I have sent courier to mohali to ludhiana on dt 27.06.2020 on priority basis, but till date courier not received in ludhiana, this courier is very urgent for company documents, courier doc. No. Z41308179

Hi team,
I've send one washing machine to aurangabad from pune.
Before sending it was in very good condition, but when it delivered to adress it was broken.
They've charged me amount of 4640/- for packaging and told we will do the bubble packing and all.
But they did nothing, only cardboards were used. Its a pathetic service i've ever seen. Washing machine is broken badly.

Could you please help me on this on priority?
It will be thankful!!

My brother booked a courier on 26 june 2020 lr no b72457965 its 30 june end of the day and i hadn't received the courier i asked in destination office they telling that not yet received and i asked booking office they are telling that it is dispatch no one is ready to pay attention for my calls

The parcel was picked up for delivery on 27.06.30 . It hasn’t been shipped yet. The status still shows pickup awaited. On talking I’m being repeatedly told that there is some IT problem. The parcel was booked in premium service and should have been delivered by now. The whereabouts are unknown. I get a different excuse every time. There is no response from customer service as well. Highly unprofessional and worst service. There is one parcel which has to be delivered as well. It is with them since last 3 days. Neither they are delivering one parcel of mine nor are they shipping the one they picked from me. I am planning to reach out to consumer court if there is no response soon. This is daylight robbery.

I have booked a consignment for my PG keys on 23rd June to Pune. They said that it would be delivered in 4 days. Within 2days it reached Pune i.e., on 25th June. From then it is in Pimpri, Pune itself. Atleast if i know the branch where in Pimpri i would take the take the courier but those details are also no present. Till date the courier is not delivered.

Kindly consider this as my official complaint against the poor service from dtdc. We had sent the courier with tracking no d59279671 from berhampur odisha to mumbai on 15th june 2020.

Tracking status shows it reached mumbai since 19th june and yet to be delivered at the address. From 25th june its showing out of delivery from marol (Chandivali) branch but yet to be delivered, nobody visited the address neither anyone called in the mobile number given.

Somehow i had arranged the address of marol chandivali branch and my friend (To whom consignment is sent) visited the chandivali branch on 27th june 2020. However to utter dismay he had found that the couriers are handled very badly and thrown here and there. The office boy had searched everywhere and finally told it's not marol (Chandivali) branch and wrongly updated the system, he informed it's in sakinaka branch and will be delivered in evening. Till now it has not been delivered. Today the chandivali person mr. Bharat told he can't help as he has not received the consignment.

I had also tried many times to call customer care. Every time i call it will say waiting list 15. After i wait for 10 minutes, whenever it reaches waiting list 2, the call will automatically disconnect. Why don't you provide the nodal officer contact number for registering grievances?? I also collected the contact nos of marol branch, mumbai operation head mr. Sunil and mumbai regional manager and tried to contact. Nobody is picking my phone.

This has been a very poor service from dtdc and a harassment to the customer. I strongly object to it. Kindly look into the matter urgently.

This is to know you that dtdc silchar, assam branch is providing pathetic service to customers where they have picked up a courier vide consignment number: k34299382 on 29th of may 2020 for kolkata but till date the consignment is not delivered. I have been checking the consignment online regularly but no data is updated in tracking system. I have been trying to call the dtdc office silchar from last few days but they are not bothered to reply on call, number keeps on ringing.

This is so ridiculous service ever i receive from a big courier service like dtdc.

Plz take the appropriate action on the cited matter and provide my consignment which is a very vital documents.

Your early action will be appreciated.

I have couriered medicines from Narasapuram(AP WG district) to patancheru(Hyd TG). But the courier service made delivery attempt at Rajahmundry. When i tracked and found that it was at the wrong place i have contacted the courier support and raised a complaint. But even after seven days i have no update and also unable to find the location of parcel (as i contacted respective branches individually where the parcel has been before but of no use).

Please take an action on this and awaiting a quick resolution.

Dtdc failed to deliver a simple package from bangalore to guntur.
Below are the details:
Booked date: 15jun2020.
Expected date (Latest delivery by): 25jun2020.
Origin: bangalore (560077).
Destination: guntur (522501).
Current status guntur hub.
Response from customer care: forwarded to srikakulam branch for no reason.
Dtdc tracking number is d59615412.

Need action to be taken against those who are misleading the delivery and the shipment details without giving the correct info. Checked with all the branches of dtdc, like bangalore, vizag, srikakulam, guntur, and even hyderabad, (Even if it isn't related to the shipment anyway)

I had sent my parcel from chennai to mumbai it consisted of 2 bags out of which one was delivered on 25th june and the other was not. When i called the courier guy at chennai ramapuram branch he stopped picking up the call! He switches off the phone on calling! Nobody is answering anything maybe because they also know that it has gone missing! Please help me with this

What is this? I ordered a parcel from lakhimpur, assam and i should get home delivery of that parcel but the agent said he will not deliver it in our home... We will have to collect it from the main centre of jorhat... When i said that it is told to you by the seller to deliver the parcel to our home he just said abusive words and hung up... Please take strict action.

Me and my client misguide by your dtdc agency. We contact them more than 100 times they did not rec'd our call and also not giving the proper status of the shipment. Please arrange to provide us the actual status of my shipment.

My friend send me a shipment on 17 june 2020 and since 23rd june it's sitting at my local hub which is 40km+ away from me, customer executive stated that because i'm far away from local hub they won't deliver it but, the product sender have specifically mention my pin code while sending the product and even his local hub told that my pincode is serviceable even on their website it's showing serviceable... What i do wanna say is if my location was far away from them and they don't wanna serve it why the just told us false information about it being available? Called them several times i need my parcel they just tell me they will try but no updates from them at all never gonna recommend it... If you are unable to reach my pincode simply don't lie us that you will serve over that place... Apologies for my bad english

I have a parcel d55642939 which is in bhawandi from 22nd. Today is 28th. It's within 12 km from my house. There is no progress or as as any update even after multiple followups

This shows how pathetic the service and the people are of dtdc.

The customer service number never responds to query. I have paid around 800 rs for shipping.

If you don't have the caliber to deliver atleast provide me the address if bhiwandi to pickup the parcel

Posting reason of covid is one way not to work. Charges are collected properly
