I have booked a flat in Dreamz Sangam project in march 2015, possession promised was Nov 2015 but not given.I waited for another six months but not given allotment letter also.so I canceled my booking in March 2016 but still now they are not providing me the cheque I had been going repeatedly to their office for the same.but it is of no use the people who received their cheques also got bounced so I planning to take legal action on them pls come join us for collective action against this inhumane behavior of this people so we can also save other innocent people who fall as victims to them.beware of Dreamz Gk infra and other group called tgs flats owned by them

My name is Jayesh Mehta. My wife and I contacted dreamz infra for the dreamz shloka project, and talked to their sales executive by the name Nitesh, who explained to us that if we booked, the property will start constructing within 30 days, and possession will be within a year, and they have got all permission from government to construct. Later they forced us to pay rest of 30% payment by calling us everyday, and upon confirmation with their head office, the construction is supposed to start after 60-90 days, and it has litigation issues.

Our money (1 Lack) is stuck with them, and they are saying they will not pay till 4 months are over (not including non-working days).

I hereby advice nobody to trust them, and please save your money, and I am opting for help from this forum to help me resolve this issue by getting an immediate refund, as we feel to be cheated by the sales representatives of the company.

Dreamz sahawas 2BHk 845 sq, near Begur Road, in vittasandara, Bangalore booked in May 2011 Sachin nayak and Disha chawudry MD confirmed me that it will be done in 18 months, slowly days passed till 2016. When ever i go to office no person gives any answer, every time new new persons working, It was my hard earned money, i kept for my only daughter marriage, I have sugar& BP ther is no one to look after my daughter, proposals are coming for marriage, but no money to process further, but God alone knows what is in future. Till today no flat, nor money Bangalore Police Please do some thing for Gods sake Many police & Politicians are also involved in this, because all their fair will be given good security, I request the forum to please help me for the same and needfull help.

Is anyone booked flat in Dreamz Siddhi 1? any idea when it will get completed? Is anyone done with registration of their flat?

I booked the flat in 2014. Whenever I will visit them they will tell it's getting completed in 3-4 months and construction is still going on from past 2.6 years. Now i think It will keep going for next 2 years because they have put hardly 5-10 labours for construction to complete 75 to 90 flats. I don't know when they have started the actual construction on this site. If you look it from outside, it looks like almost completed but lot of work is still pending and when I have asked for approved plan of this site, these guys are kept on ignoring. They don't have proper legal documents of this building as well.

We are from middle class family and are the victim of this fraud company. We were very much interested in owning a flat in bangalore.

Dreamz is one of the cheating company and they are playing with middle class people harsha money and they innocence. I have cancelled the flat in the month of feb-2016 after waiting of 4 years. Then as usual the refund cheque got bounced and right know i have filed the case against cheque bounce and same will reach them by this week with some deadline to revert. Kindly suggest what will be the next step if in case they dosent respond for the case notice...! I took a money from my father and he has paid from his provident fund after retirement. I don't have face to show bcz i have committed with him to get his own house but this nasty company has spoiled all our dreams... Please advise the way forward to get the money back of around 12 lakhs

Please don't book any flat in Dreamz GK infra Ltd in Bangalore. They are just making fools.
I have booked one flat Dreamz sahwas 3 years ago in presales. From last 3 years they are not getting the approval for construction.Always saying next month we will get approval but no success.please refund my money back with interest. It's really bad and I will raise a consumer court case if I will not received my money with interest.
I am waiting from December 2012 and still construction not started.

Dreamz infra india ltd. since from many years, they are cheating/trapping the middle class people mostly it guys people and their hard earned money. i am one tof the victim of this fraud company. after cancellation i went 4-5 times to get my my money but they are not giving me my money. i am totally frustrated and mentally harassment due this. guys who have same issue please mail me number this id [protected]@gmail.com or call me my number [protected]. i planned to meet dcp sir sharanaap coming saturday. who want to come please call.

16th March, 2016 evening I booked Dreams Saakar and the very next morning I read on this Consumer Complaints forum, about how they cheated people, so I called and cancelled the booking the very next morning of 17th March, 2016. They made me run around and finally gave am a cancellation form on 19th March, 2016.
I had given them two cheques of 1 lakh and the other of 1.90 lakhs, and in cash Rs. 10, 000. The same evening I booked it, I read about these frauds and then i called my bank and cancelled the two cheques to my good LUCK.

