True real incidenst with Dreamz...We are out of Karnataka..Our Dream is to own apartment in Bangalore..We dont know about BBMP approvals etc...We have been trapped by Dreamz..many many phone calls ..They send luxary car.shown very very cheap rates on paper..selected in Sadan project..shown site..construction will be in next month, all approvals came like that they bluffed ..taken more then 50% of total amount...years passing still no progress. heared BBMP approval must for construction ..still it is not came..Thinking their top management weak, no proper planning and strategy..My entire family under tension and upset...When ever calling, answer is ..next month construction starting that is the answer..other wise answers like this.. we are today leave, that person transferred, we are in meeting these are the answers. Dont fall in trap of them.Other shocking news..thousands of cheating cases against them.Please dont loose your harearned money. .

Please don't book Flats in Dreamz Infra (http://www.dreamzinfra.com/) in Bangalore, It is cheating company, they won't start the construction, however they will collect 20 to 30 percent as a booking money initially.

They have three office in Silk Board.

One office for new customer - You will get Royal Treatment for booking.

Second Office in (Madhulokha Building) - This office is for existing customer, they will handle the existing customer in a different manner, please visits this office as
well before you book the flat in Dreamz.

Third Office (Near to Madhulokha Building)- This office handles Legal and settlement issues, this office will issue the cheque and handling the bounced cases for the cheque.

They will run behind you as dogs for collecting the booking money, once you have paid your money, they will avoid your calls.


their cancellation period is 90 days, they will give the PDC cheque, it will bounce for sure, 99.9 percentage of cheque got bounced.If your cheque got bounce, please lodge a police complaint and Parallely, don't delay for the days (within 30 days), you need to send a legal notice to file for under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881
send it thru Speed Post or Registered post, keep the proof for tha same.

They are big fraud company, i will contact with you and help others to put down to these cheaters.

Same incident happened with me too. I had cancelled a property in April, 2015 and was given a cheque dated Sep 27, 2015 and that cheque bounced. Later, on several times following up with them I was provided another cheque with interest for the month of Nov 2015 (every time PDT cheques) that bounced again. I am still following up with them but no one responds. Cancellation department lady Neetu Singh always passes on the ball to other department and never picks up calls. There are other persons whom I talk are Abhishek from Sales, Akhilesh and Tejas from Clearance department. Akhilesh and Tejas don't respond on calls. Now how should I go ahead with them.

Dreamz is one of the biggest cheater company making fake promises to the innocent customers. I have also invested money with them which they have given a cheque which is going to be bounced as there is no sufficient money in Axis bank account.

I am single Parent, single Mother who saved 5lakhs working abroad staying away from my child. this savings I deposited with Dreamz gk builder in October 2015, due to reasons I cancelled and after a struggle they provided post dates cheque - Day before, after patient wait and hope of getting my hard earned money back I submitted the cheque to bank, only to feel the shock of its bouncing...

Hi, I invested Rs 11 lakhs in under construction project of sneha with the commitment letter (given by the so called Director of the company (Surya singh/Jagadeesh) )on the company's letter head stating that the flat will be alloted once management quota releases (in jan 2016). In the month of Mar 2016, i came to know it is already being alloted to some one else. whoever gives more money, they will sell the flat to them.

They do not have value for any commitment letter even on their company's letter head.

I suggest please do not ever invest in this company. Now i am struggling hard to negotiate with them.

They give advertisement with less price and we middle class people get fooled with them.

Hi I too invested in Dreamz sneh. They are not taking the calls now or giving me any sale agreement. The problem is taking place because we are going individually and talking to them softly. Saturday and Sunday is the best time to go. Let us all join hands. Saturday and Sunday we will have a group of people go there and raise voice. Saturday and Sunday their new customers come and they make bakras of them. We can prevent the office cars from leaving the place. We can do this on a continuous basis. Meanwhile we can join together and lodge complaint and if necessary go ahead with case for fraudulent representation. Have any of you tried lodging a police complaint? Because I feel I can go ahead with that as I have got messages and whatsapp messages from them. They do not have an office number which they are required to provide. They have some tenth passed out executives who are either terminated or leave the job. I am planning to create a whatsapp group...for the cheated customers of Dreamz GK...if we join hands and have a unanimous approach, we will be able to bring these frauds to their knees.

I am also one of the victims in getting cheated by Dreamz.. The cheque issued to me got bounced on october 10, 2016. When I went to their office to demand for my money, a guy named Shashikant answered me on phone saying that there is some financial problem and that they will not be able of refund my money until November. I am really worried about the money.

i too am running around their offices to get back my money. i heard from one of the other customers that there is a whatsapp group and they had staged a dharna in dreamz office on october 8 and were able to get money to all customers for over 3.5 crores. The times of india also published news on monday, oct 10. lets be part of a whatsapp group and get together to get our money. enough of humiliation at the hands of these cheats. interested people please join me on whatsapp.

