Please don't go for Dreamz Infra, Gruh Kalyan or TGS. These are the same infra companies and these cons have given different names because dreamz infra has very bad name in market and they want to fool people with different names now.

I have booked a flat (Dreamz siddhi project) and paid around 1 lakh and once I got to know that dreamz infra is a fraud one we cancelled, They gave a 3 months post dated cheque . After 3 months when we deposited the cheque it got bounce. Since then we have collected 3 times their cheque and every time it bounces. It is definitely a FRAUD company....

Hi All! I booked Dreamz project about 18 months back by paying 50% of house value and so far nothing happened not even a stone moved fro the place where they had shown the land to us.
1.CRM never gave proper response after booking flat inspite CRM's often quit their jobs due to this what ever it has been promised by them will go into thin air.

We had booked a flat in a project called by them as swapnapoorthi at bellandur. Was under pre-launch. After much waiting and follow-up, we cancelled the flat. They gave cheques with dates 2nd april 2015 to 8th april 2015 on axis bank, koramangala. All cheques were not to be honoured as we enquired with axis bank. When we approached dreamz mr.
