We had booked Simanth with 50 % down payment 2 years back and the project is yet to start, the hand over date for the apartment was in July 2016. however the project has not been started yet. 6 months back when i confronted the legal team as they were giving excuses about the pending approval. BBMP office explained they were no documents submitted for approval. It was just a LP number generation and nothing been submitted post the same. Now i am at stage were i have cancelled my booking and received a PD check after 120 days. PD date was 7th may and dreams call me requests not to deposit check and i am running behind them every alternative day for my money. today they have promised to transfer money through RTGS, which most likey they will not. will wait fro next 48 hours, and will proceed legally if the money has not been deposited.

Dreamz Infra never stand on their words and never keep their promise.
Initial booking time they treat you as like prince, they show least price quotation, fake documents, they say project will start in one month time, once you booked and paid some amount, scene completely changes.If you go reality, there will not be true legal documents or Approvals.Even if you wait for years, nothing will moove. After frustrate and cancels they will give post dated cheques (4 months time) to prolong.Once time of submit they will call and tells wait for one more month will give money with interest, after that no body will give response to you. Dreamz go on change employees to escape from frustrated customers.Thousands of cheating and consumer court cases on Dreamz .Daily so many poor middle class customers roaming their offices to get their hard earned money back.With their employees they publishing positive reviews.but for reality contact customers who are roaming around their offices for refund money. Dont believe their advertisements.If you want reality investigate in person.

Booked a flat with dreamz in july'15 and then cancelled it in october'15 after heard negative reviews from friends. They gave me a pdc which i had to present in march'16. When i presented the cheque, i was informed that the account had a balance of around rs.20, 000/- and had not increased from 8 months. Here itself we must understand that the company is fraud because they hand over cheqeues intentionally even though they have no balance.

When i called them to inform about it, they said they would give me a dd for the same amount in 10 days time. There was no call or communication from them after this. I called on the 9th day to check whether i could go to their office and collect the dd next day and was informed that they had problems processing payments and would pay me in parts (1lakh on every friday till d amount is cleared). They never followed this timeline and i had to visit them multiple times and call them. They will never receive calls and even if they are in office, they will not meet you. People outside will say the concerned person is on a weekoff.

Mr. Amarnath who handles cases like these, keeps on lying about the dates and keeps postponing the payment. When i warned them against the actions i would take, he even had the audacity to tell me to do what ever i could.

Today, i took a few friends and media people and went to their office. Upon seeing the media, the behavior and treatment we received totally changed. He asked us to be seated and settled the amount in an hour.

The company has no plans of constructing flats and selling it. They have one building and show everyone the same. The land documents they give are fake. No boards on construction sites (Not sure if it's their construction).

To all of you who have cancelled the flat and are waiting payments : making calls to them and finalizing dates will not help. They will not keep up their words. Going alone also will not help as the people will not meet you. Try going in a group and getting your money back. Check with media if they can help and take them.

I had booked a 2bhk flat in “swadesh project” by making an initial payment of rs.6, 00, 000/- (Rupees six lakhs only) in september 2013.

At the time of booking the flat, i was informed that the approval/ registration of the property is under progress and maximum 23 months, the flat will be handed over to me and if there is a delay of few months, rent will be paid for the delayed period. Considering this, i made the payment and an mou was signed between dreamz infra and me.

Later, same year, again i was asked to pay rs. 81, 000/- (Rupees eighty one thousand only) towards service tax informing that government is going to increase the percentage of service tax soon and which will have huge impact on the total purchase value. Literally, i was chased and even letter was issued from the company that non-payment may result in cancellation of flat booked in my name.

Hence, again, i made a payment by cheque for rs.81, 000/- (Rupees eighty one thousand only).

Once i made the payment, i stopped getting any update from december 2013 end and when i called, crm-divya shree, surekha and others, i used to get only one message that we have already given our request for approval and waiting for dc conversion. Seeing the delay in project, i changed my mind and decided to cancel the flat booked by me.

On 2nd january 2016, i went to their silk board office, koramangala and given request for cancellation. As per mou, on receipt of cancellation request from customer, dreamz infra will process the payment and make the payment on 3rd month from the date of cancellation request received. Accordingly, i was given a post dated cheque 000539 dated.02.04.2016 drawn in kotak mahindra for rs.7, 34, 414/- (Includes interest for the delayed period). But on 1st april 2016, evening 5pm got a text message and call from sowmya not to deposit as there is fund constraint and instead will be making the payment by demand draft soon with an interest of 20% for the subsequent delayed period.

Subsequently soumya tried sending mail to my email id to commit and confirm the payment date. However, due to typo error by her while typing the email id, email to my id was getting bounced several times and then i gave my husband email id and requested to send the email to this id, which you did committing that the payment will be made in 1st week of may 2016, i waited and tried calling her several time from 4th may 2016 but only once she picked up my call and informed that she has arranged for the fund and will take the demand draft on 16th may 2016. But again, no payment to me.