I am very sure that Dreamz is not going to pay you so easily. They are offering flats on 15th Aug 2015 and they do not want to get any disturbance from any customers, therefore they are again cheating you. What you do is to go there and tell to the visiting customers in their office not to invest in the company. There are many customers who have their comments and reviews.

Would you like to take some legal action as I am going to take all of them including Jagdish, Lokesh, Disha and others to the court and going to file a case of cheating, fraud, misuse of public money . They have forgotten that Sahara also did fraud and their directors are in Tihar jail for more than a year. We can not excuse these people and Dreamz All the best and contact me on

we are becoming culprit of Dreamsz- people. Instead of fighting individually, can we form a group and fight together with this anti-element spreading in society.

I have taken money from my relative and paid to them, recovery is looks very tough.

I have aso booked a 2BHK flat with them at Sai Sagar - JP nagar. Its been more than 16 months and i don't see much of progress . I have paid almost 6L to them and they are yet to revert on the project status firmly . CRM's keep on changing every month and the GM of the company Radha does not even respond properly over the call . There is a CRM by name Sushmitha who yells at us whenever we ask for project status.

Please follow the below steps to get back your hard earned money

1) Go to the commisoiner office and Lodge the complaint against the Dreamz head (Disha, Lokesh, Amarnath, Iqbal or any Top Level Person)
2) They will ask for the time for the cheque/DD, please accept as minimum as possible.
3) You will get the cheque as per the discussion
4) Demand for the DD for the best, else present the cheque to the bank for the date.
5) Cheque will bounce don't worry.
6) Follow up with the commissioner office /Police Station to get the money, they will help you.
7) Please don't go the dreamz office or negotiate with them, they will give the false statement and fancy words.

8) Parallely, don't delay for the days (within 30 days), you need to send a legal notice to file for
under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 send it thru Speed Post or Registered post, keep the proof for tha same.

9) File a case within 15 days and you will get your money back in 3 months.

They collected Rs. 1 lakh in the month of July 2016 by giving all false promises and informed me that money will be returned within 120 days of booking. They frequently change the mobile numbers and email id and not getting any response after I cancelled the booking. I request you to kindly help me to get my hard-earned money. I have attached below email chain I have been doing a follow up for the refund of my money. In the month of August they gave me a cheque however I got to know that the account itself was closed. It is more than 4 months that I am running behind for my hard earned money. I have attached the cheque you gave me couple of months back where the account itself

A beggar/thief/robber is better than you, because they admit that they are beggars/thieves/robbers. Do you know
how hard it would be for those who loose their life long hard earned money because of anti social elements
like you. I have all the voice recordings I had with dreamz gk phone conversations as a proof that how you

I am yet to get back my hard earned money which I had paid towards booking
of one of your project. I have been promised that I would be given
a cheque at my doorstep later I was asked to visit your office and collect
it from there. Your office gave me a post dated cheque and I got to know that the account
itself is closed one.

Do your comany have any respect for the law or consumer forum. Your company took my hard earned
money by giving all false promises and you want me to wait for 120 days to get
my money back.

I request you to please arrange to return my money immediately and If I do not
get my cheque in a week time I am going to complain and you will not only have
to pay me Rs. 1 lakh but with interest and my expense for the number of times I had
to visit your office.

Your company never kept any of the promises to me after your pepole managed to obtain 1 lakh rupees from
me. So I do not think your company have any legal right on the waiting period of 120 days.

Belw is the list of things your people promised me to obtain money form me.

Cheating number 1. Your person told me that block name will be mentioned in booking form. After
I made the payment block name was neither mentioned in the receipt nor in the booking
form.

Cheating number 2. When I complained your man told me that block name will be mentioned in
MOU and I found notihng in the MOU.

Cheating number 3. DreamzGK told me that they will give me a call in 10 days time after my cancellation and
will issue the cheque at my door step which never happened till I personally visited your office near silk board.

Cheating number 4. You gave me a cheque from your closed account.

Cheating number 5. You keep changing your people and phone numbers after you loot the money.

Do you still want me to believe and wait.

Please note that If I do not get my cheque in a week time I am going to complain and you will
not only have to pay me Rs. 1 lakh but also to compensate interest and other expeses.

Hope that you understand the pain and mental pressure to get back the hard earned money.

