and some even left money with them as they have moved out of india.
They never hesitate from making false commitments just to trap you.
There r thousand of victims like us...earlier this portal was full of complaint avout them ...but somehow those not showing now in this site.
We should tackle with them togethe.
I have filled a case against them and that is only a hope of getting your money back. U can contact me for any queries.. And u need to file case with in one month of check bounce otherwise ur case wont be honoured by court.

I have gone through so many complains against the company.

So many are pending for resolve.

what action a middle man will take to get his money from this cheaters. is there any Social media will come ahead to help us.

It's my sincere advice not to buy property here. The land documents will not be clear. All other approvals from BBMP were managed temporarily by bribing them. And they never keep their promise on Staying the project or finishing it. The quality of the construction is pathetic. Visit any of their project and observe the Quality you will know. And finally Once you give money to them its not returnable. I am behind them for my canceled booking amount from past 17 months.

I can do all the promises in the world to tell you that dreamz gk stands for delay delay & delay. i am cursing all the employees who showed their teeth to get money from me and offered me frooti until they got their final payment. i invested in one of their projects in e-city, then changed to another after 1 year of no progress and finally after 2 years i got pissed off on no progress, not even flat allotment is done and am still struggling to get my money back. let me warn you they are very very good in creating documents and showing hospitality to you at the very beginning till they get what they want (money). then you go and question the delay in project, they will have 101 reasons to tell you why it is getting delayed. then you will be frustrated and show your emotions is when they will show you the door and tell you" do whatever action you want to take". the least i could do now is to warn people from falling their trap.. do not ever ever get tricked by the smile of the girls over there... they are just dumb dolls to give soft talking and lure you. even i am not providing my real name here for the simple reason that still i didn't get my money back.. only bounced cheques i have. let me explain you how they give you cheap flats. they will do this bloody pre-launch offer to lure some fools to invest money with them showing 100% return.. then they will never ever complete the project on time, and by that they will earn quite a lot of interest income, then realizing this, many customers will ask for their invested money for that they have to bear all the headache of travelling back and forth to their office...in the mean time they ll lure other customers and the cycle goes... they make huge huge profit by earning interest from our money and delaying the project. not to mention, their customer feedbacks are absolutely fake and a few i would say are way old.. taken when they excited the customers through their hospitality & documents.. how many actually got possession no one knows.. hence i am again and again telling you.. do not get fooled by their hospitality..in reality you wont get your flat!!!

I have booked one BHK flat at dreamz gk, they have promised me that if you pay full payment you will get discount on price and 1% interest but i have got the discount but i have not received the interest single time, whenever i call there will not be any response and always says will get back to you after speaking with management,

My question is how can made the agreement saying you will pay interest 1 % per month without any discussion with management, and later says we need to get the permission from management,

Now hope this will help query else i need to file legal action against them...

I also got cheated for booking flat in Ekadant. I lost my hard earned money.
I had booked flat in May 2014, I had paid 4, 56, 000rs taking personal loan with 15% interest. Construction didn't start at all, CRMs were getting changed frequently, everyone was saying "construction will start in 45 Days". I waited for one year, started seeing about their real face on the internet, started loosing hope on them, then I decided to cancel the booking. My bad time, worst part of my life started. On the same day I received three pdc of 90days. After 90 days, all checks bounced. After several visits to Akilesh - cancellation dept, in 3rd visit he gave another 3 pdc of 30days with interest. Bounced. Again several visits to Lalit, Akilesh, Amarnath, Jasneeth they promised to issue dd of 1lakh per week. But received 50k once per two week. Till Dec 9 2015, I have received 3, 90, 000rs. Till date many visits done, many calls made, no response. I have to get remaining amount with interest + check bounce charges of 6 checks.
Dreamz is not trust worthy, you are cheating me. you have murdered my dream owning a home in Bangalore, you have spoiled peace of mind. You are playing with my hard earned money.
Return my money ASAP.
Please help me to get my money back.

Payment not received, cheque bounced (reason closed account):

I book shloka-i, hsr layout with dreamzinfra india ltd. paying 1.5 lakh in the month of may 2015, they just given unsigned mou and not fulfill the documentation as desired by my advocate. i just checked how this company is by paying small amount. since they have not fulfilled the documentation i have not paid the remaining amount. finally they advise me to cancel booking and after one month of cancellation they issued post dated cheque after deducting rs. 1000/-. after 120 days i deposited cheque to my bank it got bounced on 29.01.2016. after inquiry they are goes on telling dd will be issued soon but they have not resolved till date. dreamzinfra is developing company, they are not suppose to cheat the people, they suppose to act as per they promise, otherwise company name & fame will be damaged. now cheque bounced they have to pay cheque amount+ interest + penalty to the undersigned, otherwise no option & fight legally.

Please don't book any flat in Dreamz GK infra Ltd in Bangalore. They are just making fools.
I have booked one flat Dreamz sahwas 3 years ago in presales. From last 3 years they are not getting the approval for construction.Always saying next month we will get approval but no success.please refund my money back with interest. It's really bad and I will raise a consumer court case if I will not received my money with interest.
I am waiting from December 2012 and still construction not started.