But my Rs. 10, 000 has not been returned. They gave me cheque dated for 8th September (Cheque No: 627085) and when I went and cashed it I got a message today the 16th September that it has been dishonored. All the contact numbers I had of the contact people, has be disconnected and when I call the office no one answers. what freaking cheats (I NEED HELP IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK) can someone help as you'll can see how many people they have cheated.

I had booked a flat in Dreamz Infra Sarovar. Now I have cancelled the booking flat. That time they are saying that I will return the amount Rs.7, 87, 673/- in 120 working days. So I waited 4 months now when i deposited the cheque, has bounced due to insufficient fund.

This is my first experience which is totally bad experience and I have given all my hard earned money (4 lakhs taken from my father) to them. With this experience I can say that no one go with the Dreamz Infra.

I have booked a 3 bedroom apartment with the builder, dreamz infra by paying 15 lakhs in september 2015. Paid 15 lakhs by 3 cheques. They said the project will complete in 18 months. As the project did not start and i cancelled it april 2016. They gave me postdated cheque and when i deposited the accounts dept called us not deposit the cheque due to insufficient balance!.

It bounced. This builder is a cheater. Will file a criminal case sec 138, section 417 and section 420 and a case in consumer court.

This builder needs disciplinary action.

So on Oct 2013, we have put our hard earned money in Fraud Real estate builder/company: DREAMZ INFRA INDIA LTD in one of their prelaunch property called DREAMZ SUPRABHATA in Vidhyaranyapur, Bangalore.

At the time of initial discussion between us and Dreamz INFRA INDIA Ltd, they told that they will start the construction within 45 days i.e by Mid of Nov 2013 and the possession will be given within 18-20 months from that time i.e May /Jun 2015. Also they have provided us the land documents of the Vidhyaranyapur site where they planned to construct the Apartment -DREAMZ SUPRABHATA.
By trusting their words, we booked two flats of 3BHK each in their project -DREAMZ SUPRABHATA. Also considering great discount offered at that time we opted to go for 100% payment. So towards the cost of the Apartment-DREAMZ SUPRABHATA, we paid Rs 15Lakhs for each apartment-3BHK. i.e in total we paid them Rs. 30 Lakhs. Some amount we borrowed from friends and relatives for the interest.
Once we paid the amount of 30 lakhs to Dreamz infra India ltd, we got MOU document from them (as attached). After the full payment, they started behaving rudely if we ask for any update on the Suprabhata project like about its construction start date.
Yes, now it is 35 months completed since we paid the 30 Lakhs amount, but construction has not been started, not even land cleaning process started.
Surprisingly we got to know that there is some litigation in the land. i.e the land which Dreamz claim their own (by preparing some fake documents and giving to us) is actually owned by other party and they have already started construction in full swing.
Each time we contact the CRMs to get the exact date of construction, all the time we got same response from them: “The construction is going to start in another 45 days. So after multiple follow-ups with CRMs of DREAMZ INFRA, we got false commitments/promises.
We decided to approach DREAMZ INFRA management team, Mr. Sujith Sudhakaran (Director of Dreamz Infra mobile: +91 [protected]). When we approached him, initially he behaved rudely, then upon multiple request he gave 100% commitment from his end via email that by Jan 2016 the construction is going to start. However even after Feb 2016, the construction not started and when we approached DREAMZ management, they told again the same old statement: The construction is going to start in next 45 days to 2months.
i.e DREAMZ Infra INDIA LTD is fooling the preparing FAKE LAND Documents and giving false promises and commitments. So we decided to cancel the booked flat in Suprabhata and submitted them the cancellation letter on 19th Mar 2016.They told us that they will issue post-dated Cheque after a week.
Again after multiple follow-up with Dreamz Infra team, on 4th April 2016 we received post-dated Cheque dated 05th JULY 2016 (as attached).
Details of the one Cheque as below:

Amount: Rs.1837278.00 (Eighteen lakhs thirty-seven thousand two hundred seventy-eight rupees).

