Beginning when I booked at Hebbal Samarpit Project the price what i got was rupess 20 lakhs and they told today is a last day you are getting this price from tomorrow on wards price will increase. And now at the the same time of Ganapathi festival price got decrease to 19.5 lakhs. and yesterday one of my friend who asked me to buy a flat at dreamz hebbal project and they are offering him at only 17 lakhs. is this right what dreamz people r doing to their first customer.

I don't want to cancel booking but i want the price to b decreased. And even what offer they are running now. I want the same offer to b applied for the old customer.

Hi Prasad Koujalagi,

when did u book at Hebbal Samarpit ?.. Few of my frnds wanted to check that and they are telling they will start construction in another 2 months. Is it worth and believable ?

Mr. From Last 6months no progress . Not even started the base work. Already more then 159 flat Booked &people cancel d their booking & running for their money.