Hi, I booked flat in simantha project hosa road, on sep 2013 on booking time i make a loan with interest rate and all gold was sold on booking time, they are give that much of pressure. but still not getting approval, and they was told me next...next ...next but still not getting and so many commitment letter as given after that i given refund letter on August 2015, they was told me after 3 to 4 months getting your money, after receiving cancellation letter, 10 days getting Post dated cheque. dated 3 months 20 days, after that i submit cheque to bank that was in fund not available, than go and ask to people they was told me i will need 1 month that is also not guarantee... My some of amount of Rs.8, 40, 000/- Please help me somebody Kindly request you please...

Dear All i cancelled the project on june 30th 2015 and they gave me cheque two times first time cheque got bounced and another time insufficient funds, any body please help me how to come out from these idots ( dreamz ).

We have booked a project in Dreamz infra India and had to cancel bacause they have not started the project as said the year and date. I have cancelled my project and approached them to refund my money on month of May 2015. Than I recieved a cheque with clearing date as on August 13, 2015 but unfortunately the cheque has bounced due to insufficient amount. I have informed them and they have issued one more cheque with clearance of oct 13, 2015 and this is also bounced due to insufficient fund. I have charged fine two times from bank. Tejas from dreamz infra said to return the cheque and after that he will do the NEFT immediately after receiving the cheque. I am following up everyday but getting some rude behavior with disconnect of call nothing else. Even dreamz infra people saying me that you have paid to the company so don't bout money. Dreamz infra employes even dont have a simple commonsense how to talk to a human being. I dont have hope on these people...I need to take help of police or something else otherwise i ll not get my money back.

Dreamz Infra never started the project I had booked and on cancelling gave me a pdc and dishonored it. I have read a lot of similar complaints about them. I dnt know about what action others have taken and what was the result. I am planning to take a legal action against them. And also planning to use their strength against them that is print media. Imagine a full page add as Dreamz Infra a fraud company with all the different website links. They will not be able to cheat ppl anymore.

I had booked a flat in Dreamz Samarpit by paying the down payment of Rs 5 lakhs in August 2014. I project never started at all. After doing many follow-ups, I was informed by Dreamz Infra that this project is cancelled. Hence I cancelled the flat and requested for repayment. They gave the postdated cheques of RBL bank and asked me to wait for 120 days. I waited sincerely. On the day I had to place my cheques for clearing, I got a call from Dreamz Infra asking me to wait for a few more days. I agreed politely. They asked me to return the RBL bank cheques and gave me SBI bank cheques with some interest amount. The cheque numbers are - cheque number 859712 for Rs. 250000 and cheque numbers 859713 for Rs. 259666. Both cheques bounced twice.

Please help get my money back.

*my worst experience in dreamz (gk) nfra property* None of their projects are completed. some even started yet. First you get nice sweet words from their representatives you make a decision to go for the payment After few months, you suddenly realise the project is not started or stopped or slowed down etc., After hearing them repeatedly saying "it will start next month" you will opt for cancellation (it took almost a year for me to go for cancellation) They will give you commitment letter which will extend for 3 more months Finally you cancel the project They will issue cheques after 90 days or 180 days accordingly as in your agreement letter After a long wait of your 180 days, you present you cheques at your bank Your cheques will bounce saying insufficient fund You real story starts now... You go to the finance department (aka battle field) which is located on 2nd floor above madhuloka The place looks awfull Anyways, you go and ask why all of your cheques are bounced They will think and do all kinds of nakras and say please present again Once again you present it and once again your cheques will bounce back You go again to ask... and they will say we will issue a dd on your name The dd amount will be fixed by them... it could range from 25k to 1 lac This will continue for a very long time... after many many visits to them Calling them will be total waste of time.. cos they wont pick your call or if they did, they will always say we are trying to settle your amount If you go directly they will try to issue a dd or another set of cheques which will bounce For me they issued 4 sets of cheques.. and all bounced back After many many heart aches, shoutings, pleading, they will give 1 lac dd, in their own sweet time I have seen couple of the customers crying in front of them, pleading them for their money These finance representatives put a stern look on their face and say "we dont have money" in a very loud voice I have seen old couples, old people, people from different cities come and cry in this place I have also seen people shouting at them and making lots of noice My suggestion to the new buyers (victims): 1. go to 2nd floor of dreamz office (above madhuloka) on weekends 2. you will see crowd sitting for collecting their money for cancelled projects 3. talk to any or all of them 4. if you are convinced, you can buy their property. good luck with that.

I was convinced to book a project in Dreamz Sai Sagar last year. I paid almost 9 Lacs as cash. They said within a month registration will be completed and collected another lac from me. But more than a year no progress in the project so as per MOU I asked for a refund and with more tough approach I got 2 cheque date 4th and 5th Sep 2015. Both the cheque got bounced. I had other commitments assuming the amount would reach me. Now I am in legal obligation with other banks. I want my full money to be settled in a week. Else I might be under serious problems. I am aproaching Lawyer and media personals on the same.