At last, i have deposited the cheque no. 000539 dated.02.04.2016 issued, the same got returned and have received the returned cheque on 25th may 2016.

Since then, i have been calling her at least 20 to 25 times a day but no response. I have sent text messages, whats up messages but to find that she don’t respond.

At last, i have called up office number and was given few numbers and it became like passing the ball from one person to another. While getting these numbers, i got mobile number (Amarnath) and called him on 26th may 2016, again he requested me to call on 29th may 2016 (Sunday) at 10.30am to get the full details and make the payment on 30th may 2016 accordingly. I called him at 10.32 am and was asked me to call at 1pm on the same day again i did it. He listened to me carefully and committed that he will be sending me an email committing on the payment. But again, till date no email and even calling goes in vain.

At last decided to go to their silk board office with the bounced cheque to ask them to pay me by rtgs/dd. Met akhilesh and amarnath, both of them committed to pay by issuing a letter that from 7th june 2016 (I. E. Today) every tuesday, i will be paid rs.100000/-. But today, i tried reaching akhilesh/amarnath, again no response, no payment.

So many customers and families suffering due to bad service and dishonesty of dreamz .without approvals u selling flats..no construction for years..who will wait..after cacellation giving fake cheques..R u supporting your acts?How you will develop like this.Change your startergy..build confidence in customers by complete existing projects in recird time..proove it..Then go for new projects

I have a very bad experience from dreamz infra. On march 13th i had gone to enquire about the offer after reading the ad.In paper. This person umesh kumar singh ([protected]) said the offer is valid till that day and make booking with whatever money we have!!. I paid thru card 1lakh. Immediately his tone changed aggressive asking to pay the balance amt in 15 days... 9lakhs in 15 days!!!. I said i will make partial payment in a week's time i kept getting calls daily from the execs demanding payment, each time they say that this is the first time they are calling. I finally managed to pay rs 4lakh by 4th april. Since then i spoke to "so called md" miss bhavana ([protected]) expressing my frustration on getting calls daily, she convinced me that i could pay the balance 4.5lakh in 3 months’ time. On may 2nd i got call from mr prakash ([protected]) who spoke very rudely demanding payment else he will terminate the deal!!! I informed him that i have sought time till july 1st week from the "md" bhavana. He said he does not know of any bhavana. Worse, when i called bhavana on [protected], there is no response. This person prakash was so rude to my wife - called as if he was drunk, dreamz does not have execs who can speak decently. Once they call rudely and then their phone is not reachable. Even the landline number which is in the booking form[protected] is non-functional. The customer care contacts : +[protected] is not a valid number. On may 05th i went for cancellation. They made me run around the 2 offices near silk board saying the other office is where you will have to go for cancellation. It took them over 2 hours (3 pm - 5:10 pm) to provide the cancellation form - not to mention they are saying the process of cancellation will take 10-15 days and after that in 90 days the money will be refunded. Adding to the misery the lady gave a number for the cancellation department mr. Prabhu ([protected])... Which just rang and was not picked!!. A live example of irresponsibility - dreamz!!.

After running from one office to another and calling prabhu’s manager, lalith ([protected]) for 25 days they finally gave me a cheque which has 6000/- less as they said that card swipe charges are 2%!!!. While waiting for the accounts person, prabhu, i met several other victims. One of them is a 64 year old uncle who was in tears as he had opted for cancellation after 2.5 years of wait and now when he was about to encash the refund cheque, these dreamz people called him to office to not to present the cheque in bank as they do not have enough money. This poor uncle was in tears as he had to pay for his daughter's medical expenses and was hoping to use the refund money. Such merciless people in dreamz,.

Below is the picture of another of their offices, which does not have their boards and this is where customers are made to wait to receive their refund. The cheque bounce case customers are called and cash is given. Needless to say, they do not pay any taxes to the government as they do transactions only by cash.

I have booked a flat in Bangalore Co dreams infra put Ltd.
Total flat cost 170000 and I booked two flats with a advance of 8 lacks .4 lakh I each per booking.
And they said me once u pay the booking amount u need not to pay the arrears until u get a flat key .after making a payment now they are keep calling me and telling your flat get terminate as you need to pay the money for sale agreement and flat allotment letter as they cheated me at day first told me that u need to pay anything after paying the advance and also they committed me they pay 1% interest of booking amount per there scheme after making a payment they say that u will be getting voucher not cash .
They have opted cash in advance as 4lakh (booking amount) and as I have booked two for one they have given me a booking form they mentioned as 4 lakes and for 2nd booking I asked some time to pay rest of money after I get cash .same I have paid 4 lakhs and now they are telling me that u need to pay 110000 Rs more as they changed my booking form to 30% without my intimation and forcing to pay the rest 110000.
And also they are asking 110000 sale agreenment and 120000 rs for flat allotment .they cheated me as per their words please suggest .

