This is very bad experience with dtdc courier.

I have couriered medicines from Narasapuram(AP WG district) to patancheru(Hyd TG). But the courier service made delivery attempt at Rajahmundry. When i tracked and found that it was at the wrong place i have contacted the courier support and raised a complaint. But even after seven days i have no update and also unable to find the location of parcel (as i contacted respective branches individually where the parcel has been before but of no use).

Please take an action on this and awaiting a quick resolution.

Dtdc failed to deliver a simple package from bangalore to guntur.
Below are the details:
Booked date: 15jun2020.
Expected date (Latest delivery by): 25jun2020.
Origin: bangalore (560077).
Destination: guntur (522501).
Current status guntur hub.
Response from customer care: forwarded to srikakulam branch for no reason.
Dtdc tracking number is d59615412.

Need action to be taken against those who are misleading the delivery and the shipment details without giving the correct info. Checked with all the branches of dtdc, like bangalore, vizag, srikakulam, guntur, and even hyderabad, (Even if it isn't related to the shipment anyway)

I had sent my parcel from chennai to mumbai it consisted of 2 bags out of which one was delivered on 25th june and the other was not. When i called the courier guy at chennai ramapuram branch he stopped picking up the call! He switches off the phone on calling! Nobody is answering anything maybe because they also know that it has gone missing! Please help me with this

What is this? I ordered a parcel from lakhimpur, assam and i should get home delivery of that parcel but the agent said he will not deliver it in our home... We will have to collect it from the main centre of jorhat... When i said that it is told to you by the seller to deliver the parcel to our home he just said abusive words and hung up... Please take strict action.

I booked a 24 kg tea sample for tamilnadu
Me and my client misguide by your dtdc agency. We contact them more than 100 times they did not rec'd our call and also not giving the proper status of the shipment. Please arrange to provide us the actual status of my shipment.

My friend send me a shipment on 17 june 2020 and since 23rd june it's sitting at my local hub which is 40km+ away from me, customer executive stated that because i'm far away from local hub they won't deliver it but, the product sender have specifically mention my pin code while sending the product and even his local hub told that my pincode is serviceable even on their website it's showing serviceable... What i do wanna say is if my location was far away from them and they don't wanna serve it why the just told us false information about it being available? Called them several times i need my parcel they just tell me they will try but no updates from them at all never gonna recommend it... If you are unable to reach my pincode simply don't lie us that you will serve over that place... Apologies for my bad english

I have a parcel d55642939 which is in bhawandi from 22nd. Today is 28th. It's within 12 km from my house. There is no progress or as as any update even after multiple followups

This shows how pathetic the service and the people are of dtdc.

The customer service number never responds to query. I have paid around 800 rs for shipping.

If you don't have the caliber to deliver atleast provide me the address if bhiwandi to pickup the parcel

Posting reason of covid is one way not to work. Charges are collected properly

I am writing this after utmost dissatisfaction.
I have booked for consignment i. E., laptop from banglore to hyderabad because of covid19 situation and ordered for premium service which costed me exactly 3722 inr for door pickup and delivery

And afaik, it's 1 day delivery as it's shipped through cargo

Item has not been picked up and constant delay for no reason at least in my opinion. Both the pincodes are deliverable areas.

Called to customer care number multiple times, requested, requested, and requested, same answer will update sir.

One of the customer care representative, she told you ordered from mobile app, it's not valid, please cancel it and order it from here. Other representative told today by eod somebody will pickup.

Not sure, where is the problem, but it has pained be mentally, emotionally and financially. Further delay on this, has negative effects on my job prospects and life.

I have booked a shipment on 16th of may from delhi to delhi shipment number is d91120102 in favour of mrs. Anshu jain. The shipment is still not deliver to recipient as per your team this shipment has been delivered on 18th of may 2020.

But still shipment is not deliver and the signature on the pod is also fake. How it was possible that their was my signature which was fraud.

Kindly look into this matter and revert asap.

But, the courier delivery boy, called us down-stairs to fetch the packet;
Guided it to be a dtdc safety policy.
Same was done with the other offices in our premises.

Either don't book.
If booked, please do proper delivery.

I have an query about my courier
Dtdc change the delivery date without my permission my order id is z46114972 and mobile no. Is [protected] plzz inform me if there is any update regarding this issue

I have submitted my dtdc parcel on 22/06/20 for pune to mumbai. On 23rd it was in goregaon with in transit status since then it is there and the status has not changed. This falls under 10 km from the address to which it is supposed to be delivered.
I have tried contacting dtdc support and have also raised my query but still they haven't delivered nor attended my query.
They have charged me 150/- for a parcel which weighs less than 100 gram and a service which weighs less than 10 gram.

My package is still not delivered even after reaching a near by hub

I have couriered the parcel from rajkot to mumbai on 17th june. Tracking shows it's in mumbai brach since 21th june, today it's 26th june still it not delivered and shows the status fdm prepared. I have tried to call customer care but they not receiving calls. My docket number d58839047.

I paid complete amount for my luggage. In fact I paid extra amount for special packaging still I got my trolley damaged. I need refund for this

I had sent my luggage from Delhi to Kolkata, I was supposed to get it within 6 days, but I didn’t. I did receive it after 2-3 weeks and that because the employees over there didn’t write my address.
I had to call them a thousand times a day for help, moreover, after receiving my luggage late I saw my bag was destroyed.
I want an immediate refund, as it’s of no use.