July 23 I paid Rs. 1 lakh and 25th July itself I informed that I want to cancel my booking since I found that whatever
I have been told were not true. So in reality I had cancelled my booking within 2 days itself because you had lied me
during booking so many things (And I have the proof for this). So it is 100% cheating case for which I do not have to
wait even a day more for the refund of my money. So it is 100% a case of cheating. It is up to you whether you response
to my email group or not but I am definitely not going to keep quite till I get my money back.

from your office, however it is pathetic that I am not even getting any response despite the follow up I have been making every

It is very easy for you to advertise every week in TOI and instruct your newly hired people to give false promises to lure their hard
earned money and use it for your construction work. If it was your money will you allow me to keep even for a day???

What is the difference between a thief and Dreamz GKs activity.

For the trust that common man had you provide only cheat and tears in return. And you use the fresh hiring people who really
do not know what they are doing is a fraud activity.

Just a thought if it makes sense to some of those who think that they have at least some conscious/humanity left with them.

compensate the amount of time/mental pressure/interest of the amount that I had to undergo that too just to recover my hard-earned money.
And if so, I am also sure that mine will never be the only and the first such complaint as there are many who have been cheated by Dreamz GK.

delivered at my doorstep in a day or two. Contrary to yesterdays promise today I have been told that I need to go to office and collect the cheque
and the cheque date will be December 27. This is not acceptable to me. It is really painful that I need to keep doing the follow up and visit your

This is regarding my cancellation of the flat that I booked under Sneh project on 23rd July 2016. On 23rd I visited DreamzGK
office on 23rd July in HSR Layout near Silk Board and sales team including Manjunath promised me a 3 BHK flat with an assured
possession in 6 months time and asked me to pay Rs. 1 lakh as the offer was valid only for that day. I paid them Rs. 1 Lakh using
my credit card and next day two ladies led by Meera came to my home and handed over MOU to me. And to my surprise there was absolutely
no mention about the block name for the allotted flat and despite my frequent request they were unable to provide me the clarity
which I was looking for. Then I did some google search and could find lot of people who were cheated by the same manner I had faced.
So I informed in advance that I am going to cancel my booking and I stopped all the cheques payments I gave to them. After a week time I went
to DreamzGK office and handed over all the documents they provided me and I was provided a cancellation letter without a cheque for
Rs. 1 lakh which I paid to them. I was told that I will get a call from CRM within 10 days time to collect my cheque. The cancellatio letter is not
bearing any date or seal on it which I had observed only after returning from their office. Later when I contacted Manjunath/Meera I could see
that their mobiles have been switched off.It is more than 10 days now and I am yet to get either my cheque or call from CRM and what I experienced
is a cheat and criminal offence. I need my money Rs. 1 lack back with monthly interest 3% (Credit card rate) and request you to please arrange to
provide my money back. If I do not get any response on my money I am going to file a complaint. Request you to please do the needful. I have attached
the bill and cancellation letter I received from Dreamz GK.

I too am a customer & victim of your company. dreamz infra india pvt ltd - bangalore.
I have booked one 1 bhk flat — 450 sq. ft.in the project named " dreamz swadesh- in 2015. I have paid Rs. 3, 67, 500.00, now whenever i call nobody is receiving my calls and they even not revert on the project status. CRM's keep on changing every month and others not even respond properly over the call . There is a CRM by name Garima who disconnect the call whenever we ask for project status.

I'm approaching the legal counsel to discuss on this. i think it belongs to the Jurisdiction of HSR layout police station . I think we need to be there . Please reach out to me on [protected] if we need to discuss on this

I booked one flat in the name of the company, ‘Dreamz infra Ltd.’, Koramangala,
near the Teachers’ colony .This flat was booked on 9/12/2014 with an amount of
Rs.1 lakh (Rupees one lakh). As per the Company’s written statement, the completed
flat will be handed over in the month of September 2017, after depositing the full
amount of the estimated cost of the flat.
I was surprised, when I have come to know recently, about the Dreamz Infra Ltd.’s,
Cheating business to the money depositors in the name of the constructing apartments.
So, under the above situation, I ask the concerned authority, to those, who are solely
responsible for this crime, should return the deposited amount with the interest to all the
depositors immediately.

It is your mistake to pay them advance before properly looking into the documents. To be frank they have not made JD agreement with Shaswat project land owners. I'm so confident about JD agreement because I'm also one of the owner of this land. They have cheated us as well. They have not settled the promised amount to us. Even if you tell that you are dying they won't give you any amount.