I want to highlight my sufferings undergone through dreamz infra, i booked flat 4 years back was promised flat possesion in 2 years, its been 4 years they have neither started teh construction nor refunded my money, they issued a cheque which kept bouncing due to lack of funds, when approached the office they act like goons threating. These thugs should be out behind bars and throughout investigation needs to be done to see how much scam they have commited and how many people they have looted.

Paid 3.65 lacs *3 = 10.95 plus 7 lacs, which is roughly 50% deposit. We been given an mou. Been told it will be ready in 24 months and if not they will start paying rent at the market rate. Two years have gone, and still no digging has started. Every time we call them, they promise to start the project next month. It has been going on forever. We are not getting any rent nor the flat. We are fed up with their false promises.

Took a loan to pay the deposit. We have paid interest for two years with the hope that we ll have a flat ready. Now we lost everything money an time, and opportunity. It is still an open land and we have lost all confidence in the builder.

We need money back with full interest asap.

Hello... I am a victim of dreamz infra. From last one year i am struggling to return back my booked money. If you ask them your money they are misbehaving with us. I never such unprofessional guys.

Before you deal with think so many times. Do not go with their nice words and attractions... All will become false in true.

I am attaching some consumer case screen shot against them.

Definitely this is a fraud Co.
I booked a flat (seriously?) with 10-lacs years back and after delivery date over,
nothing being constructed and nothing being returned.
After a long fight, postdated cheque given and as usual bounced back after 2months when submitted.
Filed a case in bangalore court through law-year against dreamz infra director.
Case went for one year and just before arrest warrant issued, company given DD.
...This is how you can get your money back, no other choice.

Recently i went to dreamz infra to purchase an apartment and they arranged a cab facility with an executive. They showed me the sites of so called up coming projects with no sign board telling that the site belongs to dreamz. I told them that i am not satisfied with the apartment, so i will not purchase from you. For this the executive replied like this - "then why did you make us invest that much on you taking you to so many sites. If you don't have capacity to purchase an apartment, why did you come to us." i asked him who the hell was he to talk about my capacity. When i told him like this immediately he abused me and disconnect the call. This is what we can expect from builder named dreamz infra. Absolute cheaters, worst quality apartments worst costumer behavior. Please please never ever vists dreamz infra anyone just to enquire about an apartment. They will abuse you if you are not interested to go with those people.

I booked a flat Oct 2013 with Dreamz GK for rupee 5lk, I was told they will start the construction in 45 days but even after 2 years they did not start. By March 2015, they had to pay me rental, they did not even do that properly, the cheques they gave kept bouncing, finally on Dec 2016 I cancelled the booking and I was given future dated cheque for March 11. On March 10th I got a message from Soumya from dreamz asking me not present that cheque since it doesn thave money in it, they promise to pay me DD instead with 10% interest by April. I waited till May but there was no progress, I have presented the cheque on 10th May, 2016 and I found that account for which cheque was given was closed.

They have provided two cheques, for cancellation of flat on 4/1/2016 and they sent the cheque on 24/1/2016, they gave two post dated cheque:
Cheque No: 004415, dated 22-Apr-2016 for Rs. 10, 00, 000/

2. Cheque No: 004414, dated 25-Apr-2016 for Rs. 9, 98, 000/.

Both the cheque bounced, and again after repetative calls they are saying they will provide in June (I am sure they are bluffing), I have made so many commitment, as this is a cheque bounce, I am requesting consumer complaints to take necessary action against builder and ensure that they provide in form of DD/RTGS, within another 7 days, as i have served Demand notice for the same.


I booked flat in your project “Dreamz Sarovar” Flat No: 203, Floor: 2nd, Sq. Ft. 1400, Date: 20-Nov-2013 for Rs. 1, 00, 000/- and agreed to pay remaining 19, 00, 000/- as cheque on the next day.
Based on the discussion the flat price was reduced to 31, 00, 000/- (i.e. discounted) due to initial payment of 20, 00, 000/-.
Subsequently 19, 00, 000/- cheque was given to your representative (No: 681183 – Canara Bank) on 21-Nov-2013 which was enchased by Dreamz on 22-Nov-2013.
As per our agreement, the project was supposed to be completed within 20 months and it can be extended 3 months due to unforeseen delays.
If it goes beyond 23 months, the Dreamz have agreed to pay monthly rent to me.
Follow ups:

a. I have regularly called their CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) assigned to Dreamz Sarovor, with every 1 or 2 months to check the status of Dreamz Sarovar.