On 04th July2016, we received an SMS from mob number: [protected] - Abhishek-from Dreamz Infra stating that not to deposit the Cheque. Also we were given the assurance letter from Dreamz Infra stating that “the cancellation amount (Rs.1837278/-) will be refunded through DD or RTGS on 12th Aug 2016 with 20% PA as delay charges”. So having considered the assurance letter (as attached), we have not produced the above said Cheque to the bank on 5th JULY 2016.
When we went in person to Dreamz office (both Clearance and Cancellation department) which is located in Koramangala, we were told it is not possible for them to give DD/RTGS for the amount. Also they told us to produce the Cheque on 12th Aug to the bank and it will get honored.

Again trusting their words, we produced the Cheques on the said date. But the Cheques got DISHONOURED due to INSUFFICIENT FUND and we received memo from the bank on the same. Please find the proofs attached. We have sent an email to Ms. DISHA CHOUDARY – MD of DREAMZ INFRA INDIA LTD for which we have not received any response.

We again went to DREAMZ office, Koramangala to get out hard earned money back. But when we approached them for our money, they behaved very rudely and even tried to Man-handle us.

Also when we told them about the DISHONOURED CHEQUES, they told us to file a case against them as they don’t even care for Cheque bounce cases as they already have thousands of Cheque bounced cases against them from all the customers who had cancelled the booked flats with them.
On hearing this, we were dumb-struck and now we are very mentally upset to get our hard earned money.

We request you to take legal actions immediately against this DREAMZ INFRA INDIA LTD company; Managing Director - Ms. DISHA CHOUDARY; Director- SUJITH SUDHAKARN and help us in recovering our hard earner money with interest from them. We will provide all the proofs about their fraud tactics in running this business with out any Ethics. Generally, a middle-class people earn their bread and butter and will save some money for their future livelihood. If we loose our hard earned money which we saved for these many years, then there is no hope for us to lead a life in future. Because of DREAMZ, we have lost our mental peace, are having many sleepless nights and now we are having critical health issues because of mental pressure and stress.
Please let me know if you need any information and request you help us in recovering our hard earned money along with interest (20% PA as promised by the company) and penalty.
We have not attached any of the proofs. We will provide all the proofs for further investigations if needed.

I had booked an apartment in a prelaunch offer in august 2015. Till date I have no updates about the construction or the status of the project. Many relationship managers were assigned to me... But nobody gives a correct picture. And many of them quit and leave the company so that customers suffer. Me and my husband visited the landed property... And found out that there is absolutely no progress. When will they construct and handover the apartments? Even in the MOU signed, they have not mentioned that they will pay the customer interest of the amount invested if they do not handover the building on time. I have lost complete confidence on dreamz. I had tried to reach their CRMs...but nobody answers the call... And nobody calls back.

I had booked my flat in sadan in august 2014. till now they haven't even received the bbmp approval. every month they say they will get it and start the pre construction work. but till now nothing has been done. i am frustrated as my 10.8 lakh is stuck in the company.
Even they changed the mou, thay are renewing it ans still now i havent received it.
They are playing games and not at all ready to give any explanation or documents.

Please take a strict action.

Dreamz Infra India Bangalore cheating middle class people by showing all false fake offers and trapping people. They luring with cheap rates and offers. So many people trapped and invested all their hard earned money and they are latterly crying .Nothing moving. In Bangalore seems there is no law, any body can cheat .As Indians we are feeling ashamed.PM, CM, Urban development ministry and real estate authority notified to esquire on Dreamz..If it continuous one day this company will has to face big prosecution.

One of my friend works in corporation bank she said that all there accounts in there banks r freezed, i[censored] deposit a cheque automatically it gets bounce, and before 5 years they have already cheated many customers and there company name was frontline builders, the lady deeksha her real name is ayesha and his husband sachin naik his real name is sumanth, both have gone to jail for 2 years in mumbai and now they returned with this fake company

On 11/7/2016 recived call and letter of dreamz cpmpany mr lalith mob no[protected], he send letter 10th 0f august u get dd/ rtgs now that guy nt recive call,
0n 10th my self visit the off nobody is responsing they showinf goundaism

It's 6 months that i have cancelled my booking at dreamz infra, after waiting for more than an year for construction to start

Till now i have not got my full money back, only a little amount after going and sitting in their office for long hours, leaving my office. Also i have no idea how ling it is going to take my hard earned money back. I am loaded with debt because of that and so depressed and worried

Please help me as they are having goondas in their office who abuse us and threaten us whenever we go there to ask for our own money