Cheques issued to me by dreamzgk against cancellation have bounced n I have lodged a criminal case in court n summons r due in the following week. Apart from this we can collectively at police commissioners office or do something about media scrutiny on dreamzgk so that our cases get fast tracked n we get our money back. My mob no. should probably turn the attention of such frauds to media and probably
form a team to take on this group. We should probably get some votes on
change.org website or something like that so that it gets larger
attention. Please let me know your thoughts and i'm
sending my views to as many people as possible in this forum. Probably
change.org or some kind of protest against these guys that'll turn the
attention of media completely on them should help in our cases being
fast tracked.Should facebook or twitter be of any help?We

How about some campaign in social networking sites like facebook/twiiter apart from filing individual legal cases. Because such cases get more attention in a public domain. How about engaging some premiere media houses on doing a story about these cheats or a campaign in the change.org site(its partly owned by facebook) like the one that happened in IAS officer DK Ravis case. Any thoughts? Kindly network with your friends and like minded people to see if there is a way out through these means?

i booked a flat on sunday and after reading this gruha kalyan is affiliated to dreamz infra, i immediately cancelled the booking on monday. i issued stop payment on the cheques i issued but my 30, 000 cash payment is stuck.. the guy said the cheque will be ready by today. hopefully i get my money back.

I was being followed up by Dreamz Infra Telecalling unit for last 1 months finally in June month I decided to visit the flat location.The property named Dreamz Sangam was located near Madiwala Lake in Silk Board area, construction is almost 80 % complete, and I was assured that It will be handed over in next 3 months. Intially they told me that only few units are left, I wanted a flat at lake facing side, initially I was informed that only 1st floor flat is available, upon my disinterest to buy 1st floor they offerd me 4th floor which was supposedly kept under management quota.
Initially original price for the flat was kept 41 Lacs and I was offered the 1300 SFT flat at 35 Lacs, huge discount was offered due to company's MD's wife birthday.
They told that particular project is approved by all major Banks .
With such positive people and environment around I trusted their words, and only realised my mistake next day when I came to know, that project was not approved by major banks and sales people were simply lying about project approval.
As soon I realised that there is something fishy, I immediately called sales person (not answering my phone though) and somehow managed to reached him by calling on land line. I categorically told him I dont want them to present my cheque, till the time I am fully convinced about legality of the project, and I was ensured that they won't present my cheque. However as precautionary measure I instructed my bank to stop the cheque.
Next day to my surprise I came to know that they have presented my cheque, which was completely unethical and unprofessional behaviour.
Then upon enquiring with others I came to know that this is how they trap people and take money, and some how compell them so that they could extract more and more money.
I feel lucky tgat thankfully I came out of thier trap.

It is very common for this fraud builder.they cheated so many and cheating so many innocent people

you need to visit account office daily. you need to sit there for 2-3 hours. i got my full amount back after going continuously for 28 days..

File a criminal complaint in court. Once summons are issued the accused needs to appear in court failing which a non bailable arrest warrant will b issued. Even if he tries to dodge further for how long can he ? The case needs to come to a close between 6 months to a year. There are other avenues also like media/facebook/twitter

Not Returning Money

My sister booked a flat in bangalore, when they did not started construction for 2 years, she cancelled it and asked for money, now from last six months they are not returning it

Only way is to file a legal case to get the money back. These guys will keep dodging their customers by giving them invalid PDCs. Consult a reputed lawyer and file a criminal case. Civil case might take longer to get your money back though you will get it with interest. In criminal cases only the principal amount can be recovered. Do it faster because if the timeline for filing a criminal case for cheque bounce lapses, it becomes difficult then.

Can you tell me status of your refund? I'm kind of wary of these people since they have started a new thing called Gruha Kalyan and making customers book flats for cheap prices. Yesterday, I did a downpayment of 30, 000 rupees in cash and gave them two cheques (one for 70, 000 and one for 2, 00, 000). But when I came back home and did my research, I got to know that this Gruha Kalyan is affiliated with DreamZ Infra and reading so much negative reviews made me take a step back. So I went to their office today and cancelled the booking. The so called territory manager said I would be receiving a cheque in 2-3 days of cancellation. I think I made the right decision of cancelling this. Now I have get my money back. Please keep us updated. Thank you.

Agree with you Shiv. We should definitely involve media in this. We have formed a group of 4 peopl so far. If more people can join, we can go to them together and fight for our money.

Hi All! I booked Dreamz project about 18 months back by paying 50% of house value and so far nothing happened not even a stone moved fro the place where they had shown the land to us.
1.CRM never gave proper response after booking flat inspite CRM's often quit their jobs due to this what ever it has been promised by them will go into thin air.

2.We waited for 18months and every time we approach they give full gyan its of no use nfinally they had offerred us to change the location and gave complete hopes again which is of no use.

3. Finally we decided to cancel flat and we did, they had "excluded" all sundays public holidays and gave us the check leafs post 90days of cancellations, so finally it became more than 110days without interest for these days.

4.All the checks are bounced by them due to insufficient funds and still they are making us to suffer.

5.What ever the positive comments u had seen its all from there own employees.

6.I happened to see so many people sufferring after investing in Dreamz Infra.