b. Every time, I heard that project will start in next two months, if I call on Mar-2014, I was told that it will start on May-2014, when I called on May-2014, I was told that it will start on July-2014, when called on July-2014, I was told that it will start on Sep-2014 and so on.

c. I was told that our management told us it will start next two months definitely; our civil department told it will start in next two months definitely and so on.

d. I have asked to move to other Dreamz project in Marathahalli, which construction has started in Jan-2015 and subsequently in all communications.

e. Dreamz project in Marathahalli, was advertised at the same time Sarovar was advertised and its price was less than Sarovar.

f. Their CRM’s promised that they will change the booking to Marathalli, next time, if it won’t start as they were sure on starting construction in Dreamz Sarovar.

Next time when visited their CRM’s changed, and need to explain whole story once again, and they used to say they will get back and call me, no calls after waiting for long time, I used to make repetitive calls and finally Nothing changed.

g. After 23 months, I demanded rent and was told to your CRM’s that transfer the money to the account or provide me DD, I was told it will be released in next month and for sure I will get by 10th of the coming month which was Hoax.

h. It was hard time, reaching to their CRM’s as they never used to respond properly, no response to emails, hard to speak over calls.

i. I cancelled the flat on 04-Jan-2016, having learnt that this is fraud and I will never get flat, I was told by your Deputy General Manager of your CRM that I will get 8% interest on my amount due to cancellation.

j. After 20 days, on 24-Jan-2016, I received 2 cheques mention above for 19, 98, 000/- where they have deducted 2000/- from my amount itself.

k. Just one day before cheque to be presented on 23-Apr-2016, your representative Abhishek ([protected]) not to deposit and call for further instructions.

l. I called many times though ringing not picked the call, and once he picked and pretended as he is not listening properly and asked to hold till June, he will provide DD at that time.

I am requesting consumer complaint to take necessary action against builder to make the payment of the above mentioned cheques amount totalling 19, 98, 000/-, including bouncing charges 229.00. Also 8% of interest on the 20, 00, 000/- as promised by your Deputy General Manager of your CRM, along with rent of 1, 05, 000/- (3 BHK Flat near Silkboard with 35000/- p.m rent) for OCT 2015 - Jan 2016.

Non-payment of Refund amount with interest due to cancellation of Flat booking. My sister had booked a prelaunch flat on August 2013. The builder promised to deliver as per agreement on 2014. However, the builder did not honor the agreement. We asked for cancellation at the end of November 15 as the flat completion due date went beyond even after extension. There was hardly any progress. They gave a post dated cheque for 3rd March 2016 to refund the amount that is around 7.5 lakhs. When we went to process the cheque, they said they do not have funds and pleaded not to process the checque. They gave us an assurance letter that they would provide draft on 16th April with the entitled amount as per agreement. However, they did not do so. They again gave a new assurance letter that they would refund in installment every monday (1 lakh). They gave the first installments on monday two weeks back. Henceforth, they are not returning the money as promised. They have lied to us. They are rude to us and mentally harassing us. Now they are not accepting any phone calls They are not willing to give us our own money with interest. What legal action can we take ? Please help?

U all dont know about him, i know him very well bcoz im also in these field only, his real name is sumit and 10 years back he started an company frontline builders which he ran for 5 years and there also he collected lot of money from home buyers and money lenders and he fled away to delhi, then police arrested him and he was in jail for 2 years and came out on bail and changed his name as sachin, before buying u should check proper back ground of people like him

I booked a flat and cancelled. I waited for more than four month for the cheque to clear which they say It is their company's policy to get your booking cancellation amount. I visited the bank and got a reason that cheque will not process due to "insufficient amount" in account. I also visited their branch and they are giving all bluff comment and didnt gave me new cheque.
Please take strict action against this fraud company and tell them to return people's hard earn money

I booked the flat in dreams shashwat project also i paid 1lack as a booking amount later i canceled the flat the have given a post dated check for 120days after 120days i deposited the Cheque to my account but check got bounced then i called them now the are telling the dont have amount in their account the are cheating many people like this only if the dont have 1lac then how come the are doing so many project all the doing by cheating inocent people

I have booked an apartment in dreamz infra shloka project 1 in 2014, by paying 30% advance by taking loan 13% interest by expecting the project will be completed with in 24 months (Commitment given by infra dreamz in 12-18 months+-_ 3 months, unfortunately after collecting the money not a single response from this builder, crms are changing frequently current crm is 9th or 10th one.
No proper contact person details were given by gruha kalyan, after collect the payment asking us to contact dreamz office, we are not responsible for construction, we are in totally confused, no initial amount/no interest & individual can not fight against such a big builder.
