I sent a parcel on 25th may and it's still in transit. It's more than 15 days....

I had booked a consignment on 13/05/2020 bearing lr no. N21343824 to australia. After a few days i was informed that due to some bar code problems it was sent back and was also told it was an internal issue and they will soon rectify and send it. A couple of days later i got a call from a dtdc employee (Shri somanatheshwara enterprises, yeyyadi, mangalore, karnataka 575008) asking again for the bills and prescription of...

The order was dispatched on june 4, 2020. Still i didn't receive my order it's 14th june 2020 now...

Docket no. D91220514 had been sent to our company m/s. Sana fashions, ambur 635802 which is struck up chennai hub since 09/06/2020, please upate whether its possible to deliver it or we have to forget about parcel

Note: its emergency for covid 19...

My name is sharul and i want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not recieved but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered and recieved by rana saab. I even dont know who the rana saab is. I think something wrong has beendone from your side. That is very poor service. Please help me and give my courier to me. My tracking id is z51828605...

As per my experience with dtdc courier service too worst in india. My shipment despatched 5th june but not received till 12 th june. And no one responding properly. It's very important documents for me, i try to call costumer care no use....

I sent clothes to my native total quantity of 9. So they received only 8 clothes only one piece missing. When they receiving that parcel was opened. Please resolve my complaint i hope your response.

My tracking no. Is d58196796 since so many days it has reached to bombay. Also showed out for delivery but since then 3 days have passed still not delivered. Also customer care is not answering phone calls or replyinh to query form....

My consignment number d59181074. From 25may to 9th june. Still not received...

I booked courier from panchkula to rohtak with in haryana in which i send 3 bank cheque’s. Dtdc retailer in panchkula assure us that packet will diliver with in 3 days but when i got to know that even after 10 days it was not delivered. I called dtdc customer care and file complaint no 16538648. But even after submit complaint i have not received or even solution from dtdc even after 5 days of submission of complaint.

Docket no-d93249514 has been booked on 16th may from vasai to aanthapuram and online its showing delivered on 27th may. Checked at plant still docket not delivered at plant.

Raised complaint no-case#16546182 on 06th june 2020.

It is worst courier service of india. Every time im facing same issue with dtdc.

My request to all users not to send any courier through dtdc.

I came across on chat with some random guy on olx for a smartphone in faizabad and i was in gwalior that time so we both made an agreement that he will ship the item through dtdc i will pay him once i got the tracking no. It has been more than 3 months till now i didn't received my package, i have checked in the dtdc website i can't see the tracking details and same thing conveyed by customer care.
I have contacted branch manager i didn't get an proper response from him. Could you please take this mail an escalation mail and i need proper investment on this matter.

One parcel which consignment no is d 73410971, dated 26th may 2020 has been booked from mindtech international surat gujrat thru dtdc courier for rajesh kumar sinha, flat no 401, apna ghar appartment, indira nagar east, road no 1 a, dushadhipakri near 90 feet road, malahipakri, kankarbagh, patna, bihar. Pincode 800020
But after crossing 12 days still not received.

We did courier on june 3rd at 6:02pm from pondicherry and todayk (I. E 9/6/2020) it still showing in transit its been seven days still i didnt received...

My parcel was booked on 1st june with tracking id d58204995 from delhi (Pincode-110025) to bakhtiarpur, bihar (Pincode-803212). Even after nine days it's not delivered and it shows that your pincode is not deliverable. If it is not deliverable then why did they booked it in the first place. After taking so much of my time, patience and money, they are telling me that it's not deliverable....
