I booked the flat in dreams shashwat project also i paid 1lack as a booking amount later i canceled the flat the have given a post dated check for 120days after 120days i deposited the Cheque to my account but check got bounced then i called them now the are telling the dont have amount in their account the are cheating many people like this only if the dont have 1lac then how come the are doing so many project all the doing by cheating inocent people

Hi Karthik,

Get the refund in cash, forget cheque. Even if they are doing the refund in parts get it, as your amount is small they should be ready to payback in cash.

Project cancellation

Hi friends after all seeing these reviews i want to cancel my project. Can u plz suggest me to cancel project is that i have to give all my original or xerox copies. Because they are asking original copies.
